We booked a superior double room for our stay in Quebec City. I’ll state the positive features first. The location was excellent as it was close to the train station and old town. Restaurants and bars were nearby, but far enough away to not be bothered by the noise. Communication with the staff was also excellent as they responded quickly to my texts and also checked in everyday via texts to let us know they’re there if we needed anything. The room was quiet. The windows did a good job of blocking out the street noise. Next are the things to be aware of: 1) If you’re looking for a more traditional hotel where there is someone physically at the property to ask for assistance, this is not the place for you. There are no room keys, just codes. Entry into the building and room are done with your mobile phone. 2) There is no elevator. Fortunately, we were on the second floor, so we only had to haul our luggage up a few flights of stairs. 3) I thought there would be a washer/dryer to use during our stay, but apparently that’s only available in the larger units. 4) There was nowhere to hang our clothes. No hangers and no closet with a rod, just shelves.

I had incorrectly assumed I'd chosen a room with laundry facilities so be careful, however a nearby laundromat sufficed as an alternative. Great shower and bathroom. Modern decor, well equipped kitchen but absolutely no hanging space which was unexpected. For the size of room, I'd have preferred slightly less kitchen (eg dishwasher and a wall cupboard) and a tiny bit of clothes storage. A great quiet location, quality linen, pillows and towels and a comfy bed. Felt right at home straightaway and would definitely return.

The apartment is extremely well located, and was lovely. It was clean, safe, spacious and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend.

This is a nice place to stay - only a few minutes walk from old Quebec. Very easy to access property and room with digital check in. No lift at the property (which we knew) so pleased we only had to tackle the stairs up to the 3rd floor (2 storeys) with luggage twice (once up and once down). In fairness we were offered a ground floor apartment. The apartment itself is modern, clean and well equipped.
