Hôtel is dirty, jacuzzi was not working, we asked for towel they didn’t brought them, never clean the room even we were asking We ask to changes room after our arrival and was everyday pushed on the next day Best to avoid this place

The rooms were very clean and well stocked. The staff were very kind but the girl at the front desk is what stood out the most. She was very helpful and kind and just overall amazing.

I had 2 rooms at the first 2 nights then a 2 bedroom apartment in my 3 days in Riyadh. The rooms were large but they have cockroaches all over the place. I changed the rooms but still had this problem!
