We booked this location expecting to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Only to find out upon arrival both closed down for maintenance. Reservation was made 2 weeks prior giving your staff ample time to send a courtesy email so that we could make other accommodations. Poor communication!

Hotel was under construction which we were unaware of, Breakfast was decent, and pool was closed 8am to 3pm daily. Elevator definitely could use some attention with being cleaned, and mechanical. It has the potential to be better.

The staff was great and always friendly. The hot tub was nice but the pool area needs some cleaning. I saw the same hair tie I picked out of the pool on the 1st day of my stay still on the ground after my 3rd days stay. I then noticed a bandage that sat by the hot tub for 2 days. Pretty gross but otherwise a fine stay. Like most places these days. They could use more staffing to stay on top of everything. Thanks...

Convenient location off of the highway. Check in was great, the hotel was clean, and the room was very nice. You could tell that they had put some effort into upgrading the hotel. The breakfast was good and the gym was surprisingly nice with a full set of dumbells and even a peloton.

The design of the room had a luxurious feel and everything was well stocked however the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. I noticed small pieces of food and dead bugs in certain areas of the room. It blended in with the carpet so I understand how it could be missed but a definite yuck. The staff were absolutely great and I would considered staying again.

About five hours into our stay, I saw a bed bug crawling across the comforter on top of me. I picked up the hotel phone on the nightstand and pressed the front desk button but a man answered the phone saying that I had called his room. It was nearly 11pm so I found myself having to apologize to him. We had to go get someone who came to the room and then offered our family of four to move to another room with one king size bed. We were only at the hotel for five hours before having to leave. The hotel staff would not give us bags to protect ourselves from bringing bugs home with us. They would not give check out documents or discuss refund. Said management was not on site and to call tomorrow. It's been almost a week and I still haven't spoken directly with anyone in management. When I called, I was told by staff that the manager gave permission to process a refund but no paperwork or receipt can be provided so I'll just need to monitor my bank statement over the next seven business days. We've also had to throw away a lot of our personal items as precaution so not to bring bed bugs into our home.

The room was clean and pretty well equipped. The hand and body lotion was a real hit with my wife. Noisy neighbors (kids) were dealt with promptly and effectively by the management. The hot breakfast was excellent. Only negatives were that the window only had sheers for full coverage - the drapes would not close (weren't designed to) - and left the room quite bright during the night. The mattresses were nice and firm but the bedding was slick and you couldn't keep pillows under you at all. Overall, a 9 out of 10.

The tv controls were terrible, worst we’ve ever encountered. Shut off during the middle of programs & you couldn’t get back on. Also the phone wasn’t connected to the actual base, the connection was broke, if it had been cleaned they would’ve noticed it.

I have stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites many times. I was very pleased the past times I stayed. This time I was surprised that my room had no mini bar area. That included a mini fridge & microwave. However my stay was nice. I will continue to use the Hampton chain in the future.

Shower head leaked and very poor pressure. There was tape attempting to secure a leak. Made it difficult to rinse hair. Brown gritty water came out of hot water cleared up quickly. No hot water was coming out of the sink faucet after we’d complained of the brown water.

The building was in alright shape, I do appreciate the king and double Queen suite rooms. Ample room to move around. The only thing I would recommend is new shower heads, These current ones have Seen better days and the two rooms I had could use some bathroom love in the shower.

Late check in requested when booked 3 MONTHS ago. Hotel called after 8pm - we were almost there! to tell us they only have 1 room- they wanted to SPLIT UP a 2 room reservation-sending one of us to a lower level hotel. Told me bc I was not a statused member, and bc we were staying only 1 night they were moving me to a different hotel. “it will be cheaper” according to the manager-does that tell you it’s a crappie hotel she sent us to??? HORRIBLE-don’t stay here. Too bad no one will listen bc it’s near the hall of fame. Just remember I warned you when they cancel your reservation at the 11th hour.

The receptionist canceled my reservation. TOOK humor as a personal affront. MY daughter could not believe she hung up ,my daughter then called to inquire what the problem was and....she informed her my reservation was canceled....I went to the Hyatt.

From early check-in assisted by Manager Olivia to check-out we loved this hotel. Pricing was great! Secluded but conveniently located near the Pro Football HOF and great dining options. Hotel was super clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was great! The hotel pool was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Highly recommend.

Front Desk service excellent, room was huge, clean, very comfortable. Only issues was indoor pool area was extremely hot and uncomfortable and breakfast buffet was ok but never restocked, cleaned and closed 5 minutes early each day. Overall though, a very nice hotel.
