Cincinnati's Fidelity Hotel

Excellent location for downtown activities.

The hotel and staff were lovely and the room felt like the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The restaurant was good (if pricey) but it's new - seemed like they were still working out some kinks

We stayed in a suite on the 11th floor. The steam shower was amazing and there was ample space with the separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms, etc. The only thing that got me into my feelings was the phone call to our room at 9am claiming that there were several complaints about our dog barking. I recognize that the person that called from the front desk was just doing their job, and may or may not have visited the floor of our suite. The fact of the matter was that our dog didn’t make a sound from 10:30pm until about 9am when I accidentally stepped on her tootsie on our way out for her morning walk. I’m guessing that the claim was made in an attempt to request a discount or such, but the entire staff and every single person who interacted with The Mill Diggy had nothing but positive things to say about her. The staff was awesome to her as well, and she probably gained 5 lbs from all the treats, it is just maddening being told you did something when you know it isn’t true. Everything else was great and if someone was hurting for funds and needed to run that hustle I will throw them the money next time so they don’t have to lie as a grown ass adult. Also the hotel not accepting cash was a bummer.

The staff was very helpful parking was fantastic so were the valets they helped me with the way to get where I was going air conditioning was fantastic clean room felt like I was in a palace ❤️ Already told a friend about it
