Quality Inn Fairfield Napa Valley Area

There were a lot of homeless people around, not that that made us uncomfortable, but it was uncomfortable to have them right outside our door charging their cell phones. There is not enough parking when the place is fully booked. There was really nowhere to eat but fast food places, and most of them closed really early. The staff at the front desk were rude. Check in took forever. The beds were really comfortable. Not too firm or too soft. The room we were in (129) was really hard to find because it was right behind the front office instead of right after 128 on the opposite end of the property, and not even the front desk knew that. I do recommend asking for this 2 queen room though as it looks as though it had been recently renovated. It was very clean and very spacious. The breakfast was sub-par, but filling. We were pleased enough with the room that there would be a chance we might stay there again if we were ever around there again.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was perfect for my taste, parking was a little limited. Overall I'll gladly stay here again

Very clean room! Unable to get ice because machine is near pool & pool was closed. Breakfast was choice of 2 different cereals, apple, waffle. REALLY basic. Was awoken multiple times by noises of person above me )engaged in a noisy activity)!

Amazing place. Clean and spacious room, ample parking, eateries all around at walking distance. Quiet and serene place. Totally worth the price.

Room was clean. Pool is clean & private. Love the breakfast waffle station. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean room

The room pictures looked nice, but the room didn't smell fresh, the floor was so sticky and the walls literally had stains in them, don't surfaces in the tub clearly had not been wiped in a while.

Decided to book a room here, since it was close to family who was throwing party. Running late to meet up with family so got key cards from Front Desk and left the property. Came back at 1am, got ready for bed. Within a minute of being under covers I noticed a roach crawling on top of the bed. Killed it . Decided not to risk seeing more, so we got our stuff together and checked out at 1:44am. Drove home over 60 miles extremely tired. Room was very dated, that’s all I can say.

There were cockroaches in the room. The room smelled pretty bad and didn’t get cleaned at all during our stay. There were screams in the middle of the night on both nights I was there. A lot of homeless people hanging out around the property.

Front desk was great. Room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. I brought a projector to be able to play movies on the wall (had to move a piece of art off the wall to do so, but I was able to put it right back). The location is great. We at at the popular hot Stone restaurant in front of our room. Fast food and small convenient store also on the same street. Needed since water at an early AM hour and was able to drive over .2 miles to 7/11. Checked out late so I didn't get to try the radio. My TV remote didn't work, so I called the front and was told to bring it to the front to get batteries replaced. Well, I did even though it would have been better if someone came to my room to replace the batteries since it was cold and raining outside. Nonetheless, I would come here again.

There was a roach inside the room and a little centipede in the bathroom, we asked for our room to be clean, we been gone for the whole day in two 2 days but got back to the hotel our room were not clean even we asked for it to be clean, no housekeeping, in the middle of the night the fire detector been beeping it woke us up. We got bites by a bedbugs in the morning! Its horrible. I would suggest to get the carpet clean for it was really dirty we walked barefoot inside the room and our foot got so dirty it was sticky!the staff were ok.

Bed Bugs if i could give this place a zero i would first a homeless man knocked on my door begging me to open my door over and over trying to get in my room told the front desk they didn't nothing then i woke up next to bed bugs gross asked to speak to manager i get no answer no replay just the run around don't book here beware spend money somewhere else

Stayed two nights. Upon check in, my card payment was accepted, then it took 20 minutes for the clerk to get my card key to activate. No clean towels, only on request. You have to bring in old towels for exchange for new ones, understaffed. Room was very clean however cigarette smell is strong. Fire ants in the sink.

My room was not cleaned well. The floor was not vacuumed. There was food on the floor. I closed the bathroom door and there was stuff behind it. The toilet had urine stains on it. I didn’t dare lift up the toilet lid.

The staff was amazing! But the room smelled terrible and was falling apart. Carpet stains everywhere. Shower was awful and moldy. Dog feces in the stairwell and in front of room.

Internet sucks housekeepers lazy the lady Rae at the front desk was nice and welcoming and about the only good thing about it

Upon check in, the first room assigned had a broken television and the bathroom door handle fell off in my hand. Attempted to call the front desk but there was no answer. Went to the front desk and the clerk changed our room. The next morning woke up to a flooded bathroom. Again went to the front desk and was told that all ground floor bathrooms were flooded and a plumber was on property. While trying to sleep, the room next door had people coming and going all night, constant knocking and door opening and closing. I wonder how this motel is able to operate under the Quality Inn umbrella.

So the room was nice comfortable but I got locked in the bathroom for about 35min…the door handle came off when I tried to leave out…very frustrating..once I got out, I made an recording and took it to the office…

It was absolutely terrible, no call from manager on refund. We were flooded out of the room. Ceiling was caving in!

The property was well maintained and updated room were nice with large bathrooms . Would definitely stay again if in the area

Most of the tv channels were disconnected

We liked our room, especially the bed. It was spacious and has a comfortable chair, not just a desk chair. Only compliment is only 2 thin towels, no bath mat and front desk would only exchange towels, when we asked for another towel.

As far as the room and the staff go, it was very clean, comfortable and everyone was very helpful. The only major issue I had was with the WiFi, it would connect initially but then require a passcode that for subsequent uses that was not given at check in. Just became more of an annoyance because I relied on internet use while in the room.

Excellent place to stay. The room was clean, and spacious. They offered a great continental breakfast.

I arrived at 10:09 pm , no one was in the front desk waited in the lobby for 1hour, I had to call expedia to get a hold of son to come , every number that I would call no one would answer.. I was so tired from my flight wanted to sleep . In all my years that I’ve been ata in hot never did I have to go th this.. berry disappointed

The staff where friendly and very helpful.

Staff was warm and friendly and nothing but polite. Had one issue with my key card and it was resolved in less then a minute.

From the moment we were driving down the street to make our way to the hotel you could see homeless in the streets. When we checked in and asked the guy at the desk about safety, he said there was a lot of homeless but it was a safe hotel. Throughout our stay homeless roaming the hotel, yelling, fighting. The police even got called because of homeless disturbance. As for the staff, no hospitality ethics whatsoever. We were at the continental breakfast on our first day. Breakfast was just ending and I went over to the juice machine for some apple juice. The cleaning lady on duty was so rude. Letting me know breakfast hours were over but with an upset attitude. As soon as she came in to the kitchen area she was slamming the AC lids, making all kind of noise in her way to let us know it was after hours and we should leave. I reported it to the front desk as I walked out and let them know I felt disrespected. We refrained ourselves from going to breakfast after that. Check out was even worse. 30 minutes prior to check out time I get a rude call from the receptionist wanting to know if we were checking out or extending our stay. Which I have never been called to ask that. Once at the reception the lady was so rude, not polite, never smiled, never asked how are stay was and when I asked for a receipt, she rudely handed it to me without saying thank you staying with us, nothing. I felt upset that as a guest I had been treated this way. Never again will I be staying here.

Great check in staff. Clean room

They did not honor my reservation and didn’t let me check in. At first, they claimed they couldn’t find the reservation. After two hours, even though they finally found the reservation, they still would not let me check in with out paying over $10 more than what I had prepaid when I made the reservation with Expedia. I ended up having to go and stay at a different motel. I am very upset at both the motel and with Expedia for this horrible stressful experience.

My one-night stay was cool. The website says the deposit is something else, but when you get there, it is another thing, and it's higher. The lady at the front desk acted as if that wasn't a big deal, that the website was deceiving people, but whatever. At least I had the extra money. The phone didn't work. But we were around a lot of food places and the freeway. I will return.

98* degrees on Aug. 31. Arrived around noon,wanted to check in early. Was told check in is 3pm. To hot to wait it out in the car. No one offered or said anything until i called the corporate office that you can pay a early check in fee. That was 10 days ago and i still havent recieved my $150. Deposit back on my credit card either. The person working there was rude at check-in and no help getting my deposit back.

I want cleanliness, wifi, and a free breakfast. The Fairfield Quality Inn has all of this and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The refrigerator and microwave are nice bonuses. Plus, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

For the price I paid, it was worth it. Wife and I had a last minute business trip, and this place was affordable. Room was clean, of course a few repairs you could see were made but normal for a hotel that age. Nothing horrible. Bed was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Only interaction I had was checking in and out for one night. TV stations had standard channels. Good selection with movies and news. Nothing like HBO or anything but I watched. Toilet scared the sh@t out of me 😆 strong flushing power. Hot water was sufficient. Good location for food nearby. Korean barbecue next door was delicious there's also a Subway across the street a few other food places. If you go out the other entrance of the parking lot there's a small liquor store where you can get snacks. Room came with a microwave and a mini fridge which was helpful. The free breakfast included was more than what I expected. You just had a Serial selection with some milk, yogurt with fruit and your standard coffee maker with juice dispenser. What won me over was the waffle maker which was delicious. Of course I'm a guy and I'm simple. The kitchen area was very well clean and orderly. Parking lot at night was very well lit. Just make sure of course you leave no valuables in the vehicle to tempt someone to break in because there are a few homeless roaming around but no major issues. Nothing that the hotel can control. Overall a well Pleasant place to stay and I would stay there again.

The worse stay ever . They dirty and the staff is very rude. Complaining about a baby crying are yall serious. Homeless sleeping on stairs , drugs and animals wondering around. Not safe if you’re a woman or have a family.

The motel itself was quite nice. My room was spacious and clean. The area around the property, though, felt a bit unsafe. I ended up getting takeout and camping out in my room.
