When I booked, I called to make sure that there was a shuttle to the airport at the time I needed to be there. They assured me that there was. Then when I get to the hotel, there is a large sign that says shuttle only runs from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. I needed to be at the airport at 3:00 a.m. I had to end up booking a Lyft driver instead of a shuttle. In addition, the room next to ours was smoking marijuana and the front desk was able to give me a different room. But the noise from the planes flying over did not make it easy to sleep. I understand being close to the airport means that I will hear planes, but my biggest complaint was the fact that I was told there was a shuttle, and then there was not. And of course the marijuana smell with my eight-year-old with me.

Walking into the lobby was a turn off. Nobody came to the front counter until 15 minutes later Of my arrival. The counter had a glass divider between us. Parking was bad could not park near my room because at least six cars did not move the four days I was there. Had to park around the building on the other side. I guess had a dog off the leash walking around the property. I must say the room was clean. It was nice, the only downside was The sheets and towels were dingy. They need to get new linen. Oh, I asked for room not near the stairs and that’s where they put me. Some people are not courteous walking past the persons room. Would I stay here again yes because now I know what to expect.

I like the pricing and area.... The only thing I didn't like...was the house keeping...if you stay more than one day...they do not come clean your room! Unless u ask them to .. then when I did ask after a 3 day stay... They came made up bed, towels , and replaced tissue.... The floor wasn't mopped, tub and toilet wasn't clean... They do the bare minimum with house keeping...please get that together thank u!

Nodody was stated to call for Shuttle Service, when i called, i got Shuttle is out of service. I had to beg someone from the others Shuttle, to take me. Arriving by feed, took my DL and the promise that tomorrow the shuttle is running. In General, The TV set was nice, Fridge also, but the Linen had stines and burn marks from zigarettes. Light are not working, an no one of the USB either.The whole room, is outdated, needs renovation.in front of my room, people tend to meet there. one was bumping in middle of the night, on my door, screaming get out if my room... seems he had a bit to much of whatever he smoked...in General the Patrons of the Hotel are scary, really scary. you see there is a will of change, but still a lot ahead.

Tried to book the closest, least expensive place to the airport, but it was still a $25 cab ride away, not < 1 mi as advertised. The hotel shuttle only able to go to domestic flights on the way back. Front desk behind bullet proof glass.

We waited 40 minutes for the shuttle and it NEVER came. the rooms stunk.from cigarettes . The breakfast was a joke .I slept on top of the covers becaiuse I found hair in the sheets

These rooms need to be repainted & upgraded immediately!! My room was not cleaned properly! I couldn’t shower due to the bathroom being dirty tub still had a dirt ring in it. The heater did not work it kept blowing cold air so I couldn’t heat up the room so my room was really cold considering it was raining outside. And I unfortunately didn’t sleep because I had to kill 3 big roaches in the room. At this point I called the front desk who was not helpful! He couldn’t accommodate me by giving me a different room, nor did he do anything to fix the issue! I checked out early & waited for my flight inside the rental car. This was a horrible experience/ stay & I will never stay here again!! I’m completely disappointed & mad I wasted money on that room. Never again!! Don’t waste your time!!

Check in was quick, although could barley hear the guy through the glass. Room was on the second floor lots of trash piled up near trash cans. Room was visibly dirty and hot. AC unit was broken and made a loud noise every time it switched on. Window had smears and fingerprints all over. Floor did not look like it had been swept or mopped. Bathroom very gross and dingy. Complimentary shampoo looked used. Stained tub and towels. When washing hands stuff was floating up from drain. Bedsheets were full of stains, burn holes and hair. Looked and smelled as if they hadn’t been washed. Beds were very small, full size maybe. Pillows were very worn, to the point they were child sized. One pillow missing a pillowcase. Outlets were loose. Microwave door was broke and alarm clock did not work. Sticky stuff behind it . Smoke alarm had been removed from the wall was leaving a hole. This hotel is literally across the street from an airport, which was very loud, every 5 min throughout the whole night. Overall this was a terrible stay.

There were bodily fluids on the sheets when we arrived. There was a blood stain on the mattress pad. There were people doing drugs outside our door. The planes are extremely loud all night. This is not a safe place to begin a family vacation.

The room clearly hadn't been cleaned at all from the previous guests. Also, we got a smoking room, when we requested non smoking. There were stains on the covers, hairs in the bed. The pillows were stinking of smoke. The batroom door didn't close all the way. The fridge and microwaves had food debris/dirt left in them.

The building is old, outlets are loose or do not work correctly. There was not a working USB port in either of our rooms. Floors seem to be newer, air conditioner had the front half way on the floor. We checked in very late after missing a connecting flight and had few choices by that time. They do have a nice shuttle to the airport that runs hourly. We appreciated that since our can at midnight was also sketchy. The outside wiring looked like a maze hanging off the building. There is no way that was up to code.

My room had an air conditioner that was leaking water inside. The door had about an inch gap on the bottom of it to let whatever weather through it needed to. The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke.

I would consider this a motel. Clean enough. Room was dated and could use renovation. Noise level was very high with airplanes landing just above the roof and vehicles outside the room. Lobby appears to have been upgraded.

Door latch didn't close. Could partially open from outside even when locked. Air conditioner rattled entire time. No breakfast... coffee doesn't count as breakfast so why did hotel advertise breakfast? Hardly any parking. Bathroom dirty.

If you want to know what it sounds and feels like when Maverick buzzes the tower… every 15min all day and night then this is the place for you. This hotel falls directly under an ATL airport landing pattern and Mav, that pattern is full. Got no sleep. Also, the sheets weren’t the cleanest and were clearly old. I had a discount to stay here, otherwise no way would I pay full price. But if you just need a place near the airport then it’ll get the job done.

I have been coming to Days Inn on best road for over a year I'm a diamond member for Wyndham hotels. I've become very friendly and known to the staff. I currently am residing at the hotel now. Me returning in the last month or so I noticed they have a new girl Sirisha she is extremely rude. Very disrespectful and nothing like the other staff. I love the staff but her being there makes me not even want to spend my money there at times. They need to fire her I've seen her disrespect and rudeness towards too many customers and it's unacceptable. She would be the reason I would never want to return. FIRE HER!!! She doesn't treat Diamond members as top priority or special guest. I really hate her customer service skills. She makes the whole hotel and staff look bad. Sirisha plz find another job.

My feedback is based on my most recent stay at this hotel. The main issue I encountered was poor customer service. For example, I requested two room keys, but they only provided one, claiming that since we were staying for just one night, issuing an extra key was not cost-effective. The lobby staff are lazy and slow and not cordial or business-like. The rooms are filthy from top to bottom, side to side. Every night and early morning there was domestic abuse, screaming, crying, fighting, and a heavy stench of marijuana, and sewer.

The motel is in an industrial area. I would not recommend for a woman staying alone. Room was clean and adequate, though maintenance is needed - sink drains very slowly, paint chipping etc. some electrical outlets don’t work. Cheap price and okay for a man. Rooms are outside entry.

This place looks nothing like the pictures online. Pulled in to the parking lot to people loitering and staring at me. One man was smoking something from what appeared to be a glass pipe. Another man was pounding on a door. Didn’t feel safe to get out of my car! Immediately left and tried to book an earlier flight. I couldn’t call to cancel due to being on the phone getting a flight. I was still charged. When they were called to refund the charge they said it wasn’t their problem and their hotel was safe. Stay away! This place is run down and not safe for two females to stay.

I writing this to the hotel owner. So, I went to the Hotel for three days and followed a friend that booked it. During this time the police showed up two times due to altercations, between desk people and guests. The POTENTIAL of the Hotel is huge, and the mattress is good. As for cleaning, your feet will turn dirt-black on the floor. Due to the airport's runway proximity, you will experience the power of engines landing or takeoff.

Very limited options at breakfast. only bread and waffles with one partially working toaster. Had to ask for cutlery. Juice and coffee/tea were ok. Just fake butter and no fruit jam or anything else. Was a big disappointment.
