No frills hotel, good location close to everything. Not far at all to Cincinnati, easy drive. Reasonably priced. Nice pool to cool off in. Rooms are very basic but have a fridge and microwave. No carpets and found the floors to be filthy. The cleaning staff really need to mop the floors. Summertime so bare feet and they were disgusting after walking around in the room. We had an issues with bugs (cockroaches) in our first room but we’re moved right away. Beds are on, a little firm. Very basic accommodations and that was all we needed. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Run down property. My room did not have a place to hang clothes. No iron or ironing board

Room was clean but no wash clothes and toilet paper was very low. Other than microwave and mini fridge No amenities

There is no free breakfast and the pool is outside. We stayed three days.

It was close to pretty much everything I wanted to do, comfortable, and affordable! The staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was a bit disappointing and lacked options. The parking lot needs a bit of work.

Not very nice they do not plow he snow and many people got stuck also the front desk guy charges 1.50 for a room key. Also some lady shows up in your room at 10:00 a.m. every morning.

I didnt like that it wasnt very accessible. I mentioned I had someone with mobility issues and was still forced to be on the second floor. The club in front made it difficult to sleep and made me feel unsafe. The sraff were helpful. I didnt appreciate that the AC was falling apart. I also didnt like that some of the outlets in the room either didnt work or were missing faceplates.

Went to pool and was excited to go swim.....but when got there a group of young adults ( not sure ages or if old enough to be drinking) were drinking and pouring beer all over each other and then jumping and diving into pool!!! Made pool area smell of alcohol and even pool smell a bit!!! It was very disapointing honestly!!! The bed was small, rock hard and pillows tiny!!! Room was hot and stuffy!!! Just not a pleasant stay!!! I would NOT stay here again!!!

There was filfth on the bathroom wall. Large stains painted over on the wall. The sheets were stained. The door had peeling paint. There was dirt in the corners of the room and along the edges of the floor. The only clothing storage available was under the sink. No place to hang bags or even sit them up off of the dirty floor. I do NOT recommend this hotel. Manager (?) ran our cc for thousands over the room rate and luckily our bank declined the transaction. We stayed one night as it was storming and we were exhausted. But we were not comfortable about staying here.

No dedicated staff at office. Pillows and towels looked dirty with visible off-white stains. Some rooms that are smoke-free have the smell of smoke in them. First room that I got assigned actually had someone in it when I tried entering the room.

It was terrible. Roaches and bugs all over. Absolutely disgusting.

The bedding was extremely dirty. Yellow and brown stains. The table and chair had white stuff splattered all over. The ceiling had a lot of water leakage. There was mold in the bathroom and spiders everywhere. The sheets had burn holes in them. Looks like they came in made the bed but never actually cleaned or changed anything. There was dust all over and was thick.

The room stunk badly of cigarettes and the blankets and sheets had burn holes all over. The shower was disgusting and you couldn’t change the water temperature. The towels had hair all over them. This was the absolute worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We checked out the next morning.

The floors make your socks black and there were bed bugs.

There were sun flower seeds on side of the bed and roaches just totally unacceptable

This is place is sketchy. It's pimps and prostitutes staying at the place , the man in the office comes off as rude. Our room was dirty and not properly cleaned. It was gnats in the bathroom, feces smeared on the bathroom wall , hair all in tub and drain and the towels where dirty and look like somebody already dried off with them. The beds here are the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. Me and my husband felt very unsafe. We heard people arguing all night and early morning and the people staying next door to us had a room full of people and we couldn't get any sleep because there were so loud and disregarded us. It's cheap but be advised you won't be fully comfortable.

I think, no actually I know $100 a night is ridiculous and bed has a bunch of cigarette holes in both top and top sheets and it wasn't clean really well and they don't have anywhere to hang clothes

LOUD VALVE ON TOILET. ROOM 108, AVG BED AVG AC AVG CLEAN, SAID NO SMOKING BUT RM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE AND BED SPREADS HAD BURN HOLES, IM A SMOKER BUT I SMOKED OUTSIDE FOR $69/NIGHT I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN FOR SURE BC ITS CLOSE TO FAM/FRIENDS AND FOOD GAS SHOPPING ETC

Was told there would be a pool and free breakfast included with the room. Neither of those things ate true. Was also told there was a video game console in the room. They also don't have extra pillows or towels. The toilet wasn't even attached to the floor. Definitely would never come here again. Its all a lie. Worst vacation ever.

Our room looked to have been recently remodeled probably by the local handyman it's definitely no Hilton but it was clean, free of smells and bugs. We had a non smoking room our comforter had several burn holes. At night there is a lounge next door that can be noisy if you have littles we were able to fall asleep no problem and you could hear others closing doors etc. We just needed a place to get ready for an event and then sleep. Worked for us as we weren't spending a lot of time in our room

Wow, talk about paper thin walls and the most shady people you will see in every room and on the street of the premises of the hotel. My next door neighbors had beers and music going non stop , their door open like if it was dorm collage door. Then you had kids in diapers of the street , scary men looking down from different rooms. It was a freak show. The walls were thin as paper.

We booked two rooms. Both bathrooms were dirty with hair and grime. One room had exposed wiring and was missing the shower handle to turn in the water. The air conditioner was also falling out of the wall. After 12 hours of playing ball in 90° heat, we found that housekeeping turned off the air in the room during cleaning.

Wrong room key, someone was in the room. No shower curtain. Bad odor in room.

The staff is AMAZING they are welcoming and the rooms are clean. I feel safe when I stay there I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a budget friendly clean safe hotel to check them out.

Check in was fast and efficient. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Convenient location just off the interstate.

Manager is rude, roach infested room, smelled of urine.

The woman at the front desk should not be working the front desk. She really should not be in charge of people. I heard from multiple people that she was just plain mean. They don’t communicate very well with each other. Housekeeping forgot to bring me towels which was literally not a big deal. I just called to the front desk and ask for towels. Apparently the lady at the front desk was screaming and yelling at the housekeeping for forgetting my towels, which made the housekeeping come to my door angry. Asking me why I had the nerve to call and ask for towels. When I went to the front desk about it and told her that it was not a big deal for the towels. I don’t understand why she’s yelling at everybody. She told me it was my fault. That I should’ve left my room while they were cleaning and they could’ve done a complete job. Literally everything was fine except for missing towels and I really was not making a big deal out of it. Housekeeping was cool and came apologized and kept pushing. Everything is good at the hotel, but I probably won’t stay there again because I don’t wanna have to deal with that interaction with the lady at the front desk. I had like two other bad interactions with her, but this is the one that made me leave.

I like it's tucked back a little and it's close to restaurants and gas stations.

Really bad hotel, things are broken, no chair or table, ads with free breakfast but not actually provided, noisy pub neighbors and homeless wondering around the property unsafe.

It’s in a quiet area and it is very close to the highway. The only thing I dislike was the smell of smoke in most rooms. Other than that it’s a good place to stay. They are very professional and it’s looks like a family own property.

The beds were small and extremely uncomfortable. The people constantly outside made us feel unsafe . Constant people looking in our cars in the middle of the night to where I had to unpack EVERYTHING I own out of my car into the room then back into my car at 6 am to go to work! The dog next door barking so loud all night I got zero sleep..very unhappy

No hot water in shower, nats coming out of sink drain and during the night the air conditioning unit leaked all over the floor. Not to mention the non smoking room smelled like mildew. The noise from the night club next door was disturbing.

The 3rd step up to second floor is waiting for a lawsuit, the refusal of towels for a 4ppl room that I had to go buy for my daughter and wife. Club behind the motel made for a lot of foot traffic

Although it wasn't the most expensive room in the area- I will not book here again. The photos are very outdated I would say at least 3 or 4 years. 1st night no washcloths, second the floor was sticky like they used a dirty mop to do the floor. I don't think Hostess donuts/cakes and bananas classify as a breakfast. I feel if someone was paying attention, they would catch these things before paying customer had to say it. My group who booked 4 rooms agreed on 1 thing- we're not staying here again, and we come there every year.

At least the room was clean. There was other furniture outside of the bed. There was one roll of TP and no Kleenex. The breakfast that was supposed to be from 6 am to 9 am never happened. The coffee that was there was weak and the apple juice I got was so watered down it was basically water that was yellow. We were so tired after driving that we didn’t care about the room. However we left as fast as we could from the place. I’ve added the motel to the list of places to avoid

advertised as offering breakfast and I paid more than other hotels to get breakfast, but they do not provide. Staff was rude, room cleaner left me without toilet paper for entire stay, bugs in room, property untidy and aged to decay, my room key expired every day, I had to get my card reactivated each time. DO NOT stay at this hotel. It should be shut down my health inspector. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. One star is way to high for this place

Staff was rude , not even coffee at " breakfast " as advertised. Room was what was expected for the price.
