Tusen takk for et supert opphold. Vi hadde bestilt for 14 dager her og angrer absolutt ikke på det. Fint hotell med nydelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Fremhever her spesielt Mod, Kay og renholder på rommet (som vi ikke husker navnet på). Resepsjonen var også behjelpelig med alt man hadde av ønsker og spørsmål. Stille og fredelig område av Chaweng, men liv og røre kunne oppsøkes kun noen hundre meter unna. Spesielt hyggelig hotellområdet, flotte store rom, veldig bra frokost med godt utvalg, godt med plass ved bassenget, super poolbar og massører på området. Veldig langgrunnt, som hele Chawengstranden ellers også er. Var også noen meget hyggelige strandrestauranter/barer i nærheten.

Le cadre de l’hotel est vraiment joli, mais la piscine merite d’etre rafraichie, le sol est coupant pour les enfants, et un gros arbre met la piscine a l’ol re une bonne partie de la journée, dommage !

Staff are all wonderful. But the hotel company need to spend some serious money on cosmetic updates and refreshing amenities. The pool area is very sad and tired, umbrellas are worn and tatty, towels are stained and torn. No where near enough sun beds for the amount of rooms. The bathrooms are not well designed, dark walls and dim lighting combined with huge gaps in the mosquito nets on the windows mean they are a breeding ground for mosquitos. So you can’t use the toilet or shower without being attacked. Beds are comfortable, but the sheets are old and worn, some with holes in. Rather expensive for the price of £125+ a night. Can’t find much nicer hotels for half the price

Sentralt beliggende hotell i starten på chaweng stranden. Et meget hyggelig hotell med et fantastisk service innstilt personell.Virkelig topp. Alt fra resepsjon, frokost restaurant, renholdere og ikke minst pool restaurant hvor MOD og KAY bidro med topp service. Her er det meget god mat og drikke som kan nytes ved poolen. Hotellet har god frokost i hyggelig område. Her kan du få omelett og mye mer og med hyggelige servitører og kjøkken personal.Resepsjons personalet er også svært behjelpelig dersom en trenger tips eller bestilling av taxi utflukter etc. (Het fik vi også tips om en meget lokal men topp matopplevelse litt utenfor de typiske turist stedene - Krua Rai Nai) Rommet var også bra, med meget gode senger. (De beste på vår Thailand reise) Relativt bra wifi forbindelse i hele hotelområdet. Meget hyggelig pool område med god mat og drikke og topp service. Det er også mulighet for god massasje like ved pool området. Stedet ligger på stranden, men hele strandområder er svært lang grundt som resten av Chaweng stranden. Flott hotell rett på stranden. 1400 meter til pulserende kveldsliv. Nydelig rom med utendørs bad, stort badekar som skapt for ferieromantikk. Stue og separat soverom. Sengen var deilig Queen. Dessverre var Restauranten stengt. Men betjeningen kjørte oss til nabohotellet for frokost daglig. Pool med bar og digge saccosekker til å flyte rundt i bassenget. Gratis håndklær. Alle som jobbet der var meget servicemindet og oppmerksomme. Dette var en positiv opplevelse som jeg gjerne gjentar neste år

If you want to stay in Chaweng beach area, I think this is one of the best options for the money. The good: staff is super friendly, smiley and accommodating it was hot when we were there and this was the coolest pool I experienced on the whole island to be honest location is north side of chaweng and right next to a chill beach restaurant/bar called “our place” The bad: -hotel not flexible with depending on policy. I had to pay for an extra night despite staying 10 days. Beware -rooms are a bit simple and lots of little problems (water pressure, thin walls, hot) maybe matching to price -not the best area of the beach and the speakers at the pool are not great -steep stairs to lobby and breakfast place -need to get lucky for room locations on property -pool towels and umbrellas are falling apart -gym is hot and tiny I think overall the location to the price is very good hence 4 stars. Just make sure you get the booking right it make sure to get a flexible option in case you need to change.

Hotel moyen attention. Si vous êtes en famille avec des enfants ne surtout pas prendre cette hôtel car aucun accès pour poussette très compliqué d’accès trop de marches pour accéder aux chambres la piscine et trop petite sale la plage en face c’est pire impossible de s’y baigner

Good location if you want to stay out of the noise from the town. Room was very cosy, comfortable bed. Breakfast was average, a lot of flies around food however. Staff are lovely and happy to help. Pool needs a good clean. But right next to the beach. Would stay here again.

for the VIP access , as was indicated when booking this room, unfortunately, it does not even correspond. firstly, at my request (for a fee) to wake me up every day at 8 am - this has never happened in all my days. secondly, the air conditioner is broken, it was repaired - but again, for such an amount, I’m upset. third, a waiting place is not provided if the departure is later than check-out. their towels turned out to be all dirty when they asked for one day to take a shower. and there was no room for a massage. Well, that's funny. I'm not happy with the hotel. And yet, at breakfasts, waiters don’t stand there for beauty, right? or do they have a specifically biased attitude towards girls who allow themselves to rest on their own?

After the air-conditioner was serviced four times I stopped having a water feature in my room 😂. Staff are amazing very friendly always smiling happy to help rooms are clean and tidy with good water pressure for shower outdoor area big. A bit far from party Central but can walk 15 minutes surrounding areas great good food options.

Sicherlich eines der schlechtesten 4 Sterne Hotels am Chaweng, alte und ungepflegte Zimmer, das Resort an sich macht keinen schönen Eindruck, erinnert eher an Ansammlung von Baracken. Dame an der Rezeption war eine Vollkatastrophe, maximal 2,5 Sterne Resort.
Sicherlich eines der schlechtesten 4 Sterne Hotels am Chaweng, alte und ungepflegte Zimmer, das Resort an sich macht keinen schönen Eindruck, erinnert eher an Ansammlung von Baracken. Dame an der Rezeption war eine Vollkatastrophe, maximal 2,5 Sterne Resort.

After the air-conditioner was serviced four times I stopped having a water feature in my room 😂. Staff are amazing very friendly always smiling happy to help rooms are clean and tidy with good water pressure for shower outdoor area big. A bit far from party Central but can walk 15 minutes surrounding areas great good food options.

Hotel favoloso!! L'abbiamo adorato subito! La nostra camera era super spaziosa così come il bagno con il doppio lavandino e una bella doccia spaziosa! Mi sono innamorata del terrazzino in bamboo con il divanetto dove ci si può rilassare o farsi una dormita..si è al fresco anche grazie al ventilatore sul soffitto e riparati in caso di pioggia. La camera ha anche un divanetto, la TV, un mini frigo,il bollitore con le tazze e bustine di tè/caffè solubile e ogni giorno ti portano due bottigliette di acqua.. ci hanno dato anche l'antizanzare da collegare alla presa! È presente l'aria condizionata e la cassaforte, e dentro l'armadio ci sono anche due ombrelli e la torcia! La sala per la colazione è davvero bella..una terrazza immersa nel verde come ogni bungalow e ha molta scelta sia di dolce che di salato ( hanno anche il burro di arachidi e la loro marmellata di ananas buonissima!) E se vi piacciono anche i pancakes! C'è la piscina che si affaccia sul mare ed è direttamente sulla spiaggia e in pochi minuti a piedi sarete sulla spiaggia centrale a Chaweng e in mezzo ai vari locali e negozietti! Noi lo consigliamo!

Good location if you want to stay out of the noise from the town. Room was very cosy, comfortable bed. Breakfast was average, a lot of flies around food however. Staff are lovely and happy to help. Pool needs a good clean. But right next to the beach. Would stay here again.

for the VIP access , as was indicated when booking this room, unfortunately, it does not even correspond. firstly, at my request (for a fee) to wake me up every day at 8 am - this has never happened in all my days. secondly, the air conditioner is broken, it was repaired - but again, for such an amount, I’m upset. third, a waiting place is not provided if the departure is later than check-out. their towels turned out to be all dirty when they asked for one day to take a shower. and there was no room for a massage. Staff are all wonderful. But the hotel company need to spend some serious money on cosmetic updates and refreshing amenities. The pool area is very sad and tired, umbrellas are worn and tatty, towels are stained and torn. No where near enough sun beds for the amount of rooms. The bathrooms are not well designed, dark walls and dim lighting combined with huge gaps in the mosquito nets on the windows mean they are a breeding ground for mosquitos. So you can’t use the toilet or shower without being attacked. Beds are comfortable, but the sheets are old and worn, some with holes in. Rather expensive for the price of £125+ a night. Can’t find much nicer hotels for half the price

Sentralt beliggende hotell i starten på chaweng stranden. Et meget hyggelig hotell med et fantastisk service innstilt personell.Virkelig topp. Alt fra resepsjon, frokost restaurant, renholdere og ikke minst pool restaurant hvor MOD og KAY bidro med topp service. Her er det meget god mat og drikke som kan nytes ved poolen. Hotellet har god frokost i hyggelig område. Her kan du få omelett og mye mer og med hyggelige servitører og kjøkken personal.Resepsjons personalet er også svært behjelpelig dersom en trenger tips eller bestilling av taxi utflukter etc. (Het fik vi også tips om en meget lokal men topp matopplevelse litt utenfor de typiske turist stedene - Krua Rai Nai) Rommet var også bra, med meget gode senger. (De beste på vår Thailand reise) Relativt bra wifi forbindelse i hele hotelområdet. Meget hyggelig pool område med god mat og drikke og topp service. Det er også mulighet for god massasje like ved pool området. Stedet ligger på stranden, men hele strandområder er svært lang grundt som resten av Chaweng stranden. Her kan en også spise på stranden eller benytte en av flere hyggelig Strand restauranter i området. Homm Chura anbefales virkelig fra vår side.

Flott hotell rett på stranden. 1400 meter til pulserende kveldsliv. Nydelig rom med utendørs bad, stort badekar som skapt for ferieromantikk. Stue og separat soverom. Sengen var deilig Queen. Dessverre var Restauranten stengt. Men betjeningen kjørte oss til nabohotellet for frokost daglig. Pool med bar og digge saccosekker til å flyte rundt i bassenget. Gratis håndklær. Alle som jobbet der var meget servicemindet og oppmerksomme. Dette var en positiv opplevelse som jeg gjerne gjentar neste år

Good location if you want to stay out of the noise from the town. Room was very cosy, comfortable bed. Breakfast was average, a lot of flies around food however. Staff are lovely and happy to help. Pool needs a good clean. But right next to the beach. Would stay here again.

Expensive for what you get. Very Isreaeli invaded. Breakfast are ok, but simple. Pool and sunbeds is nice. Rooms are okay, but shows sign of wear. Location is great, and a bit outside of Chaweng caos. A lot of families and ball playing in the pool, which can be a bit annoying.
