There was no soap in our room for the sink. The toilet paper holder was broken and toilet paper was just sitting on top of the toilet tank. It was utter chaos trying to get to the elevator to get to our room after the game. I asked staff to clearly form a lounge for guests and he said there is supposed to be but I don't know which line is which. I understand making up the valet parking for people not staying at the hotel.... but making hotell guests pay more for valet is absurd. The floor was sticky . We will not be back for a long time.

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and nice. Bed as kind of hard but was ok for a one night stay. It was nice to be close to State Farm arena but parking was ok. The walking between hotel elevators and parking lot elevator was inconvenient but not horrible. Biggest complaint was that every time we had went to the parking garage to go to or from our car, the stench of pot was everywhere and horrible. Want to smoke pot? That’s your business but I don’t and I don’t like smelling it when I’m on a night away with my wife.
