The room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was not included in the room price but was available for an extra cost in the hotel restaurant. We didn’t participate in that so I can’t speak to the quality. The fitness room was top notch. Best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The reasons I gave 4 stars and not five are, breakfast was not included, the ice machine on our floor did not work and there was a dresser drawer in our room that would not stay closed. I did try an ice machine on another floor and it also did not work. I was told by front desk staff that I could get ice from the restaurant. Which was helpful. Over all however, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.

It's just expensive for what you get. Which is basically nothing, not even free coffee in the lobby which is an American staple. Free airport shuttle bus is good tho, runs every half hour. Lots of stuff in the area if you want - food, bars, other hotels, and a big recreation zone with cinema and bowling and stuff. So that's fine, but the hotel is just a big expensive airport hotel.

No business center, could not get your computer to work. Front Desk response. "Yeah that's been happening for a few days. You can WALK over to embassy suites, it's all part of Hilton". Parking...horrible signage. So confusing no clear directions. Handicapped lines still on the parking area marked "Double Tree" poorly lit. At check in...two workers at the counter. I was not greeted by either one ( they seemed too busy on their phones). When they finally helped the service was poor and UNPROFESSIONAL. NO cookies offered, yet big signs in the elevator about all the cookie options available at check in. More than likely I will not refer Double Tree to any of my friends or co-workers. In fact I will tell all my friends to AVOID Double Tree at all costs.

The only problem was getting a parking. You got to pay for and it's expensive per day. That's the only problem. The rest is Awesome. I loved the hotel and the personnel.

Our only disappointment was that, despite the website having several pictures of a pool, it was not operational when we came with our kids, and it was a major let down for them . We specifically selected Doubletree of the hotels in the area because they featured a pool.

Hotel was very satisfactory. Food was excellent in attached Gibsons restaurant. However one of the main reasons for booking Hotel was it is advertised with a pool. But when i asked where was they told me they didn't have one any more even though it still has it in their hotel information folder in the room.

I stayed here solely because it advertised an airport shuttle. Unfortunately it ended up being so infrequent, I ended up taking an Uber. Sort of false advertising. Most hotels run them every 15 minutes.

Our room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very attentive, friendly and accomodating. Toilet clogged , in the evening but i notified the desk and someone was sent right away. The parking garage was somewhat confusing to navigate.

Staff not knowledgeable of parking lot systems, even tho the lot is owned by the city. The staff couldn’t figure out how to validate multiple times, always just blamed the city system, not accepting that they just didn’t know how to work the process or systems they sold me at check in. The building is not secure on the exterior anyone can just walk in through the lobby and access any floor by use of the elevators or from the shared public parking garage. The staff removed my key access to my room prior to my exit before the stated check out time, while I was obtaining a luggage cart. We had to evacuate during my stay, we were never informed that it was all clear to return, no explanation offered by staff. Bathroom in room had hair on the tub upon arrival, makeup mirror light didn’t work, and there was a brown stain on the bathroom wall near the toilet (yuck)

I have a few videos just wish I could have recorded the smell of cat urine in the room I paid over $200 for. One night and $80 in parking that the site has advertised as free. That's not even mentioning the heater that clanked every 15 mins , sounding as if someone was breaking in. The vent in the bathroom for the steam screamed as loud as I wanted to while staying at this 2 star hotel rated at as a 4 star... never again at this fugazi establishment!

Stayed for a week for the NSCC. Was very convenient to walk to the convention center, the Entertainment District, and the outlets. Romm was large, clean and comfortable. Both restaurants in the hotel had great food and service. Overall a terrific experience, we would highly recommend the Double Tree at Rosemont.

The staff was extremely uncooperative. The rooms had big cracks on the roof. The phone was not working so I had to go to front desk whenever I needed anything. I asked them to change my room because of the big crack and the next room had a bigger crack than the last one. So I did not move to that room. When I went back to return the keys to the new room, the staff started arguing and almost fighting with me why didn’t I move to the other room. Also, I asked help with my luggage but nobody helped me at all for just loading my bags on the cart (i was coming back from vacation so I had really big bags). It was a horrible experience with the hotel staff overall.

Our favorite when we fly out of Chicago Ohare. We always stay the night prior to departure and stay once we arrive back. Clean and comfortable beds. Like the dining options.

Check in staff was questioning my first name even when I showed my matching id and credit card. The room itself was ok. However the bright lights outside of the room were so strong even with the curtains it was like a daylight inside the room. Bathroom had loose shower faucet trims. Looked little outdated. No hooks to hang your clothes or bathroom towel. I don’t think I would recommend this hotel. The only convenience was being close to the airport and shopping mall.

The hotel was very nice. My only complaint was the air conditioning in room kept making a loud boom noise every 1/2 hour to an hour. It started in the middle of the first night and woke us up. Thought something was coming through the wall or roof. Notified the desk the next day and the response was no maintenance on site. Reported the noise to the desk upon our leave and they said they were sorry. They acted like it wasn’t an issue. I can say we didn’t get much sleep during our 2 night stay. If it weren’t for that, the hotel would be 5 stars and I would highly recommend.

There is no continental breakfast. Not even coffee. The best thing about our stay was the cookie we received upon checking in... Sad. The front desk and transportation staff were rude and dismissive.

The overnight front deck guy was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked a question about my check-in because, I’m traveling from Europe, LA and NYC and have been travelling none stop for 4 weeks. He proceeded to pretend to want to help me. When I went to follow up with him, he told me to sit on the couch for 2 minutes and he’ll come and help me, this was at 7:58am on 6/1/2023. When I went back to the desk 30 minutes later, I learned that he left at 8am. I will never recommend anyone stay there. That guy is extremely unprofessional and rude. It would’ve been nice had he passed me to a colleague or a manager that could’ve assisted me. I didn’t get his name but I believe he’s African or Caribbean - so am I so I’m not being biased I’m disappointed!

From when we first checked in, to our check out, every staff member was nice and helpful. Front desk was extremely helpful, the bar staff was friendly, and the housekeeper was wonderful. Not to mention the lounge staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in future visits.

Check-In was quick and efficient, and the complimentary cookies were divine! The room was very clean, and the shower and bathtub were also very clean and sanitary. My only gripe was that upon arriving, we had difficulty parking. The signage in the lane leading to DoubleTree parking said closed, and the ticket we received had said the convention center not the hotel... so there was some confusion there, and the woman at the front desk didn't clear it up for us. After we figured out parking though, we arrived with ease, the AC was not on so the room was very room and humid, and we noticed that the holder for the shower head had broken off the wall prior to out visit and had not been fixed. Aside from those few minor issues, our stay was swell, and the Theater, where my sister and I attended a show, was a mere 5 minute walk, making the hotel well worth the stay!

The bed was actually comfortable, the pillows didn't suck, the bathroom was spacious with a full tub and separate shower, there was plenty of food and entertainment within walking distance, and easy and reasonable parking nearby. It was within eyesight of the convention center our event was at. This was legitimately perfect, if not "luxurious". Great for business, probably pretty good for family travel too, with the nearby fashion outlet mall.

We found It very convenient that the hotel was a skybridge walk to a convention center for an event we were attending, it was a great surprise. It was in walking distance and less than 30 minute driving distance for activities. We had no issues with the room or service.

Close to transit for easy access to downtown. Staff was very nice. The AC in our room didn't work very well and the room was too hot for 3 people. Someone came to look at it and told us it was fine. We had it all the way down and still only slept under the top sheet. The breakfast should have also been included for the quality. $21 was way too high for the quality of the food
