This is the first time I can say that the best part of our vacation was the Drury Hotel! They provided a full breakfast and dinner and drinks for free!!! So we were able to have unlimited sodas and wine (up to 3 glasses every day). We were there for 3 days. Dinner meals included chicken Alfredo with salad and veggies, beef ravioli with tomato sauce green beans and salad and barbecue sandwiches with baked beans, slaw and mac & cheese. Popcorn and hot dogs offered every night. My son loved working out in the fitness center every day and indoor swim or hot tub every day. The suite rooms were large so my kids could stay in separate living room and play video games and sleep on pull out couch/bed and they also used a large roll away bed in that room. The bedroom had a separate TV and room so the adults could watch our own shows. The only thing my husband said that was missing were sweets/dessert with dinner. LOL The beds were comfortable and air conditioner/heater were very comfortable, and we like to sleep in cold. The bathroom was spacious and had the rain shower head. They had a small refrigerator and microwave in the rooms and washing machines were available for a price on our floor. The staff were all very nice and parking was free and available nearby front door. We will definitely stay at the Drury Hotel again!!

The staff at this hotel were great. Friendly, warm, efficient. We stayed Thursday - Monday. Thursday was wonderful. Friday - Monday was uncomfortable. There were so many groups of young kids in packs roaming the property. The pool had 30-40 mostly unsupervised children. The exercise room was packed with teens sitting on all the equipment. The halls had packs of children running down and doors open with loud music. It was a mess.

Only stay here if you’re willing to have your vehicle broken into. I woke up to find my window smashed open along with 3 other vehicles and one got stolen. Manager was not helpful, he was very dismissive. The facility is not willing to put in cameras. This a regular occurrence.

The rooms were fresh and clean and the dining area was well maintained. It was nice to have the 5:30-7 kick-back food and beverages and breakfast buffet as part of the room charge. The breakfast has a lot of nice choices and my grandkids loved the waffles. The kick-back evening food is just OK, very processed cafeteria selections like meatballs in gravy, bbq beef, mac and cheese and nachos. Going out for dinner would be a better choice. Nice pool and hot tub, but it was too crowded during spring break with lots of families with young kids soaking in the hot tub and no sense of personal space. The hotel gym is excellent, well maintained equipment and a nice selection of options, treadmill, bike, eliptical and dumbbells. Overall a good experience with Drury.

Have stayed multiple times. Front desk was polite and had a quick check-in. This place is great and the beds are comfortable. Lots of places to shop nearby. On down side is pool area closes at 10pm when the kids are with me. Will definitely stay again.

Overall our stay was good. Some staff was friendly but a lot of staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them and instructions was not clear at check in and later asked a question and was made to feel stupid because I had to ask. The shower would not drain and that was an issue especially with a whole family in the room.

No Room service during 4 night stay. Requested replacement towels & trash to be emptied 2nd day of stay. Ran down a housekeeping person 4th day for replacement towels. Collected & emptied our own trash. Piles of wet linens in hallway & across from elevator 3rd & 4th day. Lobby floors needed swept & mopped 3rd & 4th day. Key card locked us out of room before check out time 6/26. Hotels.com gave different balance than Drury room balance charged. We have stayed several times previous at this hotel & this was worst stay. Long black hairs in tub at check in 6/22/25.

I’ve always heard great things about Drury Inn but hadn’t had the chance to experience one myself until recently. My three children and I stayed at the Mason, Ohio location & had a pleasant experience. The only negative remark I have is that the shower was not properly cleaned before we checked in to our room. The person that had previously used it had put their fallen strands of hair all over the shower tile, it was surprising that it had been missed by the maid because it was a good amount of very dark hair. Outside of that our experience was great. My kids really enjoyed the pool & I enjoyed the hot tub. I also must say that breakfast was top notch, probably the best breakfast experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Great options, hot & delicious! Overall, I would choose Drury Inn again in the future.

This stay exceeded all of our expectations. 2 adults and 2 young kids came in town for a kings island weekend. The hotel was really nice, had a FANTASTIC breakfast, and room was clean and comfortable. It only took us 10 minutes to get to the theme park and we will definitely stay again. We didn’t have time to use the pool and hot tub, but we saw several other families enjoying those amenities.

Everything seemed clean. Only issue I had with my room was my phone didnt work in it. Which wasnt an issue til we ran out if tissue. Offers breakfast in the morning and some food in the evening. I didnt eat either this time but I have in the past and it usually ok. Close to everything including food, gas stations, shopping plazas, Kings Island (maybe a 8-10 min drive) and Great Wolf Lodge.

We stayed in a king suite with pullout sofa bed. The king bed was great… according to my son. We slept of the pullout sofa bed so my granddaughter (21 months old) could sleep in the bedroom with the door closed while we were up later than her. The pullout sofa bed was horrible. I get that none of them are super comfy, but my grandmas 30 year old sofa sleeper is more comfortable than the one in our room. I felt every spring and every bar and didn’t really get any sleep. The only other thing that was annoying is that you could hear all of the toilet flushes from all the floors above you. I know it’s a hotel and there is no way to prevent it from ever happening, but it seemed super loud. Those are my only two complaints. Everything else was fantastic!! Staff members were super friendly, quick and efficient. The hotel offered a “snack supper” (from 5-7 or maybe 5:30-7??) - Mac and cheese, pulled pork bbq, salad and lots of sides. We were impressed that we didn’t have to go out to eat. After a long day at kings island with a toddler, we didn’t want to think about leaving. They also gave the adults over 21 3 free adult beverages. They were super small and not a ton of choices, but it was a nice touch. Breakfast was really good too! I would stay here again, but I’d get adjoined rooms instead of a suite. Then we all have decent beds.

I’m usually pretty critical when it comes to these reviews. Right, wrong, or a different, I just tell it like it is. With that being said, this place completely blew me away. The happy hour, the staff, the dinner and breakfast options, and the overall room just blew me away. I haven’t stayed in a Drury in over five years, and I can honestly say I will start looking for them more often as I travel weekly.

We loved everything about this hotel. The man who checked us in was professional and friendly. We were impressed with the dinner and breakfast that are included with the price. We were also given three complimentary adult drinks although we didn't use them as we do not drink. The pool is larger than most hotels and also has a nice size hot tub. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and everything was clean including everything in the bathroom. Although the hotel is right off a main highway, it was quiet and had wonderful black-out curtains that blocked the light completely. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. As a recently new visitor to the Cincinnati area (for the children's hospital) this will now be our go-to hotel.

Great breakfast. Loved the nightly snacks/dinner. When we arrived to check in there was a large group and several other families waiting to check in, staff stayed very pleasant and efficient to get us all taken care of. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Really enjoyed the hotel but in this day of age, either veggie or turkey/chicken items should be offered daily in the evenings and mornings meals. Everyone should be able to eat especially if we are all paying the same amount. Drury Inn really should make those changes to accommodate every guest.

This is the first time my family stayed at a Drury Inn but certainly won't be the last. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom looked new and the shower water pressure was good. Although we didn't use either, there was a nice pool, jacuzzi and gym and both were open 24 hours a day. There is a pretty good buffet style hot Continental breakfast that has something for most people. I was surprised that they also offered a dinner buffet with tacos, sloppy joes, hot dogs, beans, macaroni and cheese; plus, between 5:30 and 7:00, the offer guest up to 3 alcohol drinks a day. The location is very good and close to Kings Island, shopping and entertainment. Only complaint which is more a tradeoff for a good location is that our room was facing the highway and we could hear trucks driving by throughout the night, our fix was to play sounds of rain on the smartphone and we slept like babies.

I have stayed at Drury Inns many times in the last 20 years, since my kids were young. It is a great place for kids because of the pool and the free food served which the kids loved. This particular Drury Inn offered three small adult beverages for each adult during the reception time. The morning breakfast is also very good.They are always clean and family friendly. The Drury Inn is always my first choice if I can find one in the area we are staying. The price is outstanding for all that they offer.

Overall a good option. Rooms were clean. Service was great. We were excited for the happy hour bites. That was lackluster. Just nachos, hotdogs, popcorn, meatballs, and salad. Barely edible. The drinks were cool. Breakfast was better.
