This hotel exceeded our expectations. Even though we stayed during rainy season we still could enjoy walking and getting our feet wet on the beach, which is connected to the hotel. The pools were so much fun for the kids too. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had a meal each at the 2 restaurants. The views we great and everything we ate was delicious, and kids eat for free with a paying adult! One meal wasn't enough for our 8 and 10 year olds so they let us order seconds again free of charge. Our kids favorite things about the hotel were the water slide and sports pool where you can play volleyball and basketball. As for the kids and teens activities, we enjoyed the lounges where we made bracelets and played table tennis, but because it was low season most of the other activities were cancelled due to not having enough participants. The Acrobatic show was fun because they let some of the audience participate and the final act was very impressive. Overall, it was such a relaxing and family fun stay. Thank you for everything. We are hoping to visiting every year from now on if we can.

Loved this family friendly hotel. Our room was spacious with a separate bedroom for our two kids. Lots of pools to choose to relax beside with a cocktail in hand while the kids played and made new friends. Food at the restaurants was delicious! You could get massages/hair braiding by the beach or head out to one of the shops outside the hotel along the road and get one. There were a few basic markets for Knick knacks and a shopping centre nearby. Heading to Patong was a scenic 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic. Would love to come back and stay here again one day!

Great location for those who want to sit back and relax. Beach access cannot be beaten. Great family atmosphere and terrific ambience. Unfortunately, the rooms are nearing their use-by dates as they beginning to show their age:- cupboard doors not closing; taps very stiff. Also, the hot water in the taps was dangerously hot. None of the pools were accessible as there were no steps nor ramps in any of the four pools. Rooms not accessible with wheelchairs (though they stated that their engineering department could install a ramp). Their website needs to be updated around Accessibility to reflect actuality.

We booked this hotel mainly because we were looking for a family friendly resort close to the beach. As expected it was crowded, mainly booked by decent families with kids. All pools were clean and well equipped with enough sunbeds. The beach is very nice and seems to be endless with plenty of bars and restaurants, at least in the southern part were we stayed. For the age of our daughter (7) the kids club did not offer to much, so she attended just once. Room We had a room in the ground floor, next to the stage and breakfast area. Already when we entered we recognized an ugly smell from the sinks in the bathroom. After calling the reception somebody came and put some stuff in, which solved the problem. But unfortunately the smell came back several times during our stay. As the window to the terrace has zero noise insulation the room was quite noisy.

The resort is entirely self-contained, with 8 pools, 3 bars, 2 restaurants, a gift shop, a medical clinic, laundry facilities, game equipment, and of course, a beautiful beach. The hotel staff are friendly and courteous. It was a great value for the money.

This is a resort that looks like a Caribbean all-inclusive resort. The breakfast buffet is very nice and has a lot of variety. The beach is not as published in the pictures, the water is darker and when we were there high winds and red flag did not allow us to swim. The pools and amenities for children are perfect. It has pool bars and food service in restaurants and room. It also has a self laundry in the property. Prices are a little high inside but service is nice. You have a supermarket in front for small shopping and/or liquor.

Overall we had a enjoyable stay and would love to go back one day. There was a massage hut near the beach which was reasonablely priced and it was amazing to be able to walk on the beach from the hotel. We did experience some issues with the airconditioner (in the second room), blockage of the toilet and shower drain. The response from the staff was extremely effecient, polite and followed through until the issue was resolved.
Overall we had a enjoyable stay and would love to go back one day. Room was honestly so dirty, hotel is a bit like one you would find in Benidorm. Some staff were nice but most were rude! Would never ever stay here again. Hard to get taxis because traffic is so busy. Also the noise levels keeps you away all night long

The pools are really clean and nice. Lots of sunbeds available. The beach is beautiful! We got tired of the food after a few nights but just across the road there is a great restaurant with very similar prices. The rooms are ok, the aircon is quite noisy and a hint of damp smell lingered the whole time. Cleaning is very good. Drinks at the restaurant and bar comes in plastic, disposable, cups which was quite disapointing.

Brilliant spot for the family. Swimming pools are large it’s right on the beach. Rooms are spacious with lots of useful equipment for families. We were B&B and breakfast was good with lots of choice.

Mixed feelings. The hotel is in a great location right on the beach... BUT ... It's very very tired inside and out and needs investment. At the time of visit, 80%+ of all guests were Russian which wasn't great tbh.

Great hotel next to a lovely beach. Room was nice but bathroom was a little bit average. Facilities were great and the food in the restaurant was good.

Restaurangens var största katastrofen. piaks kitchen gav mig en Hamburgare med gluten i brödet torts att de lovade glutenfritt. Thaimaten var smaklös. På Fino där vi firade min födelsedag hade de inte koll på om såsen var glutenfri och sous chef hade gått för dagen. När vi fick maten fick vi kall biff med kall potatismos. Dessutom fel med allergier så fick äta min middag själv utan familjen. Kompenserade med fruktbitar istället för avdrag på kostnaden. Helt otroligt. We got tired of the food after a few nights but just across the road there is a great restaurant with very similar prices. Overall we had a enjoyable stay and would love to go back one day. There was a massage hut near the beach which was reasonablely priced and it was amazing to be able to walk on the beach from the hotel. We did experience some issues with the airconditioner (in the second room), blockage of the toilet and shower drain. The response from the staff was extremely effecient, polite and followed through until the issue was resolved.
Overall we had a enjoyable stay and would love to go back one day. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Even though we stayed during rainy season we still could enjoy walking and getting our feet wet on the beach, which is connected to the hotel. The pools were so much fun for the kids too. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had a meal each at the 2 restaurants. The views we great and everything we ate was delicious, and kids eat for free with a paying adult! One meal wasn't enough for our 8 and 10 year olds so they let us order seconds again free of charge. Our kids favorite things about the hotel were the water slide and sports pool where you can play volleyball and basketball. As for the kids and teens activities, we enjoyed the lounges where we made bracelets and played table tennis, but because it was low season most of the other activities were cancelled due to not having enough participants. The Acrobatic show was fun because they let some of the audience participate and the final act was very impressive. Overall, it was such a relaxing and family fun stay. Thank you for everything. We are hoping to visiting every year from now on if we can.

This is a resort that looks like a Caribbean all-inclusive resort. The breakfast buffet is very nice and has a lot of variety. The beach is not as published in the pictures, the water is darker and when we were there high winds and red flag did not allow us to swim. The pools and amenities for children are perfect. It has pool bars and food service in restaurants and room. It also has a self laundry in the property. Prices are a little high inside but service is nice. You have a supermarket in front for small shopping and/or liquor.

This would be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The whole nightmare started with the welcome we got when checking in. The local Thai receptionists were fantastic but there was one receptionist (I think South African or Germany) was so rude and the way she treated my partner and I we cut our stay short. We had planned to spend five days at the hotel but left a soon as we could get a flight out.
