There was no cable or wifi. I had to pay cash because they were not able to use my card. Having to use an ATM and getting a service fee was not fair to me. It was also not communicated to us that they were under construction and didn’t have any of the amenities for us. Also, our key cards were deactivated after our first night when we were staying two nights. The sink in our room also was spitting out water when you used it. There was no hand soap or hygiene products in the bathroom either. I will never book another stay at this hotel again. If I had it my way I would ask for a full refund because our experience was terrible.

Tried to check in around 11pm on Friday. Was told at the front desk that there was water damage in the room and that they couldn't accommodate me. I ended up having to drive back hom

We came to town to attend a funeral and chose to stay here because they advertised having an elevator (a necessity as I'm recovering from a broken femur) and a buffet breakfast. They did not disclose they were renovating. Although we were put in a clean, mostly renovated room, it was on the 3rd floor - elevator also being renovated - no hot water - no remote or even service to operate TV manually. The "buffet breakfast" was a couple toasters on a table, a pitcher of juice, milk, and cereal. EXTREMELY disappointing! I understand hotels need to update on occasion but they really should pull off hotels.com and other media forms of selling rooms without disclosing they are under renovation if unable to provide the amenities they offer. We could not even choose to go elsewhere (when given the option of 3rd or 4th floor with no working elevator) as our booking only gave the option of prepay with no refund. We were stuck. I'm not usually one to complain but being in customer service myself, this was the furthered from good customer service one could get. (Did I mention the "desk clerk" seemed shocked when we actually asked for a room as she handed me a piece of paper to register myself...guess we now understand her surprise!)

I got the room for my two 67yr parents for a week they stayed 2 days before the ride staff threw them out and wouldn't even let them pack their things. There was no hot water, not tv, no Internet, no pool, no breakfast even though it was on the web site. I will be taking them to court. Never stay there it's waste of space.
