With this price this hotel exceeds all expectations! The staff was so friendly! The beds were probably some of the softest I’ve ever slept in during a stay. And the pillows, the same they were soft! Honestly the hospitality was some of the best I’ve ever experienced!

This is the worst comfort inn I’ve ever stayed at. It’s run down, the rooms and hallways smell moldy, and the staff was awful. Very rude

The hotel was very dated, which I knew by the photos but maintenance and updates are definitely needed, although it did seem very clean otherwise. Our room was missing a remote for the TV and the floor was wet by the mini fridge. A very basic hotel, we didn’t use the pool or free breakfast due to our short time there. I would like mention that we requested a replacement remote and we were told one would be brought to us, but it never was and I had to go back to the front desk and ask a second time, but the front desk staff did seem nice otherwise. There is a sign out front about quiet hours and listed oddly specific things to avoid doing, such as singing too loudly in the shower. While we were at the front desk, checking in, the clerk, took a call in which he was talking to someone about renting a room for a few hours or giving an hourly rate to the person on the phone, which also gave me the ick. Overall, it was OK for the short time we were there, but I probably wouldn’t stay again as somebody else mentioned in the reviews it gives the shining vibes.
