I arrived at Birch Hill Suites Extended Stay–Blue Ash and found my assigned room in unacceptable condition. The door was open, the bathroom appeared to have been used, the carpet and desk were dirty, and the chair and cushions were covered with dust, hair, and debris. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor. I did not feel safe or comfortable staying in the room or leaving my belongings there, so I immediately found accommodations elsewhere. I documented the conditions with photographs and contacted Hotels.com. The room should never have been assigned to a guest in that condition. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property until its cleanliness, room-inspection, and security procedures improve significantly.

Flying bugs all around in room, broken items in kitchen, Sticky floor. Manager was supposed to contact me regarding refunding my stay and hasn't. Can you please help me with a refund? My stay wasn't good whatsoever!!

This hotel should be condemned! Mold, roaches, and funky smells should be the only words in the description! Staff is rude and lazy. Floors were sticky, big bubbles in paint(water damage), carpets are nasty. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! They tried to say I had been smoking in a room. The same room that made me feel deathly ill. It smelled like rotting death after the bleach they used to cover it up stopped working. NEVER STAY HERE!!!
