The front desk people were always very helpful! They were polite and told us how many options there were and told us about the hotel’s King’s Island shuttle (I wish I had used it ). When I called the desk to ask about the TV, he came right up and got it working for me. The room was very neat and clean. There is no elevator, and no luggage carts. If your room is on the second floor, you will be carrying yr luggage up the stairs. The rooms are all outer-facing, not hallway-facing. The lack of elevators is about the only drawback to this location. The breakfast has many options, but no breakfast meat. It’s a culture thing.

Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the ac worked well. It seems like rooms have been updated, but the property is overall old. The room doors open to the outside, which is kind of creepy to me anyway, but there were also people hanging out in the parking lot, so it just kind of felt questionable. This motel is very close to Kings Island and was handy. The breakfast was good.

The rooms were great and freshly remodeled the sheets were amazing and soft. We really enjoyed the pool. It was quite large and the kids had a great time making friends and playing. We had a slight hiccups with the air conditioner in the room and the front desk was there within three minutes and got everything fixed for us 10 out of 10 would stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful, we really appreciated the shuttle to and from Kings Island. The pool was nice and stayed open late, which my kids really enjoyed. My only complaint (and it's minor), was that there was supposed to be a playground on site and there definitely wasn't. But not a huge deal, the kids were tired out from the amusement park and pool so it wasn't really missed. Overall we had a wonderful time and will most definitely remember this place the next time we head out that way!

My grandson and I spent two nights there and we thought it was nice for the price and you get free breakfast (really good!!! )you get a free ride over and back to Kings Island on their shuttle van and it is not far from Kings Island. The pool is open till midnight and it felt so good when we got back from Kings Island to get in it a little while before going to bed. To us that's a plus+ all the way around!!! I highly recommend this place!!!! Our time there was great!!!!!

This is an older property with rooms that open out, but it is very well maintained and updated. My room was very large and clean. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very good value overall. The hotel is near Kings Island and would be good for a family stay at the amusement park.

moldy mildew rooms, the ladies bathroom in the lobby smells horrible. carpet on walkway is bubbled and a trip hazard. cracked door ways are letting water in to sit in the carpet in the rooms molding them. when we told the front desk they said they completely renovated that area 5 months ago if that was true mold and mildewed floors would hit be an issue.

Although it is a renovated hotel, it was super nice & clean!! Beds & pillows were so comfortable! Towels, handtowels & washclothes were just the perfect thickness! I don't like thick heavy bath accessories. Dining area was well kept & so clean. The lady stayed on top of keeping the breakfast items stocked & the area clean. A man was out very early sweeping trash up from parking area. Will definitely stay here again! Rates were very reasonable too!

Unacceptable Experience* My recent stay at Quality Inn was an absolute disaster. The hotel was filthy and clearly not being maintained properly. Here are just a few of the disgusting things we encountered: - Fake eyelashes and fingernail clippings on the couch in the room. - are you kidding me? - Our room had someone else's dirty clothes lying around, and the floor was covered in crumbs. - The pool was a hair-filled nightmare. I lost count of how many times I saw clumps of floating hair in the water. There was also HAIR on the bathroom walls.. we didn't even want to shower. It was disgusting - To top it all off, people were smoking right outside our room door. Made us very uncomfortable especially with having a little one with us.. Unbelievable. The lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance is appalling. How can a hotel expect guests to stay with them when they're clearly not taking care of the place? I would strongly advise against staying here. Until they seriously step up their game, l'd recommend looking elsewhere. I cannot believe how bad this hotel was and all the reviews said it was very clean. I paid for multiple nights and we had to leave . This place is disgusting.

The walkway didnt appear to be cleaned or swept. So yes I was disappointed when I saw an excellent rating on line and it did not meet my expectations of excellent.

When we first arrived, we were offered a room that was right in front of the pool entrance. It never even occurred to me to ask so, I appreciate the staff being so thoughtful. It was very convenient since we brought our kids. When we arrived in our room, it had mistakenly been marked as cleaned. But the sheets had been stripped, it reeked of smoke, it was really dirty. They immediately moved us to a clean room. Honestly, it's an economy choice. It's the best price for having a hotel with a pool and breakfast included. Weekend breakfast is very busy. Weekday breakfasts are more peaceful. We also appreciate the free on-demand shuttle to and from Kings Island. We also had our vehicle. It's only a 5 min. drive to Kings Island. The staff are amazing. Very kind. Very helpful. Rooms are newly renovated. There's free towels poolside. We enjoyed our stay. Will return in the future.

Our room smelled when we checked in. The towels were old and worn. The bathroom floor and shower was very slippery. My boyfriend fell in the shower and I almost fell in the bathroom but caught myself. This is very dangerous. We are in good shape, but an older person would have been seriously injured.

Overall I give it a B. It was adequate. Old building that has been remodeled and appeared clean. There was a questionable stain in the tub and the toilet wobbled. Beds were firm and pillows soft. Breakfast area was tidy and clean but cereal was stale.

On my recent stay, 3 days later I had noticed I left a $400 drone in my room when I had checked out. I surely thought you would be out that item but when I called they said they had found it and were holding it for me. I was shocked. I don’t believe any other place would have “found” it. It went through several hands before getting back to the office for them to hold it for me and I’m very impressed with the integrity of the staff that works here. The room was great too. Looks like they may have just went through a remodel cause everything in the room looked new. I had stayed here in the past and this is by far the best experience I’ve had here! 10 Stars!!!

I was charged oncefor the night and then a deposit which was refunded to me. But when i checked in they charged my card an extra amount that was larger then the deposit and on top of it that was never refunded to me and that they couldnt explain why i was charged for it. They just told me it would be refunded as well.

when checking in, the clerk began to check me in then took a phone call and I had to wait nearly 20 minutes until he finished the phone call to check me in. This was at 10:20 pm.. The customer who was in the lobby and waiting to be checked in should have been waited on first and not made to wait while the clerk took a phone call.

My wife and I stayed here for the New Year 2025 countdown at King's Island Winterfest, and overall, it was a decent stay. The hotel is close to the theme park, which is great, but there’s no shuttle service for Winterfest (just for the summer), so we had to take an Uber. It cost us $10 to get there and $15 to get back, which wasn’t too bad, but something to keep in mind. The room was okay. The bed linens had a little bit of dirt on them, but it wasn’t too bad for the price we paid. I didn’t expect anything fancy. Nice budget friendly hotel...Room was clean and ready upon my arrival.... It's close to Kings Island and the tennis stadium... Located just off the highway ( there is traffic noise, but not annoying ) Plenty of places to go nearby.... Definitely not a high end hotel, but if you need a clean,no frills, cheap hotel....then this is the place for you... Definitely will be my 1st choice, if I need a place to stay on my next visit to the area.

Great bed. Really nice, soft and smooth bedding. I sleep best in a warm bed in a cool room, and the bed and the air conditioner both deliver on that. The breakfast is also pretty good. I love biscuits and sausage gravy. And for the price, its great.

Friendly personality but on a Monday when there was a tennis tournament going on there was one desk attendant for checkout and he was also trying to keep up with breakfast prep/refilling. The sausage was cold, other food pans were empty, and there was an apple with a rotten spot in the fruit tray. When I was asked about my stay I reported that I was disappointed with the breakfast and the desk attendant said if I were there on the weekend it would have been better. The attendant also asked for what condition my service dog was needed which is against IDA and federal regulations. They are allowed to ask for what the animal is trained for but not about the guest’s medical condition. Probably won’t stay here again. Surrounding area is run down and sketchy.

Clean and quiet even though it’s right by the highway. We had to go down a short flight of stairs to get to our room so if stairs are an issue for someone in your party mention that when checking in. Very close to King’s Island. Breakfast was good but they were out of some food long before it ended at 9:30, so plan to get there early if you want eggs, etc. Would stay again since it’s so convenient to King’s Island.

All rooms were outside entrances , bed was a little hard , shampoo bottle was 100 percent empty , found a dirty towel in the room . Tv had limited channels ( basically) local ,sink shot water over the sink and onto the floor, and lastly the breakfast buffet was very basic ( no meat)
