I like that it's close to cayote hills. We can go out and have a nice walk. I like the little robot that delivers to your room. I like the EV chargers. I didn’t like that you have to pay to park and pay for breakfast. Overall, i would stay again.

I’ve been staying here for years but lately I’m not really feeling it. They charge for parking now which I think it’s a little bit crazy. None of the ice machines in any floor work and I don’t know why they have been like that for a while.

All was great and deserving of 5 star. The only exception was the outdoors pool as it appears to need the algae cleaned from the bottom of pool. It may be an issue of painting but it stopped us from using the pool

Pool is heated which is nice. Nice size Jacuzzi. No pool towels provided, you will need to ask the front desk for some and very limited amounts will be provided. Rooms are good sizes and clean enough but the hotel doesn’t have enough towels and blankets. We booked a room for 4 ppl and one king and one “single” person pull out sofa were provided in our room with no blanket/pillows for the pull out and only two drying towels.. room phone can’t dial front desk nor bell desk so if you need something, you need to go there and ask in person.

I was disappointed because I didn't expect a aloft brand hotel is not as clean as the other ones I’ve stayed before. One of the not cleanest hotel I've been to. I see stains on the carpet and couch maybe because it’s older than most of the hotel that I have stayed but cleanlinest should be the priority of any hotel in my opinion. I also notice no staff came to clean on the daily and replenish the hotel complimentary essentials. All the hotels I stayed be of the same level do the everyday cleaning and replenish essentials.

When we got to the hotel we had a hard time finding parking. When we got the room we got a dirty room with unfolded beds and trash. I had to request a new room i was already tired from our drive all I wanted was to get to bed…..

Staff is excellent, very friendly and polite. Our problem with the stay was cleanliness. The carpet in the room and the sofa were extremely dirty. We had to ask for extra sheets just to sit on the sofa. There is a serious problem with their central AC / heat vent, our room had a peculiar smell (sewer / marijuana mixture) that never went away. The smell linger around the entire hotel. We wouldn’t stay here again just for that.

The bed was horrible. We sank into the bed. The bathroom only had 2 towels only, as we both need 4 for body and hair. There was a half toilet paper roll. Staff is not too friendly and the deposit was absurd. I’ve stayed here in the pass but will definitely not be returning back.

The room was very spacious. I’m so grateful that the bedding wasn’t laundered with strong scented detergent. The view of the wetlands is beautiful. The only downside is that at night the lights of the charging stations are obnoxious.

I was put in the room directly across from the fitness center and the employee entrance, which was noisy due to opening/closing of doors. Employees also seemed to congregate outside my room in the parking lot and that carried on until 12:30 AM when I was trying to sleep. Other than that, good front desk service, good bar/restaurant service and food quality.

As is usual for this particular hotel, I was warmly greeted upon checking in. I informed the lady at the check in counter that I pre paid for breakfasts for 2 for two days and I showed her my booking confirmation from HOTELS.COM that stated “free breakfast.” I was expecting she was going to give me the 2 breakfast vouchers but I was informed that their computer record did not say I was entitled for the “free breakfast” that I had actually pre-paid for when I booked this stay. I was told by the two ladies at the front desk that they could not give me the breakfast vouchers but I was advised by them to speak to the supervisor the following morning. I went back at the front desk in the morning, I showed the lady at the check in counter my booking confirmation that stated “free breakfast.” This problem was resolved by her in less than 2 minutes! Our stay was comfortable even though the hotel no longer offers daily housekeeping services. Their robot delivered the clean towels that I ordered from the front desk the following day. There was no hot water in the shower on the morning we were going to check out. I called the front dest at around 7:00AM and I was informed that the hotel’s engineer would be arriving at 8:00AM. I am happy to report that I braved a quick 5-minute cold shower! I firmly believe that the hot water in the shower was timely restored. I am a regular hotel guest of them and I am willing to go back there someday.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and this was the first time that I was disappointed with their service. I called about the phone not working and no one ever came, used my cell for the call. The curtains on 1 of the windows were ripped, the snacks I ordered never came so I called the front desk, it arrived but within 30 minutes the snacks were delived again via a robot. Also, I ordered room service and they wanted to charge me $100 for a service fee which was obviously an error on the waitor, it's usually $10. Again, this is usally a great place to stay but lately their service and property has been lacking. One more thing when I called, using my cell, asking about my snacks, the front desk person hung up before I could ask for a late check out. Better customer service would be greatly appreciated.

Weekend staycation to visit friends in the area so we did not have to drive home late at night. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past several years and will likely come back in the future. Phone was missing in our room but the base of the phone was on the table. I had to go to the lobby bar to order our dinner in person. I told the front desk person the following morning when we were checking out and she graciously offered me vouchers for free breakfast. I was very delighted to accept her offer and we left the hotel smiling and the hot breakfast in 2 boxes. Very nice!

The surrounding area was incredibly relaxing. Great price and size of the rooms. The staff i encountered was friendly. Had a fun conversation with the bartender. The distance to other locations isnt bad at all. 5-10 min drive.

I like that its in an industrial area so on the weekends there isn't alot of trafffic. Coyote hills is reallly close by so you can do some walking/jogging/biking. The property needs more light at night, one of the lampposts is out so its really dark. I usually park on the opposite side where the is light.

Very nice, clean hotel in a quiet, safe location. Reserved room with 2 King-sized beds and were very comfortable. Pre-paid for breakfasts which were satisfactory for the price we paid and the service was friendly. Ordered dinner from the restaurant, service was nothing to write home about. My $16 burger was of very good quality. My wife’s $34 rib eye steak was rated 2/10 by her. My wife said it was small, and overcooked. The salad was surprisingly very good. Overall, we had a comfortable 2-night stay and will come back again someday.
