Did not metion in thier ad that there was no elevator. My wife and I are 70 and climbing 3 flights of stairs with luggage was unacceptable. Also the bed was simply aweful - lumpy, no support, box springs made noises when you moved. No excuse for a matteress like that.

Hotel exterior door doesn’t lock and has paper jammed in it. My hotel room door doesn’t lock without putting my whole body weight into it (I’m a 190 pound male). This place is not well kept. Regardless of the doors I’m more concerned about getting bed bugs from this hell hole. If your homeless come on in! It’s warm and dry and I’m sure you can easily find a couple unlocked rooms! You're probably better off sleeping in your car and saving your money. If anyone is interested I have video evidence of both doors being unlocked/unlockable. DONT STAY HERE

No vending machines accept the debit or credit cards it was cash or coins only no ATM and no ice or vending on each floor only the very bottom floor

This property has NO ELEVATOR, gross breakfast and horrible bed. My sink was cracked the whole way across. Horrible.

Positives are : the staff were friendly, the parking lot is well lit at night , shopping and restaurants close by Negatives : poor mattress, terrible condition of the pillows (felt like a bag of rags in a pillow case ) hair dryer only worked for 3 minutes and then it was too hot and turned off ,

Older hotel not kept up. No elevator and I was on the 3rd floor. Had a bad spoiled moldy smell to the hallways & rooms. Only stayed because it was the only room I could find within 20 miles of the area. All hotels in the area were booked full.

No elevator for handicapped

Cheap option but with limited resources. No elevator, breakfast area not great, also not very neat. Still an option if you don’t need to enjoy the hotel facilities and just need a place to sleep

I liked the location of the hotel. I did not like how dirty our room was. We asked for a different room. That room was also dirty... Gross stains all over the bedding. Bathroom was very dirty. Lamp shade had holes in it. Floor was stained and dirty.

Room was not clean, there was roaches crawling on us in the bed, dead roaches in the nightstands, bed was not comfortable, mattress kept popping Everytime you moved, bedding was dirty, asked for new bedding and was told there was none, bathtub smelled like urine, mold in the shampoo and conditioner dispenser, air conditioner kept stopping all night had to unplug and plug back in to reset was in room 206 and the hotel quality inn hall of fame Canton they refused to give a refund.

I imagine this was an older property, but our room was visibly dirty when we arrived. There were hairs on the pillow cases, dust on most surfaces, and at one point, the air conditioning was blowing chunks of dirt and/or animal droppings into the room.

Room was filthy. Bathroom was not cleaned. Mold in the shower, dirt on the floor, broken doors in the hallway and smelled like smoke

Locked out of room and had to wait a day to get our stuff out. Rooms were really dirty. I wouldn’t stay here if it were free again

Hot, Dirty, bugs in the bed. No elevator, so don’t bring heavy bags in. Sink cracked in half and caulked back to gather. Dirt so thick in the corners of the bathroom that you’d need a knife to clean it. Just disgusting

Room had a musty smell. Beds had metal platform/frame that made noise when you moved. Ceiling in bedroom and bathroom had large spots of chipped paint/missing finish. Hair dryer was melted and didn't work. Bathroom was outdated. Staff at check-in was friendly and breakfast was really good.

When arriving at the hotel the clerk could not speak English to check us in first then we got to our room and we checked the bed like we always do or bugs and we found a license so obviously had not been completely cleaned staying on the bottom foot of the mattress cover but was not going to be in our way. The beds were absolutely horrible metal frames noisy as hell no matter if you just sat or did anything in the bed uncomfortable as hell the mattresses are like cardboard You cannot sleep It was awful I do not recommend this hotel to anyone when we discuss this with the manager they did not care that we even had any issues whatsoever there was leftover food and soda in the refrigerator that we had to dispose of and then we were awoken to carbon monoxide in the morning coming through the air conditioner because someone started their truck right outside and it was right at the air conditioning unit which we understand that hotel has no control over but there should be a no parking there or something because it was awful This is absolutely never going to happen in my lifetime again horrible horrible horrible

The majority of the electrical outlets in the room didn't work. I had to plug my phone in by the bathroom sink outlet, which only worked after I bent the blades of my plug out a bit to make up for the loose outlet. The bed made weird noises whenever you moved on it. it sounded like the bed had not been assembled properly.

The first room we were given smelled musty/damp. No surprise because it below street level. They moved us to another basement room, but it wasn't much better. The sink had a major crack across the back of it, but it was functional. The pillows were lumpy. The sheets made me itch. Room was always dark, not much light. There were no USB ports and only a few outlets for changing. Lamp shades were cracled and appeared to have mold? on them,

The motel was clean, Quiet but the bed was uncomfortable, difficult to sleep.

This property is extremely overpriced for the condition of the musty room and poor condition of the property.

Not up to Hall of Fame standards, whatsoever. Property was okay, room conditions not great. Had the room booked 3 nights and stayed there one.

Bed and room were clean. overall building, aged. Walls/ floors really squeaky. Could hear every step of room above us.

Bathtub was dirty. Sink was cracked. TV never had an HDMI outlet. Only 1 electrical outlet in room.

I rarely complain about anything. I am disappointed in both the service and cleanliness of my room. The bathroom was dirty. It appeared the shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Disgusting for a hotel room. I was charged for my room twice. The attendant said the first one didn’t go through and and now I’m showing 2 charges. I contacted the front desk who said they would have to take care of it in the morning. I spoke to them the next morning upon checkout. They said a manager was handling it. They left a voicemail saying it was refunded. I actually saw a third charge go through. I called back after I left and they removed the third charge but the second one remains. I called back another time and was told to give it a few days to refund. I was skeptical because both are showing as posted on my CC statement and not pending. I will be contacting the hotel again to get this taken care. I’ve wasted a lot of time on a dirty room and a terrible customer service experience.

It was fine clean everyone was nice.

The staff was amazing! I do wish however that while me and my husband were gone during the day our room had been tidied up.

The staff when I was checking in was not the most friendly. I had called early as I was in town quicker then expected and asked if I could early check in the response was a short no followed by a prompt hang up before I could ask another question. When I was booking I had specifically asked for a pet-friendly room as I have an ESA that travels with. They never called to verify and upon arrival had a somewhat confrontational encounter about the error that I wasn't tracking on in regards to my room, which would have been my next question earlier if I hadn't been hung up on. I luckily had my ESA letter and the situation was rectified albeit should have not happened in the first place. Both situations resulted in me feeling disheartened and made me feel like the hotel didn't care about my needs or stay. The overall shape of the hotel was okay, the bed was very firm and hard to sleep in, but room was clean and what I needed for the weekend. I think in future instances I may either spend more at another hotel or look to stay with family and spend more time commuting to my business ventures.

We had stayed here in March and had a pleasant stay so we came back again...I asked if Raven worked there still and she had moved on but I was treated just as wonderful by her aunt/cousin...we will be back again...thank you so much

The staff at this property (Quality Inn in North Canton, OH) are fantastic; have been nothing but helpful and professional. The hotel manager (Nicole) has been nothing but a helpful, kind, resource even on topics outside of hotel business/information. The house keepers are cordial and affable. Anthony, hotel staff, has stopped his day to ask how I'm doing and have a conversation; just to be kind and polite. Worth your time, stay and money. 10/10 would recommend.

I booked for 1 night & then booked a 2nd night. I received a phone call at 12:05 am Sunday morning & no one answered. 10 minutes later someone knocked on the door. It was the front desk demanding my id. 2 bags of clothing was also missing. I followed up on the clothing on 11/13/25 & the same person said housekeeping removed them & didn't know where they put them.

Very friendly service. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, waffles, etc. Bed comfortable. No elevator so we carried our luggage up stairs, was fine for our younger family but would not be good for older patrons. Overall good stay.

Great location

Location felt unsafe because there were people hanging around the lobby that may or may not have been homeless. Person at the don’t desk was not very friendly. Lighting was not great on the exterior of the building. The room was very stuffy, smelt like mold, had mildew in the bathroom, and the room had high humidity.

Close to the freeway and the Football Hall of Fame.

Easy access to property and located right off an highway exit.

Nice hotel, beds were comfortable, room was clean. Close to the Pro Football HOF and just about any type of food you want.

Hotel is located next-Door to another hotel, where a child was shot recently. Did not know this Until we got to the hotel. The inside of the hotel is below average. There is no elevator to the second and third floors. The room was musty and damp and the shower is permanently filthy. There are also people who are clearly living in this hotel on the first floor. This is not the type of hotel that someone rents for several days at a time, but more like by the hour.

Close to 77 and less than 10 minutes from HOF but very dated, needs remodeling, breakfast ok

The staff were very nice, check in and out were fast and easy. Breakfast was good with several things to pick from.

Continental breakfast was warm and much better than the previous hotel I stayed in.

It was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. There is no elevator so make sure to request bottom floor if you have a hard time with stairs. They also did not do well with keeping up with breakfast.

The location is decent, among all the North Canton retail, but it's basic accommodations. The room was clean and in reasonable shape, but the common areas were showing some wear. In particular, the carpeting in the hallways was dingy and the doors to the rooms were a little battered. The hallway lighting was dim. Breakfast was iffy - scrambled eggs that I'm not sure were real, lukewarm coffee. At least the waffle iron worked. It's acceptable if you're looking for a place to lay your head for a night, perhaps not the best for a long-term stay.

This hotel is just so-so. The sheets and towels were clean, but the rest of the room could use a good scrubbing. The once white tub and shower walls were gray. Most of the the metal in the bathroom as rusted. The wall outlet nearest the bed could not be used to charge my phone. The desk had a big dip in the middle and the freezer had food spills in it. The air conditioner was set at 62 when I arrived. I left at that setting. It ran continuously (hence the low eco friendly rating). The temperature in the room was comfortable but no where near 62 so I assume the A/C unit does not function properly plus the constant running of the unit was annoying. Breakfast is very basic - no meat, no yogurt, powdered eggs, only one kind of fruit (apples).

How do you serve a hot breakfast, but not serve ANY meat?

The inside smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free property. Breakfast was good on the first morning of our stay, my only complaint is that since it is a “buffet” style breakfast that the person in front of us cooked 6 waffles so we had to wait 15 minutes to use the waffle maker. I think an extra waffle maker would fix this issue for other guest in the future. The second morning the staff said the breakfast attendant wasn’t there and it really was a big inconvenience to walk into the cafeteria hungry to find out there was no food left and only bagels. The staff said she could only make one thing at a time, so she made eggs. Said it would take 15-20 minutes to cook. She wasn’t very pleasant and all we had was eggs. That’s not really a breakfast I was expecting. The waffle maker had no waffle mix left. And was never refilled. I do not recommend this hotel if you’re booking for the convenience of a free hot breakfast like advertised.
