We had a wonderful stay! The staff was **absolutely AMAZING** and truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable and memorable. The restaurant was excellent, offering delicious food and outstanding service. The location is another major highlight! It’s perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, with convenient access to so many great restaurants, attractions, and activities. I stayed at this hotel approximately seven years ago and was pleased to experience the same level of exceptional hospitality this time around. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to consider some updates and renovations to remain competitive with the other boutique hotels in the area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The exceptional staff, great dining, and prime location certainly make this hotel worth visiting. We would happily return!

Omni Chicago Hotel is an amazing hotel... the room we had was spacious, and beds were comfortable. The staff is even more incredible, Jasmyn at the front desk and Ham from the bell service were just awesome individuals who catered to us daily with our needs, and even suggested things to do or see in Chicago. The hotel is close to many of the tourist attractions like the Millenneum Park, and the Chicago Riverbank. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that I know that is going to Chicago.
