LIVN West Loop Chicago 1 BR

Amazing location and great place to stay! The only negative is that you hear a lot throughout the building, with thin walls. That didn’t bother us and realistically you won’t be spending that much time in the room, but something to note if it’s something that would annoy you. Bed was super comfy, kitchen was well equipped and it was easy to store luggage after checkout. Definitely recommend!

The LIVN hotel seems to be aimed primarily at longer stay tenants. I'd expected just another ordinary hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the personality. The rooms have well-appointed full kitchens and are quite large, with plenty of eating and sitting space. The industrial bare-brick styling was attractive and the furniture was modern and comfortable. Given the central West Loop location, there was little noise. As an apartment hotel there is no staff, but we didn't need it for our stay. There is only one elevator and handicapped access could be a bit challenging. The most significant issue for some people may be that the nearest covered pay parking is several blocks away. On the other hand, if you are carless in Chicago, it's a great choice. I'd gladly stay there again.
