Phi Phi Villa Resort

Nous y retournons pour la 3ème fois et sommes toujours aussi ravis. Le personnel est très pro et agréable. L'organisation des bagages au top. La plage privée la piscine et la proximité du centre en font un endroit privilégié.

Chambre rénovée et très propre. Personnel très gentil. Piscine magnifique avec vue sur la mer. Il y a une partie de la plage réservé pour notre hôtel avec des chaise longue très confortable. Les chambres sont très proche de la plage. L’hôtel est très bien situé. À 10 minutes de marche de l’action et cela permet de dormir tranquille sans bruit. J’y retournerais n’importe quand.

Hotellet er en stor byggeplads. Dette er ikke nævnt nogle steder. Hotellet benægter at der er construction work på hotellet selvom det er lige uden foran ens værelse. Det larmer flere steder på hotellet og selv ved poolen kan man høre larmen.

Stayed in a villa in December 2024. Big spacious room with a spacious bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was not completely sealed off making it easy for bugs to come in. Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice not to have mosquitoes or other critters being able to get into the humid bathroom. The bed was way too hard for our liking, but that’s subjective. Those are the only two tips that I would give the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. The pool was fabulous with lots of room at the lounge chairs. Private beach at the front of the hotel was also pretty great. Staff and facilities were wonderful. Breakfast was included, and they have staff that can help you with your luggage and bring it to the pier. Would Definitely choose this hotel again. Should I get the honour of visiting Phi Phi again.

No tuve problema con la reserva y habia llevado los 1000 Bath de deposito que piden, piscina limpia, se llega caminando muy facil a la zona de tiendas y restaurantes (menos de 15 minutos) la playa esta muy bien en marea alta, el desayuno es mejorable pero siendo PhiPhi no se puede pedir mas, tranquilidad, no es un hotel nuevo pero el mantenimiento esta bien y los dias que estube a fin de mazro tenian el cartel de lleno total colgado. Tienen un minimarket para comprar lo basico.

Good hotel, nothing extraordinary. A good thing is that have a great pool and is in front of the beach.

Beach access very limited around the island. This hotel has both direct beach access and loungers which is unusual. Unfortunately most of waterfront on the island is clogged with boats. Will say the wifi is very bad. We stayed in villa 129 and there was no wifi signal there! Overall a nice clean property with decent breakfast offerings. Very disappointed in the onsite restaurant - had dinner there on our last night. Would skip it for many other great options nearby.

environment of the property is very good, quiet and has its own beach, from pier to the resort, it take about 10 minutes walk but they provide porter to pick up the luggage for the guest. With the daily cleaning, you have to put the sign out otherwise they wouldn't clean the room which I didn't aware at the first night. Email to them never able to get response that's the minus, breakfast is pretty ordinary. Other than that, our stay is good.

Was great stay nice hotel it was clean and quiet only downside is the beds feel hard as a rock and were very uncomfortable to sleep in

Läckande WC & Handfat - ingen åtgärd trots 3 anmälningar i reception o löfte att de skulle lösa det. Massor av kryp, ofräscha rum o sängkläder. Plus dock för härligt poolområde efter dag till havs... Minus för ingen Öl/Vin servering el möjlighet att köpa i minimarket (non alcoholic hotel - bra att veta).

Nice hotel in a nice location. Some reception staff are more helpful than others. Breakfast is awful. Cleaning staff take all of 1 minute to "refresh" your room. At check in you're asked to give a 1000 baht deposit, which is absolutely fine. At check out we were told that a bottle opener was missing from our room. We had'nt seen or used a bottle opener in the duration of our stay. When my husband had a beer in the room he had to use our nail clippers to open the bottle. Long story short, we were accused of stealing a bottle opener from the room & charged for it via our deposit. The manager came and despite me explaining that we didn't have one, just gave us an accusing look and charged us anyway. Apparently, rooms are checked before and after every checks in & out, so we must have stolen a bottle opener!! It was way too hot and I'd already been at reception "trying" to check out for approx 30 mins, and had a ferry to catch so I let it go. Disappointing experience at what could have been a much nicer hotel stay. I've travelled all over the world and I've never been in the habit of stealing from hotel rooms. In all honesty, as we were being accused & charged for stealing a bottle opener that was never in our room, my husband was returning 2 lovely branded beach towels that the hotel didn't know we had. If we were that way inclined we would, and could have taken them. We're not that type of guest & resent being treated as thieves. Wouldn't stay again or recommend!

Great Stay at Koh Phi Phi Villas! Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. A little further away from the main hub of the island but close enough to enjoy a night out. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Pool was great as well and the complimentary breakfast was a bonus.

Good location and quiet (far from the party area). The room need an update but for one night it was ok. The pool is nice and the food at the restaurant was good. Note that they don’t serve alcohol.

Positive surprise. Very quiet place with a good pool. Nice views. Internet was bad.

Very nice and quiet hotel not so far from tje city center. The beach in front of the hotel is very beautiful (and not crowded) with sun chairs from the hotel. The hotel is situated at the end of Ton Sai beach, so its a quiet and cleaner spot ( onclusing the water because there are almost no boats anchoring there) and at the same time still very easy to get to the city. Negative points: a) air conditioning is very loud and old even in a superior rooms, very noisy during the night. b) around 15min walking to the city center, so its quiet boring when you have to do the same track several times per day/week PS: no taxis or cars in the island

Certainly NOT a dulex room as advertised. Man collected our bags from the pier. We had a dive booked so went straight there to complete the paperwork for later. We then walked to the hotel. 15min walk. Our luggage had not arrived an hour later!! Had to wait another 15mins while they located it. We only just made our dive due to this delay. Very basic room. Very tired. Building site was our view. Shower temperature control is only reachable for tall people. No plug socket near the mirror for hairdryer use or in the bathroom.They pushed 2 singles to make a double (beds were very hard) but a fixed table was between them, so beds were a metre away from the wall, so not able to sit up in bed. Complained, but was told fully booked. We had a choice to check out & find an alternative & receive a refund or stay in the room allocated. Not very helpful & rude staff. We were lucky we were there Sat & Sun night, as on Monday the building work started at 8am. Woke us up. Thank goodness we were checking out that morning. On a positive note, the pool was lovely & right by the beach. Breakfast was ok & varied. Tried to upload photos, but wouldn’t let me.

Our room did not match the images and description on Hotels.com and they weren’t able to move or accommodate us in another room. Our room was small, cramped and the landscaping just outside our room had exposed pipes and recently felled and cut trees. Awful! We only stayed one night and relocated to the far superior Phi Phi Princess.

Very pleasant from the moment we arrived. Resort ‘s employees will wait for you at the pier and help with luggage. Walk about 15 mins to the resort, easy walk. All services are amazing and you have private beach area for your kids to enjoy while you are relaxing on daybed. Quite area away from the noises. Mattress is a bit hard but we don't mind. Tap water kinda salty but they give you free bottled of water daily, you can use it to brush your teeth instead of tap water. Laundromat next to the hotel open 24/7. If we come back will definitely stay here again.

Vores ophold på resort her var super godt. Stedet er flot, der både god pool og strand lige på resorted næsten. Når man ankommer på havnen er der en ansat der kan tage ens baggage og køre til resorted, hvorefter man selv går ca 10 min - og det super nemt at finde derhen. Hotellet ligger som sagt 10 mins gang fra byen, hvilket er rart da der derved ikke er meget larm, men man kan samtidig komme ud og opleve byen. Hotellet tilbød halv/hel dags ture med båd rundt og se phi phi og det kan kun anbefales. Der lå et mini marked på resortet og man kunne låne håndklæder, der var fitness og endda låne kajakker hvis man er til det. Selvom største delen af personalet var søde og hjælpsomme var der en rædselsfuld receptionist som ødelagde det meste af vores tid hvis han var der. Han var arrogant, uhjælpsom og i det hele bare til ingen nytte. Der er en restaurant der, men den er dyr og dårlig, så klart gå ud i byen og find mad - der ligger nogle super gode!

The hotel was great , clean , comfortable , walking distance to everything , breakfast and they also stored my luggage for a couple of hours and bought it to the wharf for my departure on the ferry to Railay . Thank you so much Koh phi phi Villa Resort.

Absolutely gorgeous place, would definitely come back. Love being near the beach and all good restaurants around. Can’t wait to come back .

Cute little villa, good location

De bedden zijn echt kei hard daar moet je van houden. De airco hangt op een vervelende plek maar met een handdoek ervoor ging het prima. De locatie is top, net buiten het drukke gedeelte en juist overal super dichtbij. Locatie is netjes en voorziet in alle gemakken. Prijs - kwaliteit is prima. Ontbijt aan zee (bar hoort bij hotel) zou echt nog beter zijn.

Close to the beach, nice overall We didn' t like the mosquitos who bothered us endless during the breakfast, which was ok, but some of the food was a few days old, like the bread and ham, i understand it is hot outside but still put it in the fridge or something, then use some spray bug on the property, thanks.
