Room itself was immaculate and lovely!! Excellent bed and bedding! Beautiful stone and brick walls. Very charming. Handy refrigerator in room.bathroom small but adequate. We we there to enjoy the Old City not the room. But the location is PERFECT!!! A separate fee gets you parking behind the building - so convenient to the heart of the old city minutes from the Frontenac for a minuscule portion of the cost!!! Don’t let the little aging lobby put you off. The room was great! Michael our “host” was so pleasant and helpful even personally escorting us to our parking spot. Old and charming and worth well more than their fee. Highly recommend!!!

Very old house with a lot but a lot of stairs!! The ac is quite loud and directly on you when you sleep. You can hear everything around you: everything from above, side and under! But for a cheap stay this is your go. Bring your pillows, neck masssge will be needed after your stay otherwise.

Everything in the room was compact, except the queen bed. Perfect location, close to everything. Bathroom sink is in front of toilet. You can sit and brush teeth at the same time. I’ve never seen toilet paper that thin in my life. I’d fold it four times and realized I should have folded it 16 times before attempting to wipe. One tiny bar of soap and a tiny shampoo bottle were supplied. No bathtub, only shower. Bed was comfortable but I had to do the crab walk to get out. Only about 12” from bed to wall. Breakfast was a few doors down at a restaurant. They gave about 6 free options with coupon. Breakfast was from 8-11am. They weren’t quick, so don’t expect to quickly eat and run. You won’t be out before 9am.
