Good place to stay. Room was very big clean and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable and the sheets looked clean and new. The towels had no stains on them and were clean and smelled good. The water pressure sucks when taking a shower. The mini fridge was clean and big enough to hold water bottles the microwave was clean and looked new. The floor and the counters looked new. Plenty of parking. There are a lot of people walking around this property at night time. Those people were not loud though. All in all I felt safe and I felt that my car was safe And I will definitely stay here again.

rooms are very very small. and no elevators or luggage cart so it’s very inconvenient, especially if you’re on the second floor. all of the equipment in the laundry room is broken except 2 dryers. and the light in the bathroom is a motion sensor type light so keep that in mind when you decide to shower. i had a problem with checking in that delayed the entire thing despite everything being in order on my end. other than that, pretty decent place i guess other than how tiny the rooms are

It would have been nice if the room they gave us was cleaned. We walked into a room that had an unmade bed and had not been cleaned then the guy at the front desk said are you sure when I brought the key back. We were exhausted from traveling and there were sketchy people standing around everywhere. We had to unload everything from the car considering the area. Then room number 2 it was hot and only 1 light working in bathroom and it was cutting on and off. We were so tired we just went sleep and felt with our seeing issue the next morning bu opening up the drapes. I let the lady know on the way out and she said honey you have to put the key card in the slot on the wall to use the solar lighting. I said honey this is the only hotel I’ve stayed at yet in San Francisco it back home with solar lighting and we did without because you didn’t inform us. WOW!! It just seemed like one thing after the other but one thing is for sure it’s not a safe hotel and it’s unpredictable on what will happen next here. I do not recommend this place and I will be keeping an eye on our credit card because you never know. Just pay the extra and be done with around here. It will be worth not dealing with issues later.

It was a great stay overall. The only inconvenience was a guy being locked out of his room next door and banging and yelling to be let in by another person in the early hours of the morning. Otherwise everything else was fine. They also had a card for the room to activate the solar panels.

Nice, clean comfortable property in Fairfield, close to Napa. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of free on site parking. Refrigerator (no freezer section) and microwave in room. People in room above were very noisy and noise traveled into our room. Small table in room only big enough for 1 person - if you want to bring food back to the room. Plenty of near by dining options. Overall, a nice, bargain priced hotel.

Parking lot not well lit. Room did not have a good lock. They only had second floor available even though we needed an ADA compliant room. Overall fine. But would not stay again.

The pictures made the place look way better than what it was. When I first entered the room and tried to turn on the light, there was black slimy sludge on the light switch I was immediately greeted with. The were was still grime on the toilets, walls, and drawers. I have pictures of it all. People smoking cigarettes on the floors above and would leak into our room any time we would open the door. Would not stay again.

Bed sheets were good, Chair in room had torn fabric and missing foam, like a burrowing creature, but no creature to be found. The worst part that you couldn't forget about, was the constant and consistent termite dust on the top of the bed and all over the floor. It was immedate as soon as we got into the hotel room like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Our Room was 206, but the second room I reserved was also like this, room 216. Handle the Termites and the bad chair/couch and you have a 5/5 from me.

Water in shower was lukewarm. Towels were laundered and smelled clean but clearly had stains. Just throw away. Mattress was all stained under bed fitting. Funky smell in room. Fire alarm went off. Coffee lids did not fit cups in lobby. Only two coffees for three night stay. Overall, meh. Staff were nice, just a rough motel.

The people above me were non stop moving furniture and stomping ALL night. I called the front desk at 2 am and 3:45 and the noise still continued until 5:30 am. The walls are too thin. I did not sleep at all.

I liked the room. The vaulted ceilings were nice. I really enjoyed the refrigerator and microwave since i was there for a few days I could eat in the room part of the time. The counter top was wonderful and I was working on a paper for school so i would have loved to use the counter but there was only a short chair available. I was also very surprised that there wasn't any wi-fi. Still, I enjoyed the room and the privacy so that I could make good use of my time.

Warning: Charged a $100 deposit fee after we had already paid for the room stating it was for incidentals - snacks, phone calls. We had no incidentals. . When checking out I asked why the $100 deposit was already charged to my credit card account. Staff stated it would be credited to my credit card in 24-48 hrs. Not acceptable. I disputed through my credit card and was credited the full$100 within hours. This is an awful practice by this hotel. Expedia does mention the additional fee at the very end of the reservation info in rsmall print. We understand deposit fees but we have never been charged the fee before checking out. Other issues - clogged bathroom sink 2nd night. Called front desk and was given a plunger. After trying to plunge it we called and ask for someone to unclog the sink. Front desk offered another room which we then moved to another room for our 2nd and final night. Next morning another guest was outside our door trying to use their key to get in - guest stated they were checking in early and given this room. Front desk morning staff had no idea about our room change or clogged sink. No front desk communication from night before. Homeless person in laundry room doing laundry. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable.

This was a great experience and I would totally stay here again in the future! I checked in a little late, which was no problem. The gentleman at the desk got my key cards and paperwork quickly and professionally and explained everything to me clearly. The room was just around the corner from the office and I parked right at the foot of the stairs to it. Parking was ample, even for a busy time. The room was well-lit, quiet, and updated. The property was clean and quiet and I felt fine being there alone. Check out was as easy as check in and I was on my way! Thank you for the stay, I would recommend this place to others for sure!

The guy that checked us in was awesome! Wish I knew his name to give to you. The two at the counter when we arrive early were rude and didn't want to interact. Seemed annoyed we got there early. All they had to say is the rooms aren't ready check is in a few hours.

I never got access to my room because it wasn't ready after 3pm which is check in time. When I arrived the front desk rep was unhelpful and had no other solution other than having me change my reservation online which is absolutely ridiculous. I ended up contacting Hotels.com to cancel the reservation and issue a refund. Horrible experience. I ended up having to book a room elsewhere through a different website. Not sure if I will use Hotels.com again.

No one was at front desk from 1 to 2 in the morning. A sign saying they had to step away was posted, so we waited for about an hour for the employee to show up. Weird time for the front desk to be left vacant, especially with such a late check-in scheduled. When we got in, room was tiny and not the king bed we had paid for. It was, however, comfortable. Housekeeping was knocking on our door an hour before checkout time, and we're very loud while they knocked on other doors. Will not stay here again.

Perfectly serviceable hotel at a very reasonable rate. Bed was very comfortable, had nice big kitchenette area, was clean and spacious. Water pressure left a bit to be desired, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. The only odd thing is the tv is so far from the bed that the remote wouldn't work on it... No big deal, as we didn't want to watch tv. We had excellent rates for the Bottlrerock weekend, and only 20 minutes away. Lots of places to eat around there, quick freeway access, etc.

We stayed in room 118. Everything was great except for the bed. Unless you like super firm then you will be ok. Fast food, gas stations and a Starbux is within walking distance. A habitat restore is right next door so if you need stuff for your house check them out. There is also an Antique store accross the street as is Bootbarn and a Dialysis office. The hotel and surrounding area is clean..

The area has random people walking around. My room had no electricity. I did not feel comfortable nor safe. When I told the staff member at the front desk I was going to leave he offered another room. I told him I appreciate the gesture but it would not compensate for the unsafe area. When I asked for a refund he said I would need to talk to the manager. This was over a week ago. I still have not received a refund.

This Travelodge location was the cheapest option for my weekend within acceptable distance of Napa, and for the price I paid for the weekend it was well worth it...bang for the buck! It would be unfair to expect 5-star or even hotel-level facilities and service at the same rates, but my stay checked all the necessary boxes, provided several dining options within walking distance, and gave me an easy 20-minute drive to Napa.

The first room I was put in had a broken bed and I almost rolled off in the middle of the night. They were nice and moved me to a larger room for no charge. The "breakfast" they put out was comprised of stale mini muffins and granola bars. Honestly just think the property could use a little tlc, definitely inside the rooms. Staff was great though

Didn’t like the fact that they are not upfront with pet fees when I booked. I didn’t know the fees are charged separately. Also, online advertised that breakfast was included, but it wasn’t when we got to the hotel.
