The staff were amazing, but the security strike almost ruined our entire trip. The casino needs to settle with them NOW.

There was a strike going on, so it was an absolute nightmare trying to get in, I’m sure it would be nice another time but they did nothing to make up for inconvenience.

The hotel was fab, however be aware there is a strike ongoing for apparently the last 2 months which is preventing taxis and cars entering the hotel unless you wait in a line for 15 minutes per car. When we arrived we would of had to wait for 2.5 hours. The staff outside striking were extremely rude. We visited to attend a gig in the theatre and it's amazing. The casino was great fun. The lobster restaurant was really nice and great service. Special thanks for the bar man who kept my partner entertained in the bar near reception. Apologies I didn't catch his name.

I booked last minute. Security is on strike so you have to wait to park onsite. I wouldn't have booked there if I knew that. The room was nice. The property is pretty soulless. If you gave a communion wafer a billion dollars to design a casino, this is what it would come up with. Bland. When you walk up it feels like a community college. (Derogatory). Low energy casino floor. All CSM blackjack. Something just feels off about the place.
