It’s a nice hotel just be mindful they charge you and extra $30 for a “resort” fee and a $100 holding fee when checking in. Breakfast is not included it has to be paid for also valet parking is $84 a day.

Stayed 5 nights

My husband Josh and I stayed here for 5 days to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary which was on August 8th, 2026. We won't be staying here again. It tooks us over 2 hours for our room to be ready. We booked a king bed corner room which is one of there more popular room types. According to the front desk staff guests staying prior to us can check out as late as 4 pm from this room type. This shouldn't be allowed in my opinion and it wasn't disclosed on the website. Breakfast isn't included (it's 10-40 dollars per day). Breakfast is important too me but not so much to my husband. So if breakfast is important to you then don't stay here. Also it's 84 bucks per day to vallet park your car here and that isn't included. We went to the White Soxs baseball game on August 7th and we were trying to get our car to drive to the stadium. It took over an hour for the vallet drivers to get our car. We were told by the front desk staff to take the 146S bus and get off at 35th street for the stadium but the ladies on the bus said this bus won't take you to that staidum. So long story short we had to take an uber to and from the game. The uber on the way back dropped us off at the Hyatt Centric in the Loop which is the wrong hotel. So if you take an uber anywhere in Chicago make sure to confirm the address with him or her. The only things I liked about this hotel. We really loved our roon. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There open from 530 am-11 p.m and they are both heated. The

We traveled with children and it was a great hotel and the location was perfect. Pool is a bit small but they offer a hot tub which was nice for us adults. There was a sound machine in our deluxe suite and that was a nice amenity. Would have been nice to have vending machines on the floors. Overall would recommend.
