The hotel is conveniently located within 2 miles of the king Abdul Aziz airport. They’re a shuttle bus that takes you free of charge every hour. You must pre register by letting the hotel staff know your intentions of using the shuttle bus. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is super clean and classy. It is a 4 star hotel with almost every amenity imaginable for a comfortable stay. Great for families in Jaddah. Our family loved our stay at Clarion hotel and we will definitely stay there again in the future.

Very convenient property to stay at if you need stay near Jeddah airport. The airport is barely 15 min drive away and the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle on the hour every hour. The property itself is clean, modern and very comfortable. The room is furnished to a high level and the sound proofing is good enough to keep the surrounding Road noise levels down. The Mall of Arabia is about a 10 min taxi ride away and has plenty of dining and shopping options.

Very clean, well equiped and friendly staffed hotel. Perfect for early morning flight, long layover or even a short stay at Jeddah as the hotel is literally 7 mins drive from Jeddah Airport Terminal 1 and offers a free shuttle service. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rather than a 5 is because the sofa bed on my room was impossible to sleep on as it was not flat at all and very uncomfortable, resulted in a sleepless night for one of us in the party.

The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. My check in time was supposed to be at 3 pm but I showed up at the hotel at around 8 am and explained that my plane landed at 6 am, and I asked him if there’s any place I could stay in between, he looked for an available room and allowed me to check in early. I apologize if I didn’t get his name correctly but I think it was Mr. Abdul. The waitstaff at the restaurant, the concierge and the doorman were all very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

They said we couldn’t have the rooms we booked through Expedia. Why would you make them available through Expedia if that was the case? Then they tried to give us smoking rooms. After making it clear wasn’t happy, there were suddenly other rooms available. In the end one room was good but my two 6foot boys had to share a bed because we were meeting people and couldnt waste any more time on reception. Very poor service from the reception staff. Otherwise the hotel itself was decent and the concierge service was very good too. Such a shame the room issue spoiled it.
