My locked trailer was parked in the back parking lot the last night of my six night stay. Sometime during the night it was broken in to. They cut the lock and ransacked everything in the trailer. Staybridge does not have any cameras or even a fence to deter this type of crime and protect their guests.

Killed a cockroach on night one. two more spotted on night two...in our room. While in the pool, which was nice and quiet, the light fell out.. I had to get my kids out right quick. The hot tub was nice and hot, but when the jets turned on they were spewing out cold water.

I loved my time there, the staff, the food the amenities was overall great. The hot tub however was cold but the warm pool was great. No towels or wipes in the gym or pool so I quickly learned to bring one from the room. Housekeeping was great hotel stayed clean and coffee and tea was outstanding❣️

The good: fine breakfast, happy hour t-th is a fun idea and sometimes gets a fun crowd. My room looked good. It was immaculately clean. Had an above average selection of pots, plates, etc. Pool and gym were in good working order. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free laundry. Felt very safe. On-site security at night patrolling the parking lot. The bad: sofa bed was not comfortable and seemed to strain under the weight of a 200# person. Happy hour ran out of beer and wine on Wednesday, remained out on Thursday😭. Only one ice machine in the building, which did not work for the entire 10 days I was there. They allowed use of the breakfast bar soda machine for ice, which was kind, but it could not keep up. Soda machine ran out of co² during the visit, remained unfixed for my 4 remaining days.

Love this hotel. Super comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to highway and food. We stay here often with our dog. Free parking. Our last stay we think the heater wasn’t working on the spa tub so they heated the indoor pool to +90 degrees. Was a lot of fun!

The room was dirty, the sofa bed and carpet were disgusting. It seemed like they haven't done any thorough cleaning in awhile.The room had a bad smell so we had to have the A.C on and it was raining and cold most of your stay, so you can imagine our vacation. The bed was uncomfortable and when showering the water had a low drainage, I wasn't happy as I thought we would be. Housekeeping is bad, they don't clean your room until your 6 night, its ridiculous!

We found nasty blood stains on the sofa in the living room, sticky smear on the drawer handles, dirty air condition grills and bathroom fan, and stains in bathroom door and kitchen cabinets. We informed the reception about those issues and received ZERO apologies, just a minute compensation (which was not the point, anyway). DO NOT STAY HERE.

This could easily have been one of my favorite hotel stays ever, but some things were lacking. The facility is beautiful, and the suites setup was great, but some of the upkeep was lacking. Your keycards easy get erased if they're placed near a phone in your pocket. Some of the locks didn't work intermittently. The daytime staff were fantastic. They hosted a wonderful breakfast everyday and the evening social hours were fantastic. All in all, a wonderful stay for the money spent.

Stayed here overnight on our way home. I think we got upgraded because we had a 2 bedroom with a kitchenette and I am sure I did not book that. Everything was clean. The room was quiet. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The whole property has a really home-y feel about it. Didn't get to check out the pool but it looked amazing. Breakfast was probably the best free breakfast I've had at a hotel.

Room was clean and service was good, although restricted for longer terms. TV was tough to manipulate. Loved the mattress. For what we paid I felt it was fair and again, we had a good experience. We enjoyed the courtyard and convenience to Napa at an affordable rate. Breakfast was good, especially the waffles!

Great location. Nice hot tub and pool. The rooms were a nice size, I didn't like the fact the AC worked in the bedrooms but not the living room. Some of the beds had hairs on the sheets! Found condoms and female products behind the tv!!! Yuck! Ok breakfast need more food options. Nice cocktail hr. Not loud at night. Just clean up a bit more with fresh sheets an this hotel I'd stay again!

When i arrived i let the young man know i was had a reservation for one night and provided him with my ID and credit card. We spoke about the breakfast, local restaurants, etc and never mentioned not finding my reservation or even discussed a nightly rate. I wasnt until he asked that i enter my card into the machine that i noticed he had charged me for the room in addition to a "deposit". When i questioned the charge he asked the manager to come and correct the credit card charge. I asked for a copy of the charge and credit and was told i could get a copy in the morning once the charges posted overnight, i wasnt pleased but at that point there wasnt anything i could do. When we checked out i made a point to ask for a copy of the statement and it was blank when i questioned it i was told there was nothing posted because i prepaid with Hotels.com when i asked about the error the night before and the fact i was only showing a pending charge on my card and no pending credit and she said "well i dont know what to tell you, i cant give you anything" the level of service was just awful

Amazing stay!!! We had a suite for the night of our wedding and it was phenomenal!! The staff at the front desk and night audit were exceptional and so friendly and helpful! The snacks we could get at the front desk pantry we were grateful for, nice touch! Unfortunately, we woke up too late or breakfast but when we were checking out the remnant delightful smell of pastries was wonderful. Ample parking, great lighting, and just the room was immaculate! The bed and bedding was incredibly comfortable and the shower and bathroom area was wonderful. 5 stars all around!! Thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay!

Never able to check in. Property manager said Expedia relocated our reservation and should have contacted us. Everything was booked nearby so we drove to another Fairfield hotel we found on bookings.com and all went well. So disappointed in this last booking with Expedia

It was a very nice hotel. One issue was the pool was closed when we checked in and I had called to ask about it just 45 mi ties earlier and was told it was open. Pretty disappointed kiddos! But it opened the following day. Also the breakfast is a hit and miss. They ran out of syrup for the pancakes the first day of our 3 day stay and never bought more. But didn’t tell anyone u til after we all made waffles. Very limited on breakfast foods. Felt like they could t keep up with a full hotel. All together it was clean and the people were nice.

I really enjoyed the 5 o’clock social that was held on Mon&Wed. It felt like Happy Hour with the complimentary food and wine. We met a lot of great people/parents and our kids got to socialize with all the kids they met in the pool.

During my stay at this property, I tried SEVERAL times to contact staff for help. After talking with other guests, I determined that we all likely got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet on Saturday Morning. The staff that was present did acknowledge this and even confirmed that the reason why breakfast wasn’t served the following day was because of the food poisoning but there wasn’t a “supervisor” present for us to speak to. I wound up spending the entirety of my visit in the bathroom on the floor. I had to cancel my plans that I had (the reason we were traveling and staying in a hotel. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work, so there was no cold water, and there were bugs in the dishwasher. There was what looked like cat food on the floor in the closet/bathroom and some type of animal hair all throughout. Luckily the sheets were clean but otherwise this was probably the dirtiest hotel room that I’ve ever stayed in. We couldn’t get ahold of staff for towels, ice (that machine was also broken), water, or anything. It was two days of absolute hell.

I would say this hotel was okay…not great. The key cards in reader on the outside door was broken, so the hotel was easily accessible to anyone (not just hotel guests). There are no charging ports, which is rare for a brand name chain hotel these days. We also called the front desk twice with no answer. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would just say the hotel needs to make sure items are fixed (door entry pad) and needs some updating.
