This is very much a you get what you pay for. The staff was very nice, and the room was kinda nasty. Like—I've never felt this way before, but I was afraid for any of my clothes to sit on the floor for any length. The sink faucet only had hot water. The bed was harder than it seemed when I first sat down, which was good. The neighborhood was a little iffy at night. (But there's a restaurant next door that was open later others and was really kind about getting me some takeaway even after they had officially closed.) I don't know. I would not stay here again if I didn't absolutely have to. But it was also very cheap at the very last minute, and I'm grateful for that. (And the staff really were very nice.)

Good location close to the downtown, but requires some improvement in room conditions overall.

It is a reasonably priced room, but the hotel is very run down. No elevator that I could find. I would not step foot in the shower. Staff was friendly. Location is good with plenty of food options. There is a nearby pay parking lot right next to a Red Line train station, I might stay again if it gets a renovation - until then I'll look for other options.
