Great hotel and would definitely return. Rooms were very comfortable and loved amenities, especially the well-appointed gym that even had Peloton bikes. Hotel restaurant was also very good.

They were awesome about getting a microwave added to our room. My only complaint is that the parking is pricey ($44 per day). Not sure if that is common in that area or not.

While the restaurants being this close are lovely the fact that the valet service uses the fire lane when the bottom 3 floors are for that is a little frustrating. I’ll definitely do more research because for $44 for self parking and I have to park on level 4 or higher then they should be using their designated space or allow the guests that stay in the hotel the ability to actually park on the bottom floors.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mall is literal steps away as are a number of great dining options. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant one morning and the buffet was very nice. The staff was attentive and there were plenty of options. The workout room was very well appointed and conveniently located. We were here for a convention and already have plans to stay here again next year.

Very nice and modern physical building and facilities. Friendly can-do staff. But: • the coffee in the room is terrible, and comes with some awful and dated “creamer” product vs. just having small half-and-half servings. There is no tea as a part of the set-up. Cheap, cheap, cheap. • Housekeeping was VERY slow - obviously just badly understaffed for a big convention/event hotel. They didn’t ever get to our room on the important second morning/afternoon before the wedding we were attending. So, the hotel has a Starbucks where you can buy decent but overpriced coffee, but is WAY behind on having a decent in-room coffee/tea service. Bottom line - some bad choices by the operator on in-room F&B, and on housekeeping staffing.

Incredibly poor sound isolation between rooms, especially the bathrooms which essentially share a vent which is also located directly above the toilet and is incredibly awkward because you can clearly hear everything in the other room from there. High ceilings seem nice but are probably more difficult/time consuming to clean because after taking a shower the room had noticeable mildew smell that affected my allergies. This lingered for hours because of poor ventilation and the inability to open any windows. Would avoid in the future.

Property was overall nice . It has 3 close restaurants and looks nice and quiet. The bathrooms only have. Waterfall shower in the regular rooms . I’m used to the waterfall head being optional and being able to aim water on my body . You cannot with this shower . It is ONLY the rainfall head on the ceiling.There was trash between my night stand and bed like it hadn’t been swept . I was in room 457 Idk if it’s beneath the laundry room or what but we were woke up by what sounded like a washing machine spinning and tapping noises. I told the front desk and they did nothing . Just said “ I’m sorry about that .” Overall , at a discounted rate I’d stay here . I definitely wouldn’t spend more than $250 per night .

Everything was really nice and clean. Bed was amazing and the room itself was very enjoyable. Only real issue I had was the door that is used to connect a room made it seem like I could hear everything going on in the next room. I'm Greatful they weren't people who stayed up all night or very loud or it would've made a bad experience. Besides that can't say enough positive things about my stay.

It was a lovely stay overall of 2 nights. I think this is the maximum I would do in this location because it’s still a ways away from Chicago and activities aside from the Rosemont Theater. Also, we struggled with the wifi the whole time but again, it was a quick trip so not the worst thing to endure.

Hotel is fabulous overall. Great large rooms that are super clean. Breakfast was great with an a la cart or buffet option. I had a $12 dollar resort credit that no one ever mentioned so i couldnt put it to use. A little annoying as it wasnt in the reservation either. But a great hotel with a mall and lots of shops a short walk away.

This property is very nice. Checking in was a bit confusing as I’m used to someone coming out to check my car in for valet but this hotel doesn’t offer that and I was unaware so I was a little weary by leaving my rental out front while I checked in but the staff was great and they reassured me my car would be ok there. Everything else was great with booking through Expedia my parking was covered daily which I was so happy about. Literally saved $44 a day and the $12.00 amenity was wonderful To cover a cocktail. My stay was wonderful with the exception of a late night phone call I received from front desk asking me to provide an additional credit card as the one on file wasn’t enough to cover the charges made. I stated this couldn’t have waited until the morning or called at a decent hour? as I had to be up at 5am for a conference. I stated no worries I’ll give u my card number and he states no you will have to bring the physical card down. I said absolutely not you have woken me out of my sleep to bring you a card when I’m already checking out tomorrow? I will bring it in the morning and he said no problem I’ll put a note. Like if it was no problem then why do that? And at that hour? That left a bad taste in my mouth which is why I can’t fully give it 5 starts however my stay was pleasant otherwise

Checkin was very easy, and Jesus was very nice! He explained the airport shuttle to me and answered all my questions. The shuttle driver was also very kind and so nice taking me to the airport to drop me off at baggage claim to get my son, and then he picked us up and returned us to the hotel. Excellent experience all around.

It was such a wonderful stay at Loews. I stayed with my friends for a concert near Allstate Arena. It was a short Uber ride home. If you are up for it, the train to downtown Chicago is about a 15-20 minute walk. I'd say it really wasn't that far if you're not in a hurry. The staff were all wonderful; they helped us out and went above and beyond with the service and safety. We would stay again.

Everything was cool...no complaints about the accommodations at all. My only complaint is the quality of the food from the Ashburn restaurant. My calamari was pretty much burnt, to the point of discoloration. My friend returned cold fries and asked for fresh ones. You could tell they actually put the same fries back in grease and gave then back to her. There were several fries that she bit off of, still there.

Great stay. Clean room. Easy check in. Only part was the restaurant food was not the best. Our bill was close to $250 and for that price (almost the cost of the room) you would assume it was going to be an amazing meal. My salmon was good. Husband branzino was not. Kids chicken noodle soup was good. Other child has pizza. Other child had noodles. Other child had cesar salad. Was expensive for the items that we ordered

The good: Very convenient if you need to be at the Mc Cormick Convention Center, nice room, everything is impecable, the hotel itself looks nice There are several restaurants surrounding the hotel, fashion outlet a nearby The bad: I can only complain about being understaffed at the breakfast restaurant. I’ve never had to wait for 30-40 minutes for an available table anywhere around the world. Even worst, the existing staff has a very poor attitude but that’s due to the fact they are not enough to fully attend the restaurant. I stayed 4 nights, only the last day I got to take breakfast why out waiting 30 minutes for a table
