For a one night stay, this hotel is okay. It’s a business traveler hotel for the most part. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I somehow found myself stranded at O’Hare overnight again. What turned me off the most about this stay though, is the price gouging for pretty standard amenities. Need WiFi? You’re going to need to fork over $9.99 / day. Even the 2 small bottle of waters in the room are priced at $3 unless you enroll in their loyalty program. Luckily we found free filtered water in the gym. Positive: They do provide a free shuttle service.
