They told us we couldn’t park in the garage when we arrived because there was no parking and to park across the street. 5-10 min after we parked we thankfully went back to our vehicle and they had broken into our truck and broke the back passenger window. Apparently everyone checking in was experiencing break ins right after check in. Inside job? Or targeted guests? Then after our truck was broken i to the guy let us park in the garage and there was plenty of parking. Terrible! Do not stay here.

The site is old and needs updating in the room. Besides a mediocre breakfast the lobby area we clean and decorative. The closet had no hangers, sink did not have a stopper, the toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle, no pen or paper. The was no ice maker. No room service during the entire stay. Location and garage parking was great

I liked the accessibility. It's located walking distance to many important spots downtown. And although a little pricy ($25/day), it has a secure parking with controlled-access in the basement. This allows access to an elevator from the basement to any of the floors.

Old Motel, not a hotel as all rooms open to the street. Small rooms with tiny bathroom and shower. Service was good and made changes when we moved rooms as first room door was hard to open a close and fridge didn’t work. Second was better. Secure parking on site was good but $25/night. Breakfast offered a variety of items over the weekend. Older building but convenient location.

It says it’s 3.6 stars and it truly is such. Parking for the actual hotel is limited and you have to pay per night. There’s parking across the street but they don’t mention it’s unsafe and people WILL break in and bush your windows at anytime of the day. Some outlets, light fixtures, and appliances don’t work within the rooms.

One thing I liked is the location and the parking wasn’t as expensive as other locations. The parking lot is slightly difficult to navigate for a bigger vehicle but is secured which was great to have.

The room carpet was torn and patched up.some areas the wood base was seen. The carpet was DIRTY and I was coughing all night as the carpet might have not been vacuumed or cleaned in a long time. Dust mites for sure. The furniture poorly kept and the veneer had torn off. Bathroom had hair in the shower obviously not cleaned. blood stains on the wall. The shower curtain was one inch shorter and so the water leaked out of the shower. I have some pictures if you want to see.

The pics on the website are terribly inconsistent with what we experienced. With all the ongoing remodeling the property should be closed. The mess and conditions were dismal. We felt like we were in a third world country. The TV service was dismal and could not watch any news or football game and had to leave the property to watch our college team Saturday evening. The safe did not work which made us very uncomfortable leaving any valuables behind. Never received any cleaning service while there. Would never recommend this property.

I stayed here for 3 nights because I was going to an event downtown. There was public parking behind the hotel which was nice because the hotel was trying to charge $25 a night for their on-site parking. There wasn’t a remote in the room, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but manageable, and the shower curtain was too short so there was always water on the floor after I showered. The staff was nice, but I’m not sure if I would stay here again.

Overall I could see the potential of the property. The carpet was older and a bit musky/dirty. The door and trim had seen better days. The door didn’t shut all the way unless you pushed/pulled on it. No microwave. The linens were stained. I can see why breakfast is popular but could have used some additional seasonal fruit offerings. It looks like the shower area had a recent remodel.

The best part was the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. However, the room was kind of a disappointment. It’s a bummer there’s no microwave in there, but that’s on me for not reading the ammeneties better. The furniture wasn’t in a great condition and just looked rough. Some of the drawers didn’t really close properly. There was a hole in the wall by the door. And the rooms was so small. I could tell it was on the smaller size from the pictures but I was surprised by just how small it was. It did not comfortably fit 4 of us. It’s not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Very dated. Very dark. Parking is down below. Very safe behind locked doors, but very tight and small area to park. Got there at night and everything was very poorly lit. Rooms were very clean and comfy but the ac was just barely making it. It was working, but barely blowing. Was pretty warm in the room. Clean. Comfy. Just a little to dark and needs to be remodels.

We had to check in a day late due to travel delays and the person at the front desk was extremely rude to me about it even though it had been approved the night prior when I called and let them know we would be delayed. Since I had already paid for the room in full it makes zero sense why I would get an attitude from a front desk clerk about having to check in a day late. The person has zero customer service skills and the hotel was a dump. I will never stay there again.

I did not get up for breakfast! The guy at the Front, Rick< was amazing an helped me tremendously! Turned my very painful night into a great experience. There was a roach in the bathroom so that was a lil distasteful and the size of shampoo and conditioner was not enough.

We booked though Expedia for three nights and when we arrived we were informed that we do not have any reservations. Another staff, maybe the manager who came and found the booking. On our second day, my husband was by the door and the manager on duty stated that he thought we had checked out as we were not supposed to be still there. On our last night when we returned to the hotel our keys were deactivated. When we asked the staff at the front desk, no proper explanation was given. The room was clean however the phone was not working and this was reported to the front desk. Additionally, the shower curtain is short and when taking showers the floor gets wet. I called the front desk from my cellphone and was informed that maintenance was unavailable but will have them come the next day to check. That never happened. The housekeeping staff are not available before noon. The trash from our room was placed outside the room, although housekeeping staff were seen around the trash was left there for more than 5 hours and was only moved after contacting the front desk several times.

Very poor customer service. Our room was not prepared properly. My reservation was for three people. only two towels were left, no coffee cups were left. I went down to front desk to request the needed towel and coffee cups. Upon leaving then return later that evening, no one had brought anything to our room. I would not recommend this hotel!

Fred was at the front desk for most of our stay. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The location was great to walk to Olympic Park, Mercedez Benz Stadium, and lots of restaurants. We had a courtyard room which was quiet. The complimentary full breakfast is a very nice amenity. Fresh popcorn on the weekend was a fun surprise.

The location is great, but the hotel itself needs some renovations. We couldn’t even open our door with the key. We had to get the front desk to come up and open it for us and then the next day when we left and came back it didn’t work again and had to get a new key. The front desk clerk said that she hopes the battery isn’t gonna die The air conditioner leaked and got the floor, soaking wet on the side of the bed. It just needs a lot of work.

My company booked two rooms at this hotel. Both rooms had no hot water and I was moved to another room which still had no hot water. I was told that it would be fixed that evening so just stayed in the room but it was still not fixed the next day, again told it would be fixed it was not. The last day we did have hot water. Breakfast had muffins the first day and the next three mornings there was none. I had asked for milk three times for cereal and it was never delivered. There were no coffee cups for coffee, ran out of orange juice. Rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is very dated. None of the water fountains that are showing in the pictures are operable and there’s lots of peeling paint. all in all the room was good other than the hot water. Staff were friendly, but never followed through with their promises.

Overall it felt like a 3 star hotel. It was fine for the price, except the linen smelled like bleach so strong. We were glad to have the breakfast, except the employee brought half of the food (the hot breakfast)when the breakfast started at 8 am ( Sunday ). And another half of the food, like milk, cereal, and fruits, half an hour later (8:30 am). We finished our breakfast by the time she brought the cold breakfast food. I don't know why the food could not have been served right in time when breakfast started because several people didn't even see the cold breakfast food. And they need to do something with that bleach smell of the linens because people won't be back after such experience. It's a shame because overall the hotel was fine.

Convenient and walkable to most downtown attractions but out of the hustle and bustle of most downtown hotels. Only drawback was the breakfast hours (8a-10a) on weekends and over at 9a on weekdays. I stayed there 3 days and was not able to try the breakfast due to having to leave at 7am on Sat and Sun for early cheer performance and got downstairs at 9:10am on Monday morning to learn it ended at 9am on weekdays. That was my only complaint. Otherwise, would recommend this property.

The pictures of the breakfast are misleading. Apparently they haven’t had that nice of a breakfast display in a few years. They gave the exact same meal on both Saturday and Sunday . Scrambled eggs, sausage patty, biscuits and cheap toast. There’s no muffins, no waffle maker, no bacon , no variety during your stay. It was very disappointing. The beds are very noisy. Everytime you move on the mattress you can hear it. The room itself was pretty mediocre and we did find 3 baby cockroaches. Roaches are a bit more normal in warmer climate but they should still increase pest control as that can be disturbing for travelers. Wash all your stuff when you get home. I did like that the front door is secured. Just to get into the hotel you need your key. It’s walking distance to aquarium and Coke Museum. It’s not located in the hip and cool part of downtown but you can get there by scooter very quickly . For having no pool and a bad breakfast I do think the price for what I paid is not reasonable.

The hotel is currently being renovated, so there is some construction, debris, and tidying up that was in process. When we checked in, the room they provided was dirty. There were shoes, clothes, the beds looked slept in, and there were dirty towels on the bathroom counter. Two gentlemen popped out of their rooms and seemed to know more about what was going on with the room than the shocked front desk manager. We went and requested another room; the desk manager was great and did not give us any problems. The second room was newly renovated. Everything was clean, and the shower was great. The only issue is the AC leaked all over the carpet after we turned it on, so we used the ice bucket to prevent further wet carpet soaking. It looked like they were renovating the old AC units, so this may have been the reason. Staff, however - SUPER NICE!

Definitely under renovation. Construction equipment everywhere and loose screws littered about. I picked one up in the parking garage, and was very grateful that my car tire didn’t find it first! We ended up in an older style room that was very dated with cracked tiles in the shower, a hole in the exterior wall that you could see outside though, and melted spots and stains in the carpet in the room. Breakfast was fine, but not small child friendly. Neither was the general area of the hotel, we walked to the aquarium which was a nice easy walk, but definitely didn’t feel totally safe. There was a lot of siren noise and heard people yelling through the night. The proximity to the aquarium was the main perk. I was also glad to be able to park my car in a gated garage under the hotel, to keep it off the street in the unsafe area. Overall, you get what you pay for, next time I think I’ll splurge a little more and get a nicer place.

Location is excellent. The hotel is being remodeled so I understand my experience was not ideal. There was dust in the halls and only one elevator was working and being shared with the construction workers which was inconvenient. Otherwise the hotel is fine, we did not leverage amenities except for the breakfast tables, patio and WiFi. Breakfast is ok if you have no dietary limitations as there are no gluten free or other allergy options available.
