The hotel was great for an overnight stay. Rooms are a bit aged, but beds were comfortable and clean. There was a full-size refrigerador and kitchenette. Free Breakfast was limited to just Instant oatmeal, packaged pastries and breakfast bars. Hot coffee & tea. Parking area seemed safe in the back. Vending machines looked new and stocked and laundry room was spacious and clean. No ice machine which was surprising.

The only problem that I had was the dog hair on the carpet from prior renters with pets. Some people are allergic to pets I feel extended stay should only reserve certain rooms for pets only

The clientele in and around the property frightened my children & the hotel smelled dirty. There were no ice machines on the property & the breakfast was disgusting. What a waste of money!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The area was very quiet and the best part was the hotel is very pet friendly and provided poop bags and a couple of areas for your pet to handle their business.

Amenities non existent. No hairdryer, had to ask for kitchen equipment, no inroom coffee, no outside sitting areas, room bare and very basic with no sitting area. No bathroom supplies. Towels old and thin. No in-room maid service. AC very noisy. Overall a terrible hotel. Will never stay at ESA again.

Stay on a Friday & Saturday for business trip. Room was clean - had a bit of an odor. Left the windows open and made it better. Our truck got a quarter window busted out in the parking lot.

Clean and comfy with mini kitchen for longer stay. Mini kitchen did not have any cooking gear stocked, but had items at front desk. Front desk was quick and helpful. Breakfast was not what we were expecting - it was grab and go. No work out room. Fine for this trip, but I do prefer staying where there is a workout room

Quiet and clean. Waited at front desk for 15 minutes for check in due to staffing shortage. Parking is well fenced, lighted, and feels secure. You get what you pay for; it’s still a economy, working class room.

Staff was friendly and courteous. The room had an odor when we arrived. Mold was present above the shower head. Thin walls, could hear the next door tenant snoring. Bed was not very comfortable and the sheets appeared old and in need replacing. It suited our need for the one night, but will not stay there again.

I checked in late night , just needed a stop to sleep after a long drive. I entered my room , the room was stuffy , windows were open , i could not close them , there were splatters on the walls, went into the bathroom , it was dirty , toilet bowl was not cleaned , it had feces splattered inside the bowl , urine at the base of the toilet bowl. It looked like just clean towels were just put in and nothing was cleaned. Leaving in the morning , there was clothes left on the ground , fast food bags left in the parking lot.

I have been to this site often. This time the toilet seat was starting to swivel. All the outlets weren’t working and inconvenienced availability in the room. Nor was the heater working. The remote doesn’t work with the TV to view the guide. The hotel clerk wasn’t knowledgeable about that either. I’ve never experienced this but maybe I needed to book earlier but I needed it at the last minute. I will still book here because I enjoy the area. Hope I have a better experience next time. I was in Rm 228. Thank you.

Really appreciated the care and attention the staff gave. Also the aesthetic was nice; however the interior of the room, could use a little updating, especially the furniture/dressers. The bed was comfortable though. It was peaceful/quiet, and the security wasn’t bad. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Title: Terrible Check-in Experience – Unhelpful Staff and Poor Management I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I arrived late at night after a long road trip, I was denied check-in due to a system issue on their end. Instead of offering any assistance, the staff told me I had to wait for an hour before I could get a room to rest. Despite my exhaustion, they refused to let me use the restroom, which was extremely inconvenient. When I asked to speak with the manager, they did not allow it. I even told them that I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but the employee coldly responded, “You can write whatever you want.” This level of customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I loved staying at this hotel. The price was great and the manager Angela is so sweet and accommodating. However, the lady that works second shift is horrible and rude! She's and older white lady that has the worst attitude and due to her actions and behavior I will not be booking here ever again. This is the 2nd time after 8 months since my last visit that I've had issues with the way she speaks. She also told me that I am not allowed to use my credit card, and had denied every single other card I had. I had a free night and wanted to book my room here, however I had to wait until 3rd shift arrived before I was comfortable enough to book reservation, which I booked just fine with my credit card that was previously falsely denied.I believe she is prejudice against African Americans and I already made complaints against her with management. I thank Angela once again for being such a sweetheart.

We always enjoy our stay here even thou the amenities are average but we get to cook & prep our meals. Its at a very convenient location. The staff at the front desk are always very welcoming and accommodating.

Staff was ok, and that’s about the only positive things to say. I’ve stayed at better, cleaner places in 3rd World countries. Place smells like sin. Grab-n-go breakfast was coffee and Nutri Grain bars. Definitely better options in the area. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have hourly room rentals. L Genuinely surprised Expedia even allows this as an option.

Breakfast was sparse. This was probably okay if you were staying long term as you would probably cook your own meals, but it was inadequate for the tourist spending a night or two. Assuming this is the norm, we would never stay in any of your properties in the future.

Wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast was a joke. The other hotels close by offer much more. My reservation was messed up and I had to call Hotels.com to get my room that I pre-Paid for.
