Property was nice. Clean, comfy beds. Close to Napa. Very basic hotel. Was a bit loud outside our room but not bad. Hot tub and pool were on the cold side , but a good stop. Breakfast was great with lots of options and the fridge was nice to have .

The male at the front desk was very rude. I asked for a room not near the pool, but he said that was the only 1 available. He said the pool closes @ 10pm, but there were people and kids screaming and talking until almost 11pm, so we called the front desk. We asked for the code to use the computer, but it did not work. When the guy finally got in, the computer was so slow. There was something sticky on the floor, and there was toothpaste on the door. The bathtube did not work. We were awaken early by someone knocking on our door.

The room worked but was dated, had dirty carpet and was dusty. Half of the motel is under construction and much of the parking spaces have construction containers. My room was not an updated room. It worked for an overnight but I would have stayed somewhere else had I needed a room for longer. Motel is close to lots of dining options and close enough to freeway for easy access but it’s far enough that you can’t hear it. Breakfast was basic but worked. Check in clerk was very nice.

I already paid for my stay on Expedia and Christian the front desk staff that checked me in said I didn't and charged me. When I went to check out, I told Veronica the front desk staff about what had happened. She said she can see that I had already paid and Christian should know this and shouldn't have charged me. She refunded me and apologized about the inconvenience but made the comment that Christian probably didn't like me. I was never rude to either Christian or Veronica. The room was not clean. I had a pack of 20 disinfectant wipes and used at least 15 to clean the bathroom and the vanity area which was pretty filthy. Overall, the stay was OK but I would never return to this property to stay at again.

The room and the whole motel was very clean. The buildings and rooms had been updated. The room was clean, and everything worked. The hot water arrived fast. Check was fast. Breakfast was selection was ok. The coffee and hot food were hot and the cold food was cold. I was there later in the morning and there was a shortage of some items and cutlery. The place was surprisingly quiet given the proximity of the freeways

Clean room, plenty of counter space, staff was very friendly. Was one of the most quiet hotels I've stayed in a few years, was 3 night atay. Only two complaints, first is that I sleep with the TV on, and their tvs seem to have a timer on them, it shuts off after a few hours. My daughter had the room two doors down and it did the same thing. I didn't find a way to turn the sleep timer off because they only give you the cable remote, not TV remote for menu. I do have to say was very modern TV, with dish network and Netflix built in, which is nice. My second complaint is that the weatherstippng on the door was very loud every time door opened, like it sticks to door and makes a loud peeling off noise. I suspect they painted the doors or something, so it sticks to door. As a room of 3 people who smoke outside, it's very hard to sleep through the door opening often. I was super impressed by how dark it was though, when sun is out. One other small complaint, on last morning there were yelling kids in pool at 8am on the dot. Our rooms faced the pool, and no one was able to sleep through the loud kids in pool.

I've stayed here before and it was great. This time I got a room in the echo chamber, which is rooms 104, 105, 106. It was horrible--so loud to every noise at night including what sounded like Celtic dancing above us but I'm sure wasn't. Just don't take those rooms and you're fine.

The staff is top notch!!! They were very friendly and helpful. There were only two things that lost it a star for me. The first was the mattress. It was way too soft for me. I didn't get very good sleeps because of it. The second and this one isn't a big deal to me, was the breakfast wasn't that great. The eggs and potatoes were cold and could have been better. But that's no big deal. Everything else was great.

I checked in here and my key card was not working. The front desk worker blamed me for the key card not working saying it was bc I had put it too close to my phone. Then had someone come and unlock my door with the master key but no one ever made an attempt to actually get me a set of working keys. Overall just not a good experience and I ended up having to leave early and just find somewhere else to stay.
