I want to start by saying the front desk staff were incredible. Very helpful and kind. This was my second time staying here, the first time was fine, this time was just bad. The room had no soap in the shower and was never replaced. The bedding was stiff and itchy, and the room just felt dingy. It felt as if our room was partially cleaned and then forgotten. The parking garage smells like something died there and no one has bothered to look for the body. It’s enough to make you sick. Finally, the absolute icing on the cake and reason for the poor review - our AC quit working. I reported it and the front desk immediately worked to send someone up, once the engineer came in, he took the cover off the unit, KICKED IT, then goes “it’s blowing cold air. Fixed.” And left. Contrary to popular belief, that method was unsuccessful. This was an incredibly frustrating stay and I expected more from Hilton.

Excellent hotel. We were there when a wedding reception was going on. We couldn’t hear any noise in our room on the main event floor. Room was spotless, staff were helpful. Close to plenty of places to eat as well as wegmans for groceries. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. We stayed for two nights and the room was cleaned every morning. I complained about the clogged bath tub and it was fixed immediately. If you’re looking for a hotel around Potomac/Rockville area, I recommend you stay here.

The Room was very clean. Although the Bride's family left something for me at the front desk, they were not able to find it.?
