Nice large suites. Full kitchenette. Great shower, only exception there is that the seals were missing from around the shower door so we had quite a bit of water on bathroom floor. Reported it to housekeeping staff member.rveryine was friendly. Very nice indoor pool and sheltered outside area with gas grills for guests use. Very nice dining area. Great stay.

Hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and the kitchen was a huge plus. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The washers and dryers are free for guests. I do wish the hot breakfast started a little earlier on the weekend but we were still offered coffee and cereal/toast. Great place to stay

Really enjoyed the hotel overall: nice staff, comfy and clean room, good bed linens and towels, fitness center always impecable clean and nice area to explore shops and restaurants. Brekafast buffet may get short of some food depending on the time you're there and employees lack some organization for replenishment. The only downside I would point out is the lack of water pressure in the shower. That was kind of disappointing. Between the pros and cons, I recommend the property and am very much likely to stay there again.

Did not get the room that we reserved online so had split into two rooms. Room was dirty, tub would not drain, hair in tub, broken bathroom door, rooms smelled, poor shower heads.

I dont like giving bad reviews and I actually like the hotel as this is the second time that I stayed there. However, after driving 8 hours, I checked into my room and it had the worst smell. It smelled like feet, funk, and dirty dog (I'm being polite). I advised the front desk and was told that the hotel was sold out and there was no other option. The front desk guy apologized and gave me a spray to attempt to hide the smell but that was a short term fix. Although I do not have pets due to my allergies, I can appreciate that the hotel is pet friendly but the hotel should better prepare for situations like this. Clearly the room/carpet was not properly cleaned so there was a stench that was unbearable. It was so uncomfortable and it ruined my mini vacation.

I guess I don't understand how the carpet clean a room and then have guests check in immediately afterwards. The carpets were soaked still, they were squishy. If you kept shoes on the debris and dirt on your shoes left dirty prints in bathroom and kitchen. If you took your shoes off your feet were wet. Bathrooms and kitchen floors became slippery. We ended up putting towels on the floor where we were gonna walk. Front desk told us they just got done cleaning carpets, sorry for the wet floors, I took that as to bad for your luck. Was not told at check in of situation . Also told that they left papers in the rooms explaining the wet carpets, couldn't find them but do suspect it was the piece of paper that was in the toilet. Pool is nice. Very disappointed for the price we paid. We are in area couple times a year and will find another hotel next time.

This property is a great space. However, it smells like animal urine when you walk in and through out the hotel. Our room was gross - hair all over. Muddy dog prints on head board. Gum stuck on our iron that ruined a shirt. The breakfast was a waste - food was out at 8:30 a.m. and they were serving french fries for breakfast.

In our king suite room, there was something hard under the left side of the sheets like a tag or some plastic it felt like. We pulled back the sheets to see what was so crunchy. What we found was a large blood spot that was dried up and hard. Was absolutely disgusting. Don't stay in room 302.

There were a lot of conveniences about the Canton Staybridge- great location, breakfast options, helpful, kind staff. This was a wonderful spot for traveling with kids. But I thought the noise was a bit too loud- the walls and windows/exterior were too thin and not insulated enough. The hotel sits in a plaza shared by a restaurant/bar and shops, restaurants. I could hear car traffic, a garbage truck at 3am, train, sirens, loud cars. I ended up buying earplugs after night 1 so slept better. And I will say, the staff were very accomodating and great.

Bathroom floor could have used a good sweep and scrubbing. Mattress was older and was caved in so that each person rolled in toward the middle. The shower was one where you had to open the door and get wet trying to start the shower. Everything else was fine. Very friendly staff at the front desk.

The king sized bed in room 414 was very uncomfortable, and needs replaced. The center of the bed is slightly concaved and is rough on your back. Usually hotels beds are very comfortable, this one was not!

Excellent hotel! The suite had everything I needed and the service was excellent. My flight came in early and they allowed me to check in early without charge bc it wasn’t busy. The room was beautiful the toiletries offered were top notch. The staff was super friendly!

The ceiling / floors are thin. Had an issue with the family above us letting tge kids and dog run around jumping off beds, etc for 2 hours. The doors were rattling. The GM made the calls and stopped it. They normally put families with small kids on the ground floor to prevent this, but were at capacity. Well handled.

We loved our Deluxe suite. The kitchen area was set up extremely efficient for the space it was in. The bed and living room furniture were comfortable enough. A couple things that need attention are 1) The bathroom door would not latch nor lock. 2) The tv had to be moved manually between being able to see it from the couch or the bed. It needs to be on a swivel or mounted on the wall on a swivel. 3) The air had to be set on 78° to be comfortable. Otherwise, it never stopped running and was way too cold. This was our first time staying at a Staybridge Hotel. We will definitely stay at them in the future.

We were in Canton to get married last weekend and we had the best stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the location was great, but the main reason I’m writing this review is because of our front desk experience. Troy was the most helpful, kind, and hilarious receptionist. Amidst all of the chaos because of the Microsoft crash on 07/19, Troy checked us in promptly, kept a positive attitude, and helped make our stay even better. I wish every hotel had a Troy. Highly recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights. We needed pillows/sheets for the fold out sofa. Was told they didn’t have anymore pillows. Sheets on the bed were dirty. Bathroom was old and falling apart. There was mold on the shower drain and faucet. The guy at the front desk didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency because when we checked in he took his sweet time coming inside from having a cigarette then when I went to check out he had to finish texting somebody for several mins. They also don’t have housekeeping on the weekends so our trash piled up. Wouldn’t stay again.

I paid for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and when we show up they tell me they only have 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with just 1 king bed. Said they have been booked for 6 days....but we somehow booked oir reservation yesterday???? The staff was no help. Rooms were clean and plenty to do aeound the venue.

Check in was a breeze and staff was very kind. Our room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Easy to walk to Fat Head or a few shopping stores. We will definitely be staying again while visiting family.

It is about 5 minutes from Belden Village Mall, very accessible to I-77. Good number of eating places. Hotel itself was beautiful as was the suite I had. Nicely appointed too. A hot breakfast was a plus!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Especially that is walking distance to a fantastic organic grocery store, a fun brewery and other very nice stores. We were planning to use the outdoor grill and sit by the fun outdoor fire pit, but ran out of time. But, we will definitely be back again!

The room itself was great. We were there 4 days. Our trash was never taken out. Someone came by to get our dirty linens but didn’t replace them. I had to go to the front desk for trash bags, bedding, towels and washcloths. The breakfast was empty each morning less than an hour after breakfast started. The facility was somewhat unkept and run down. The staff member upfront during the evenings seemed annoyed by any guest who required assistance with anything.

The bedding, the mattress and the pillows were amazingly comfortable. It was nice to have the extra room, and the price was very reasonable. The pool and hot tub was lovely. The breakfast was above average, with warm options as well as the usual waffle maker and cereal. The vinyl tiles in the elevator showed their age and could be updated/replaced; the edges were lifting and caught on my shoe edge.
