The overall appearance of the hotel was dirty. There was no refrigerator in the room that was requested the day before the TV remote did not work the cleanest place in the hotel was the lobby. The air in the room was the best thing going. Water spots in the bathroom hair dryer was filthy. Patches on the wall that should have been painted, outlets hanging out the wall. I will not be returning ever. The outside doors were propped open all hours of the night. People were just hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night. Did not feel safe or secure. To grab and go breakfast was ridiculous. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. I wish I would have taken some pictures to upload.

Where should I start …. He got me on the 2nd floor with no elevator and when I get up to the hallways it smells like weed , it’s weird that you suppose to clean the bed and you got the other person hair still on the sheets and bath towels? I had to wait 2 or 3 hours for room service just for them to clean up the mess please read the reviews because I should have horrible service this place need to be burn to the ground

This is such a poorly run hotel I dont know where to begin. The first night I realized the air conditioner leaked water through the floor. Then I see that there is no battery in the smoke detector. The bathtub did not drain the water during showers. It is clear that no maintenance goes into this facility. The worst part was the hotel allowing this property to become a party ground. There were large groups of people drinking and doing drugs at every entrance and exit. Music loud enough to rattle my truck windows. At one point after working all day I was afraid to go back to my room because of the yelling and fighting in the hallways. I feared for my safety the entire stay.

Quick access from King's Island. Okay for an overnight stay but felt very uneasy. Neighbors were very loud throughout the night and could be heard through the walls making sleep hard. It was horrible. The sheets had stains and holes on them. The tub was nasty, faucet was lose, dogs barking all hours of the night. The staff lives there and they advertise a breakfast but do not set it up. Towels have stains on them. Advertise a pool they do not have.

There’s a reason this place was non-refundable. Big stain of who-knows-what on the headboard. Stains and cigarette-burn holes in the bed covers and sheets. Mold on the bathroom ceiling in the shower and the handle on the shower fell off. It was definitely a get-what-you-pay-for kind of place. Also, was supposed to have breakfast. There was nothing out when we went to the lobby in the morning and no staff anywhere to be seen.

When I asked for a refund the guy at the front desk made racist remarks and accused me of making the mess in the room. I will never stay at a Days Inn again and highly, highly, highly recommend that no one stay at this hotel.

The place was clean, but a very old and rundown hotel. No closet for hanging clothes. The toilet seat was broken, the tub had broken pieces from the shower, laying on the ledge. missing toilet paper holder because it was broken. No plug for the sink. The lighting was terrible in the room, even with the window curtains open, it was still very dark. There were plenty of sketchy or shady characters around the hotel. The front desk people were very friendly. It was a good price so I guess I got what I paid for.

There was a hole in the wall by the first bed when you came in the room. The phone didn't work. The plug on the wall by the bed only one side worked. The bathroom smelled like mildow. The tub barely drained. The shower head when we got in the room was in pieces on the back of the toilet. The ac unit became louder each day there, it was on the same setting the whole time. The lobby was immaculate though. That made it seem like the room would be nice. Wrong. The rooms need some fixing and love. For a place to just lay your head and thats it, it worked and for the price.

There was no shower head in the shower, just the pipe sticking out. There was no coffee pot or coffee/cups, no tv remote, no alarm clock. The room also had a smell to it and had to buy air freshner. Also the plug to the AC was barely plugged in because the outlet is on the ground with hardly any space for the cord, fire hazzard in my opinion. We will not be back to this location

The room was just renovated and you can tell. There was no closet with extra blankets. The a/c & heater unit was sooooo loud when you turned it on. So we were unable to use it to take the chill off in the room. Also the bathroom sink took so long to drain. Also the toilet looked liked it wasnt cleaned. The bath tub was slippery when you stepped into it. Also it was a non smoking room but the hallway and room smelled of smoke. There was also suppose to be free breakfast but when we went down there there was just coffee/juice. Front desk clerk said he could give us yogurt or fruit. The only thing we liked was that the beds were firm but comfortable, the flooring was better then nasty carpet. Would we stay here again probably not. But then again what do you expect for a hotel price of $75 but after taxes it cost $94.

They demanded a deposit upon arrival. When we got to our room it was dirty and the window had vulgar art brushed into the dirt and dust that was caked on it. In the morning we were told there was no breakfast except for on weekends and they told us originally there was free breakfast. That was the only reason we booked this hotel.

What a disappointment with no resolution. Upon my initial check in the staff accidentally cancelled my reservation althoughI paid before arriving. Then I waited for a room for about an hour for him to get the room situated while keeping my id. Then we finally got room #237 and the ventilation system wasn’t working so we switch to another room #257. At that point we was not able to check bcuz we where rushing to concert. So making it back at 3am, there was a bug on the bed to our surprise, no microwave or amenities that were promised was not available, no knob on bathroom fixtures in order to take a shower, and overall unsafe, ppl running around outside making noise. I have pictures of all the problems we’ve endured and was adv there was no other room available. We were told to talk to manager in the morning but was not there adv by front desk staff. To be so far away from home, truly inconvenient. I do feel we need to be reimbursed at least half due to lack of.

Our stay was ordinary not much happening around this particular area but perfect for accessing the major roads to anlny and all attractions in the greater Cincinnati area . Plus they're dressing the place up with new paint on the exterior and remodeling happening to the entire house . Things are looking up for the old place .. It's getting a New & Fresh Look 😊 .

The staff were friendly and made a easy check in. The whole property had many overpowering air fresheners all around and the room was just nasty. Not like it wasnt cleaned, the building just needs leveled and re done. The lobby is really nice but thats the cleanest part. The whole 2 nights there was loud kids slamming my wall and there was a fire alarm going off in early morning. There were multiple cars out back by my room blasting music late into the night. When I arrived the floor to my room was soaked like it was just swamped with a very dirty mop. When it dried there were mud crumbs everywhere. The AC was blowing toxic dusty air and anytime a cigarette was lit outside it pumped my room full of the smell. The area really isn't that bad, but this hotel attracts the worst crowds. I will recommend folks to NOT stay here in the future. Sorry, but I just have notbing postive to say besides the staff being nice.
