Victor at the front desk was outstanding. Super friendly and helpful. 2 of 3 elevators were out of service. The only one working was the smallest one, and a lot of noises that seemed to be probably not alarming, but not reassuring. The whole front of the hotel is right against the El train and somewhat noisy. Small and silly thing, but the coffee machine in the room is a little odd, hard to figure out how to make coffee. If you're going to put a unique machine in the room, just add instructions. Overall, it's an older hotel with a certain style, which is cool. The room was nice and comfortable. Just enough oddities to mention that made me go 3 stars.

What a beautiful hotel! We loved our room and had so much space. Having a separate bedroom was perfect because my husband could work at the desk in the living room while I got to sleep in. 😂 The bed was super comfortable, and the room stayed nice and cool, which I loved! The price was also really reasonable, especially for how close we were to all the sightseeing spots. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
