Pool looked gross. Hot tub was literally boarded up. Leaks in the ceilings in the main hallway by where breakfast was served. Trash cans under to catch water. To me, didn’t look like pictured. Guy on drugs every where you turned inside the hotel and on the outside property. Didn’t feel too safe. Breakfast was good, though. Staff was nice.

Closest elevator was out of order. The elevator at the far end had a spill and was sticky a I reported both to the front desk and they said they would get someone on the Lee site floor and I believe they seemed already aware of the non-functioning elevator.

Clean and neat. Breakfast was good and we really enjoyed the waffles. The pool was nice, desperately needed a deep clean and scrub down. Was very disappointed that the hot tub was no longer open and has not been for some time. Over all 8/10.

The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was clean. Overall, depending on cost, I would recommend this hotel. The downside to the hotel are issues with maintenance & upkeep. Some of the entry doors to the hotel aren’t functioning with use of a key card, some of the ice machines aren’t functioning and the pool is in definite need of maintenance/repair. The hot tub was covered with plywood/closed. With some needed maintenance/upgrades, this hotel could be a great value/place to stay.

The breakfast was not the best 3/10. What hotel does not offer regular cold water to drink for Breakfast. The options were, hot water and fountain water. Next, the treadmill equipment in gym did not work. Both treadmill were not functional at all. The main elevator was out of service and had to walk down the hallway to the other elevator. This elevator inspection was expired over a month ago. Will not stay at this hotels again.

Literally only 1 elevator works they keep the back do open not safe at all didn’t have enough wash cloths , rooms smell antique and carpet old the rooms need to be made over renovation really bad we made it through our stay but never again

The staff was friendly, and the main lobby was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was standard for hotels in this price range, with nothing exceptional. Unfortunately, our room was not very clean. The air vents and A/C had visible dust, the bathroom tub and sink had cracks, the shower curtain was stained, the doors had chipped paint, and there was dirt in the corners of the room. Additionally, our room had an unpleasant odor that was possibly caused by mold or an old A/C filter. Aside from this, the hotel is located in a safe environment with convenient parking.

Room was not cleaned well there was someone else's hair left all over the tub and basin area. And there was an lasting odor in the room,not to add that the tv service offers a little to choose from. room was dirty, blood on the sheets, hair in my continental breakfast, pringle can under the sofa in the room, no toiletries upon request such as toothpaste, sofa sleeper had no sheets or pillows in the room. asked to speak to a manager and she was too busy to talk to me. front desk said they never have those things. filed a complaint with wyndham as this is unacceptable.

The bathroom was moldy and dirty, and the room itself was unclean. A strong odor of black mold was present. There were hairs on the mattresses, and the floor had visible hairs that had not been cleaned. Black mold was visible on the bathroom ceiling and in the corners. The air conditioner had a noticeable collection of dust where the fan blows out. Additionally, the only available elevator was out of service.

Do not stay here. Every guest had problems getting into their rooms, the key card readers do not work. We had blood stains and hair on our sheets. We asked for a new room and were told that could not happen. I asked for a refund and they would not because i booked through a 3rd party app. Breakfast, milk was warm and the bread was hard. Overall just pay more to stay somewhere better.

It needs an overhaul of the rooms. The bed is similar to a ball pit & pillows are extremely lumpy. The baseboards are filthy and the bathroom door is warped and needs painting. There was hair left "supposedly" after cleaning, and prior to check in under the sink - dust bunnies. The hotel needs housekeeping to be readdressed.

The property had only one working elevator which was out of date for inspection. Not very comforting. Our room was in disrepair. Hardware missing from the bathroom door. No toilet paper holder. The phone wasn’t working and the refrigerator was so loud we unplugged it. The bathroom was also dirty and the tub had been patched but not sealed along with a leaking shower head that completely soaked the entire bathroom when used. The beds were made with the sheets on TOP of the comforter and one bed was missing a bottom sheet altogether. The pool was filthy and clouded. There was actually sediment on the bottom of it.

This place needs a renovation desperately. The hallways are dark, the doors within the rooms have worn down edges, the card readers at the doors have to be swiped multiple times before the door will open. Our room had a bit of a smell, but you stopped noticing it within a few minutes of being in the room. I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

The gentleman at the check in desk was very nice. the room was fine, but the coffee maker was questionable at best. there was no ice on 6th or fifth floor. I went to main floor. There was no bathmat in the bathroom. AC was loud. Parking lot did seem safe. Minor issues, but price was reasonable.

We stayed in a suite. Although it was not super clean (black smeared fingerprints on the doors, crumbs and maybe dead termites in the pull-out sofa mattress), we were pleased with the price and the room arrangement. We liked having a separate space for our children to sleep, with the bathroom located just off of the living area. The king bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean. The complimentary breakfast was good, with sausage, bacon, seasoned potatoes, powdered eggs, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. It was a good deal, all things considered.

It was ok. The floor was not real clean when we arrived, my three kids had to sleep in the same bed-no roll always. The food was not hot in the morning and it was just so-so. The beds were very soft and difficult to sleep on. The bathroom doors didn’t shut and we’re very noisy. The sink would not drain quickly. Other than that it was fine.

The rooms and photos aren’t consistent. These rooms look bigger with the sitting area. The doors aren’t aligned so they didn’t close properly. The door jam was missing the metal piece to properly close your door and lock it. The doors in the room didn’t close properly. They were supposed to be French doors but stacked up when closing. The beds weren’t comfortable and the linens were itchy. I had to request new sheets and buy a topper from Walmart. The pull out bed was Nasty and clearly OLD like it hadn’t been replaced in YEARS… this hotel is outdated basically and for the area it’s located in, we expected more in simple presentation. The ONLY thing that worked well was the AIR CONDITIONER… The pool area was old too.. needs updating and the Hot tub was blocked off like a crime scene… Ijs.

Waited 28 MINUTES for someone to show up at the registration desk to get my room. Desk clerk did not apologize, he simply stated that he was the only one there and he was helping another guest with an issue. Whatever the reason, NO GUEST should be kept waiting right at 30 minutes to check in. HIRE MORE STAFF. Surely this hotel chain is aware of how many people check into one of their hotels between 5:00 and 9:00 P.M. on a Saturday evening!

Check-in was wonderful! Max at the desk is friendly and efficient! The hotel is a little worn. Little things like broken ice machines, missing buttons on elevator, dark parking lot sometimes makes you wonder if your money would be better spent elsewhere.

The front Desk night agent was very friendly and professional towards me upon check in. He provided Great customer service!!!The morning shift desk agents guy and girl were rude and did not greet me. They conveniently walked away from the desk as if they had something to do.

The management at this location is top-notch. We ran into an issue during our stay and due to a mixup on the third party behalf and management was more than accommodating. People may not necessarily understand the frustrations and challenges that can sometimes go traveling and I appreciate the effort to make our stay as stress-free as possible.

We did not stay. After checking in and getting the key to the room, we unloaded and went to the room. As my mom opened the door, the beds were still unmade. So obviously the room had not been cleaned. We returned to front desk to let them know. The guy said there were no other rooms available and he would see what he could do. It would take 15 to 40 minutes. We waited in the lobby. During a part of that time, the guy from front desk went and opened door leading outside and stood there and vaped and texted on his phone. He then returned to front desk. When my Mom went back to find out when it would be ready, he basically said his shift was ending and the lady coming on would handle it. The lady coming on shift was angry and rude to start off with and starting berating my mom. After a few minutes, she said she would be glad to cancel our reservation. She supposedly did but since it was booked on Expedia she really couldn't. After I contacted Expedia, the hotel claimed we were the problem and denied the room being unclean but agreed we had not stayed there. Worst experience I have ever had.

I’ll keep this story short Around the end of my stay I checked out early in order to be early to my flight gate I noticed upon leaving I never received a receipt or anything which I didn’t think anything of But as i was driving I noticed some of my valuable belongings were still inside the room So I call the hotel and tell them I’ll be coming back to get my belongings and at what value it was they should be looking for. They agreed. When I got to the front desk it was a complete disaster as the manager could not find my belongings as if they were not turned in The mans name starts with a D and he’s been working at this location for some time. He calls his employees and asks about the belongings and she replies with “we looked all over and we didn’t see anything” so with great concern I look to management again. He escorts me to the room where I find my things that were said to not be inside. I say thank you and leave. I check my bank account the next day and two 400$ charges were billed to my bank statement additional to what I already paid to stay and my deposit. So 800$ extra was charged to my card When I called the hotel the woman that answered was not caring and gave me a corporate number to contact. The manager scammed and took my claim down I had to get a new bank card and file a claim with my bank because hotel lied and said the charges were from a 3rd party and corporate said it was the hotel on a recorded line for the record This is depressing and you will be scammed

Once I checked in and was settled in my room another couple came and tried their key on my room shortly after I settled. Yanking on the door I opened to see the issue and the front desk had checked them into the same room as me. Very scary as a solo travel and was given nothing for the inconvenience.

Great location especially if you are visiting downtown ATL, stayed 1 night. Friendly check-in during our late night arrival. Room was clean. Only disappointment it did not have enough towels for 3 people. Overall it was a good pleasant atmosphere, the complimentary continental breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, tea, coffee) nothing special but fit the bill. We would stay again!

The reception is to help me was very sweet. Outside of that I can tell my bathtub was not clean properly. The breakfast wasn’t good at all. The potatoes were straight out the refrigerator not even cooked. Also, there was a smell of smoke coming out of the vents.
