We stayed in B306. Room was up to date and very comfortable. Air conditioning was a little hard to figure out but worked great. The bathroom had a urinal and a toilet which was a little strange. The pool area is really great. And there are two different bars, each offering happy hours at different times so that works out perfectly. Perfect location, right in the heart of the village and close to bars, restaurants, and also has direct beach access.

It was chaos check in. No WiFi for the whole duration of our stay. Average breakfast, grubby containers e.g. for the cereal. Lovely breakfast location though. We had one cocktail during our stay, but it was warm, we didn't have another. 1000 baht for sunbed!! Units near slinky bar were noisy, but ok on the other side where we stayed. Nice pool, but the music was too loud at times. The secret pool view good but a little tired.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på Princess resort. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme, værelserne var fine. Poolen åbner først kl.10 hvilket er lidt sent, når man rejser med børn..derudover burde I ikke charge ekstra for solsengene i vandet. De burde være gratis for gæsterne af hotellet. Det gjorde nemlig at der var for få liggestole. ☺️

Not the best hotel I’ve stayed in and pretty expensive for Thailand but I understand that islands are always a bit more! They don’t warn you but they ask for a 1000 baht deposit in cash, so make sure you bring extra. The pool is lovely but the food and drinks are expensive and the staff are very apathetic. Once they cleaned our room but didn’t replace the bin liner or the toilet paper so I had to go down and get some more! We stayed in the deluxe room which was very nice but I have heard the cheaper rooms are much worse so that is worth considering. Also despite being in the hotel you need to pay extra to use the gym which is ludicrous, and some sunbeds have a minimum 1000 baht spend which is also a little ridiculous - adding tiers to a hotel I’ve already paid to stay in. However overall I felt safe and the location is excellent so worked well for what we needed.

Mooie centrale locatie. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en in orde. Accommodatie is dringend aan onderhoud toe. Aan het kleinere zwembad aftandse stoelen die bijna uit elkaar vallen en slecht onderhouden omgeving met onveilige trapladder om het water uit te gaan, poolbar die vol rommel ligt en dus niet gebruikt wordt,… Aan het grote zwembad zijn er prachtige ligbedden waarvoor je 1000bath extra per dag dient te spenderen. Deze stonden dus de hele dag leeg. Eten aan hun beachclub is ook kostelijk. Er staat aan het grote zwembad ook de hele tijd luide muziek op wat nauwelijks een gevoel van rust geeft. Handdoek voor zwembad dien je te wisselen aan receptie terwijl aan de beachclub drie mensen zich staan te vervelen. Schimmel in onze doucheruimte. Zeer slechte wifi. 2 maal gaan aangeven. Telkens opgelost voor max een half uur. Opgegeven en overgeschakeld op eigen 5G. Een aantal kamers waren ze aan het verven en opknappen. Hopelijk doen ze dit met heel het resort want het is prachtig te maken anders echt vergane glorie. Op dit moment hebben wij teveel betaald voor 4* onwaardig hotel.

Morgenmadspersonalet var uhøfligt, og råvarerne var af så dårlig kvalitet, at vi valgte at spise morgenmad andre steder. Der var kakerlakker i vores villa (V11), og værelset var ikke ordentligt rengjort – spejlene var beskidte og lignede, at der var smurt paté på dem. Derudover var der ekstrem bar-støj helt frem til kl. 04:30, selvom der under booking står, at støj stopper kl. 02:00. Skrækkeligt. Generelt virker Phi Phi-øen mere egnet til fest, alkohol og dårlig mad end til par, der søger afslapning og autentisk Thailand. Nul stjerner.

Die Unterkunft ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. An sich wäre das seine super Anlage weil die Lage direkt am Strand einfach top ist. Leider ist diese nicht gepflegt und hat keine Instandhaltung. Die Grünanlage ist nicht gepflegt, die Zimmer auch nicht wirklich. Der Flur ist sehr sehr dreckig überall liegen Haare. Ich würde die Unterkunft nur wegen der Lage, den schönen Strand und den Pool empfehlen.

Breakfast was great. Room was great, but was not cleaned spotlessly like I've come to expect. Glass windows were dirty, glass mirrors were streaky, furniture in the room was noticeably stained. Hard water stains on the sink and in the shower, on the soap bottles, etc. Leaves and debri floating in the plunge pool. They need to spend another 20 minutes on the room before turning it over to the guests, and invest in a steam cleaner to get stains out of furniture. Beds were hard but manageable. Bar noise was audible but not really that big of a deal.

The cleanliness of the room is really not great. I had to clean the surfaces of the bedside table myself and the bathroom needs a really good deep clean. Don’t like that you can’t have your own food and drink by the pool, we’ve paid to use this service, we should be able to use it as we please. Not worth the money we paid at all but I suppose you’re paying for the location as it is in the middle of everything and right by the beach. Also were told someone would be there to greet us to take our luggage to the hotel when we arrived at the port and they were nowhere to be seen, we were also told someone would help us with our luggage back to the port on check out but they also couldn’t do this for us. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Room V14. Nice beach front villas. Semi private pool. Great main pool area. Big comfortable room. Living area and bathroom. Super cold A/C. TVs with Netflix. Pillows were too tall and uncomfortable for me. Very noisy next beach party nearby until late. The bass shakes the room.

Property itself was quite disappointing, they charge you 1000thb on arrival to cover deposit (which we did get back). The room was quite worn and clearly needed updating, the bathroom was unpleasant, it is beyond me why anyone would put a urinal in a hotel room! The bed was extremely hard and neither of us were able to sleep. The beach area where you eat breakfast is stunning and a great location. Felt overall it was over priced and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Me gustó el hotel. Excelente ubicación, pileta grande y linda. Los cuartos son limpios y espaciosos. El desayuno ok, cumple con lo básico, aunque desayunar en la playa suma puntos. A mejorar: El wifi muy inestable, los canales de tv no funcionaban, la cama de poca calidad con resortes poco confortable y la atención de algunos funcionarios era desganada. Pero estuvimos muy cómodos. Ajustando esos puntos podrían subir un nivel.

I highly recommend that you book a bungalow. They are spacious for a hotel- a separate tv/lounge room, big showers, clean, no pests, very well air conditioned, private, quiet. This place has the best, most Beautiful pool, beach, and a decent breakfast. All in all, for a relatively remote island - pure luxury.

Pros: Great location - near town, on the beach Nice pool on the beach Good restaurant on the beach (Princess Restaurant) Friendly staff Cute kitties everywhere Cons: Although we appreciate it’s eco-friendly, you should know: There is no electricity without your (only) key in the interior slot, and their water is from a/c runoff. This means a) no A/C running while you’re gone, b) towels are always wet, c) warm water lasts 4-7 minutes, and d) your devices won’t charge when you’re out of the room. Room is smelly from mildew. Mattresses are hard as a rock. Overpriced given all the above. We paid $150/night, which is admittedly a “bargain” for Phi Phi in November, but come on.

The room was good, clean and had good air conditioning. The only issue we saw was that there were a lot of bugs that got inside the room.

Property is ok, no issues with it. Service staff is nice. Once you arrive in Phi Phi Don you will realize it is not exactly the island for glamorous hotels and resorts. This one is conveniently located in the middle of the restaurants, bars, and local spots so we definitely enjoyed the location, and yet far enough from the late noise for a good night sleep. The beds as others mentioned are indeed hard. First night was an adjustment and for some reason we were ok the next two nights. But this could be an Issue for some. Breakfast was ok with enough options. Given my experience in the island if I were to return this hotel would probably be top choice given the location and comparison of others.

O hotel tem uma estrutura Linda mas esta abandonado, areas sem manutencao e falta de cuidados. Café da manhã muito fraco , pelo preço da diaria era pra ser Bem melhor. A limpeza é pessima, no dia que cheguei o banheiro sujo de pasta de dente e tudo mal limpo. Localização que é excelente para quem quer Curtir a noite em PhiPhi.

The hotel is located in the best spot on Phi Phi island. The pool is great and it’s right in front on the beach. Sadly the hotel rooms are not in the best conditions. The bathrooms have a bad smell and they just look dirty. The breakfast included was also very poor and the fried eggs were not even kept in a hot platter so they were cold and rubbery. The pool closes at 7 pm which is very early in a hotel were nothing happens. At least it should be open until 9 pm. This hotel has so much potential and the photos are kind deceiving.

Hotellet var helt greit. Den lille hytten vi fikk var fin, men en veldig hard seng. Vi bodde her kun en natt. Lokasjoner på hotellet er veldig bra hvis du vil få med deg utelivet på kvelden. Flammeshowet på stranden er bare en spasertur unna. Solsengene og bassenget var bra med fin utsikt til stranden. Frokosten var skuffende.
