I want a location with an indoor pool. The pool felt like an outdoor pool. The temperature of the water was freezing. There is also a real safety issue as the tile is very slippery when wet. The hot tub was fine minus all the stray hair floating around. I didn't realize how far from Kent the location was but that was my fault. Overall, the place was clean, the staff were friendly, I have no other complaints.

The hotel itself was nice. The lobby was comfortable, adjacent to a bar and I liked the indoor pool and fitness room. If it wasn't for the poor service I would've given a much higher rating.

The hotel was nice and clean. Front desk workers were very polite. The only issue was when we got there the pool and hot tub were closed. This was a vacation so we were looking forward to the pool and hot tub so we were all disappointed. They apologized and asked us if we wanted to still stay. It was 9:30 at night so we didnt really have another choice plus we would have been charged anway so again not a real option. There was a pool table and some other games we were able to utilize the next night, doesnt replace the pool and hot tub though. The room was super spacious so we were not on top of each other it was also very clean the fitness room was very nice.

Quiet and clean - pool and whirlpool are clean but dated and tile around pool is not texturized so it is dangerous when wet. Fun evening activities in the lobby like puzzles, pool table, and wooden connect four. Brekfast is not included and on site pay breakfast is very overpriced. The place was clean and friendly staff. We were disappointed though that the hot tub was closed and the pool was cold. We were hopeing for a warm up on a cold night. Since there wasnt many guest that night we had to run the water for a good long time before it actually got hot to take a shower but after it got hot there was plenty of hot water. Overall was a good stay and will consider it again when i stay in that area

We recently stayed here for a championship baseball tournament. The staff was friendly and helpful and the lobby area has plenty of hands on activities for kids. The pool area was very small and poorly designed. Anytime someone would jump in pool, there would be a large puddle of water on the edge of pool. This quickly became a safety concern for slipping. The pool area was also very loud and echoed. There need to be an outdoor pool area, too. The elevator was very narrow and difficult to bring luggage and guests on. Our stay overall was great with these exceptions.

The exterior of the property and the common areas are beautiful. Our room on the other hand showed stained carpeting in numerous areas. Shower door did not close and had visible mold on the seal. There was a broken drain in the shower with a hole large enough to get an adult males big toe in. Dried liquid based material on the walls.

Our room had physical damage to the ceiling and bathroom floor and sink area. Heard everything going on in adjoining rooms and hallways. Basically in need of a renovation. Not up to the standards we expect from a Courtyard.

Paid all this money for this room for the tv remote not to work for the tv. Called down to front desk they send someone up to my room just to hand me two remotes with no directions to how to use them on tv. Still didn’t work so I was force to go to sleep with no tv. Will not book again through this hotel

The thermostats do not work and the system is so loud you can’t hear each other talking, then it’s cold hot cold hot all night. If you book through Expedia and pay for the breakfast you won’t get it. The bistro is not open Friday nights for some reason. Any door closing within 50 yards of you will shake your room all night. People running up and down the halls yelling all night. We thought this was an upscale place but it is no better than a motel 6.

When we arrived, we saw a sign that the hot tub was out of order. The lady checking us in, didn’t offer any niceties, seem to care that we were there for our anniversary weekend and the hot tub was one of the many reasons why we booked there. Didn’t even offer two free drink, coupons or anything. Told us that we were getting a free breakfast, even though I paid for that upgrade when I booked the room. We asked for a late check out the next morning, and the lady said no, we couldn’t do that. In years past, there’s always been nice people working who would offer a drink ticket to us, a snack from the little market, always making our trip special. Next year we will book somewhere else.

We were in town for our wedding. The staff helped us set up an area for our meet and greet which was great. Diane at the front desk is the most kind and helpful person! Overall, our stay was wonderful!

Didn’t have rooms ready for check in. Towel hangers in the bathroom fell off by merely pulling in the towel. Place is barely put together and understaffed. For the price you don’t get the value you purchase. Plenty other hotels in the area I’ll prefer next trip. Wouldn’t recommend.

The good--great location for what I needed to do in Canton. Great food nearby. Buffet was ok as I missed the oatmeal that was listed on the menu. Exercise room was great. The price was ok and I would stay there again. The bad--the hotel could use a refresh. The mattress was lumpy and my wife and I woke up with sore backs.

Staff was friendly, room was okay, buffet breakfast option was pretty basic, but good enough (scrambled eggs, potatoes, French toast, bacon, sausages and mini finishes). Pool area was nice and big, and pool itself was a good size for the kids, but showing some signs of age. Hotel is close to a lot of food and shopping options, which makes it fairly convenient.

The stay was excellent. Like many hotels now, they do not clean up room unless you ask them to at the front desk. Which is absolutely fine because the front desk was amazing! Very helpful anytime we needed sheets changed, coffee, or more towels. Very convenient, near everything including belden village mall and hall of fame. Love the big screen t.v. in the room as well( smart tv)

Don’t be fooled by the “Bistro breakfast for two”. It’s more of a very minimal continental breakfast and everyone gets it regardless of your “ticket”. There were many options outside of hotel though.

Staff very friendly and able to answer all my questions. Beds extremely comfy- fell asleep in 5 minutes! Little touch ups needed here and there but clean and tidy. Breakfast at the hotel only restaurant was fresh and fantastic!

I didn’t like the house keeping service also no breakfast except paying through the Bristo. Which even then food wasn’t cooked fresh for the price it’s not worth it.
