My only problem was their security deposit was $150. I never paid that much before. And I’m still waiting on my refund.

The check in and check out were quick,Lydia and Erica are nice and friendly, they made us feel at home. The property needs to be done with remodels,it looks like its been under construction for long time. The parking also needs to be remodel,The price we paid it shouldnt be that high,in my opinion isnt worthy but we needed a place to stay,in overall I gave 4 stars because it is across the lake and I love it.

I'll keep it straight forward. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and simple with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Good house keeping each day. King size bed had a firm mattress that was fairly comfortable but the pillows were so so. The air-conditioning was good. The only downside I found was the shower water pressure was very low but it got the job done so not really a big deal. Over all a good place to stay at a great price.

The staff was nice and friendly. The property is run down and our room was not kept up. It was clean, but when we checked in, there was no power to any of the lights around bed, the chargers and outlets didn't work. They were corrected for the second night. It's not real easy to get to and get out of and there's very little close by for meals. We won't go back.

This hotel was in a perfect location for our visit to Chicago. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She let us check in early, and gave us a list of area restaurants with her favorites highlighted. The room was very clean. It was pretty bare and nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed. The fact that we could park there for free, both the day of arrival and as long as we wanted on our day of departure was such an excellent added bonus. We took a bus down to Michigan avenue and the theater area, then walked to the museum of science and industry the next day and didn't have to pay for parking. It was perfect!
