My stay at the Comfort inn Fairfield Nappa valley was not good , the room was old and out of Date , the so called Gym was horrible.. only 3 machines in the room and only 1 work which was a old tread machine. No towels , no weights. On my last day there i found a bed bug on top of my sheets . I let them kno, they refunded me for 1 night .. come to find out i had some in my luggage which i had to throw away and i had bite marks on my leg. I wanted a full refund but i have not heard back from management. Would not recommend

The staff were very accommodating and nice. The place itself needs an upgrade for sure. But the pool was heated which is nice for swimming in October. However, one of the bars that enclosed the pool area was gone so it was easy to sneak into the pool without needing to go through the gym. Outside the perimeter of the inn was dirty with smashed food and alcohol on in the parking lot. But it was still a nice little stay.

The location was very convenient with many restaurant options nearby as well as a Tesla charging station across the street. Free breakfast was good especially the waffles. Laundry facilities available on the premises would be most helpful to guests. Great value for the price. Could use some upgrades.

We had stayed here before and had a great experience so we decided to come back, unfortunately from the second we got there we regretted our decision. We got in late and were so tire to find no one at the reception for at least 15 minutes. No apology or anything, he said he was in the bathroom. The next morning we went down for breakfast to find only yogurt, cereal but no milk. It was a complete let down and different experience from what we were used to. The elevator was filthy the whole time we were there.

Smoke detector in my room was covered in plastic, spider webs all over railings, swimming pool was dirty and the filter was not running. All chairs including the lobby, my room and dining area were dirty and filthy. The only clean place to sit was my bed.

This hotel is just okay. It’s old and wasn’t as clean as I expected. The chair in my room was stained and just looked dirty. The walls in the shower were also peeling. The bed was clean though.

Room was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. We really like Avi, she is very personable and friendly. I wanted a little snack during the night and they actually opened up the breakfast area so I could run in and get something. That was cool!! We stayed there last year and it was a very pleasant experience so we just stayed there again this year while we were on business again. We will be in the same area next year and plan on staying here

We had a reservation for two nights but at the first night we noticed there were some bed bugs on the room 116 they told us they couldn’t give us the refund for that night only a cancellation of the second night. It was very disappointed because we didn’t had no apologize from the staff, I would not recommend this hotel because of the bed bugs

This is the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in.sparkless. I gave it the white gloves test. "Nothing " The room is ave size,but comfortable. Refrigerator and a small microwave are included. The front desk staffs are all very friendly and relly made me feel special. I am very satisfied with my stay...

Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is on the older side and needs a little more care. Windows on the 2nd floor near elevator had cobwebs. Breakfast was good just not a lot of choices.

Did not even stay the one night we booked for. We were just passing the Fairfield and decided to stay here for the night. Roaches were crawling everywhere when we entered the room. Left immediately and let the front desk know. She could refund us since we booked through hotels.com. Contacted hotels.com and they did not refund either. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn ever again. I will not be using hotels.com ever again either.

We wanted just a cheaper room close to Napa. Surprisingly comfortable beds and pillows! Not much noise from outside, walls are a little thin but the hotel after 10pm was very quiet. Definitely better than I expected!!!

I stayed here for two days and the air conditioner wasn't working barely blowing air at all! Complain to staff three times and nothing was done to fix it or offer a different room! It was really stuffy and uncomfortable! I have stayed here before and loved it! Really disappointed that I paid for a hot stuffy room!

Hotel was great and everything was clean and well stocked and quiet. Definitely would stay again. Except for the concierge clerk... . They asked me if i was able to work with the tattoos i have on my arms. Not a big issue and not something i would even comment about except for a laugh. But when i went to check out at 830-9 there was no one at the desk. I called out and knocked on the employee door a few times snd waited at least 10 minutes (it felt... perhaps 5) with no reply. There was no note either about a bathroom break. I ended up taking a napkin and writing a note about our check out. They showed up at the last second acting like they hadnt been MIA. i dont like leaving keys unattended as it can be dangerous. Same person who checked us in.

Clean and comfortable, and easily accessible from the freeway but not bothered by freeway noise. Room was what you'd expect in a business class price-point. Tidy and clean. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of choices and a convivial breakroom. Also a plus, I made a mistake booking the room (I hate doing this on a cell phone), and even though it was a non-refundable booking. They let me correct it, and did so promptly with a full refund, allowing us to rebook the correct night. Nice move. Recommended

I just want to say that front desk representative Avi.... is AMAZING! She is so kind and helpful and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There should be a million more people like get in the world and the world would be 10x better. Would totally stay here again just because of her

We liked the Comfort Inn Cordelia/Fairfield. It was a good location to Napa, easy to get to from the freeway and has many restaurant options in the area. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I had called the day before and let them know we’d arrive a little late on our check-in date and requested a room on the top floor. The person at the front desk remembered I had called and gave me exactly what I had requested. Room was comfortable & clean. The only improvements I see that are needed would be the window coverings and in the bathroom. Fixtures are old & the sink backed up. Shower/tub enclosure could use updating/remodel as well. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient hotel for a quick trip.

Rooms were very run down and needed alot of repairs. Our bathroom door knob was falling off. The radio was broken. One of our rooms that we rented had no shower curtain. One other room was very smelly. The breakfast was cut off at exactly 9 am on a holiday. We were able to eat, but some in our party were not allowed in after 9 am.

It was overall a good stay. It is older but refurbished and was very clean, except for the older furniture was a bit stained. The breakfast had hot eggs and sausage and waffles, plus the usual continental breakfast items

Our stay was ok. When we were walking to our room, the hallway was blocked with the housekeeping supplies that we had to move to get through. We went for breakfast at 8:30 and there was sparse food left. Not much to call a breakfast!
