Hyatt House Atlanta Perimeter Center

I chose to stay here for proximity to St. Joseph's hospital while my husband was recovering from surgery. Easy two block walk to hospital campus. I wasn't aware until after I booked, but there is a hospital rate for rooms if you ask at the time of reservation. Very polite and helpful front desk staff. Very comfortable bed, relatively quiet air handler, and convenient kitchenette room (not the full kitchen room) with small fridge, 6 cup coffee maker with mesh filter, microwave and 2 burner cooktop. Enough pans, utensils, plates, etc if you want to cook a simple meal. Much better than average complimentary breakfast with omelette bar and plenty of seating. I appreciated the J1772 complimentary destination chargers (approx 8?) for my EV, and although the small, two-level parking garage can fill up quickly in the evenings, I found they open up during the daytime hours. There are some free, overflow spaces outside the garage and an additional garage just across the access street to hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I thought the room was nice. Nice shower water volume and pressure. Great, and I mean great breakfast. Scrabbled eggs, omelettes, bacon, potatoes, pancakes, sausage, milk, juices, bagels, fruit, yogurt, coffee. And more, pool was nice but cold. Plenty of parking.. What I didn’t like, the elevator situation. 3 elevators and only one seemed to be working lobby and up, for the 2 days I was there. Very annoying and took minutes for the elevator to show up. I’m thinking why do they have 3 if only 1 is running. Towel service is every other day. I called the front desk 2 twice over 3 hours and finally got new towels. So…Nice room, great shower and breakfast, slooow elevators and house keeping. Front desk staff were nice and friendly. Would I stay again? Yes.

The suites we were in were spacious and had a fully equippedkitchenette. The bed were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was very helpful. Easy access to highway. Close to shopping. Has la guest laundry, gym and outdoor pool. FYI parking is $15 a day for covered parking. If the hotel parking garage is full, extra parking is across the street. You have to schedule room service, and room service does a good job.

There is a hidden 15$ a night parking fee for using the garages on site. It’s the only option for parking.

An outstanding hotel with beautiful rooms. The breakfast was fantastic. Would have liked the pool to be heated.

Staying at the Hyatt was amazing. Calm , clean and SAFE! I loved the bar and my family enjoyed the pool and Gym. Highly recommend 😉

Service at the lobby bar was poor. TVs on random shows, not sports. Bartender seemed annoyed with guests being at the bar and was either watching her show or on her phone the entire time, with the back bar unorganized.

Really nice stay, clean and quiet. Staff are great from the lady who works in the bar (red braids) to the lady ar breakfast making Omelettes to order it works well. The food options in the bar area could be better with more choice but other than that an excellent stay

Elevators that doesn't have buttons inside........That's the only thing that I didn't like because once you're inside you can't change your mind....

The hotel was swanky but our room smelled like feet when we pulled the sofa couch out. There were rooms on our floor that had piles of trash outside their door in the hall that was there the while time we were there.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The mattress had a few stains that looked like makeup but otherwise the room was spotless. We stay frequently when we come to Atlanta and will definitely be back. We learned this time that if you like being close to the elevator, book a suite instead of a room otherwise it's a bit of a hike.

When I arrived popcorn was all over the floor, the lobby smelled like wet dogs. I understand the hotel is pet friendly, but something these to be done with the odor.

Our room was amazing. It was a one bedroom with kitchenette and living room for a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and included in the price. Would definitely recommend.

This property is a perfect location for visiting Atlanta for the first time.The suites are very spacious and perfectly designed for a big family with teenagers. The view was amazing too! We had a beautiful view of the city. The commute to the city for the Aquarium and Coca Cola museum from the location wasn't far too.

This was a nice hotel and the staff was great but the hotel itself needs to be soundproof. Lost two nights of sleep from stomping and noise from the room above mines. Would not stay here again

The property is nice and clean. However, the WiFi did not work in your room.

Hotel was very clean and safe. I liked that you couldn't either the building or the actual hotels rooms without swiping your room key-made it feel much more safe and secure. The free breakfast was ok, there wasn't a very big selection and I've honestly had better at a Holiday Inn but it was free so not complaining! Rooms were very good. If I'm being extra nit picky, the rolling door on the bathroom didn't offer much privacy and it didn't stay open and there wasn't a handle on the outside so that made it more challenging. Also, while I appreciate the efficiency of the cleaning staff, two separate people knocked on our door to ask if we were checking out that day so they could clean our room. We were sleeping the 2nd time so that was mildly irritating. All in all, we would definitely book here again! Great value for the price we paid!

Internet was out the whole time from when I arrived until I went to bed at midnight. Unacceptable! And prevented me from completing my work online. Location is not within reasonable walking distance to any restaurants. Small (and expensive) food menu in bar area.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House Atlanta/Perimeter Center for three nights. Upon arrival, the hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. The initial greeting left a great first impression. However, I did notice that when asking specific questions throughout my stay, some staff members seemed unsure and often had to wait for another team member to assist. This caused delays when I needed immediate answers to make decisions, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel itself is in top-tier condition—well-built, clean, and very modern. The parking situation was actually better than most hotels I’ve experienced in the Atlanta area, which I appreciated. The amenities were a major plus: I used the gym daily, and the pool area was well-maintained and a great place to relax during the day. As far as the room, it was nice and quiet throughout the day—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. However, night time was a different story. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud when turning on and off, which made it tough to get solid sleep. On top of that, the bed was very firm—not necessarily a bad thing for everyone, but for me, it made sleeping through the night uncomfortable. The on-site H Bar restaurant had a decent setup, but it seemed under-staffed. The one hostess working was juggling too many responsibilities at once, which slowed things down when placing orders. I’d recommend calling in ahead if you’re ready to eat and don’t want to wait around. On a brighter note, the break

The property was in a great location. Hotel itself was clean and had great amenities including free daily breakfast. Self-parking on site was only $15 per day. Drawbacks were that it was very loud, you can hear the persons directly above your room, sounded like elephants thumping around. But overall it was a good experience, and I’d probably stay there again.

At check in we were given keys to a room that was illegally occupied. It took more time to finally get a room. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

Staff was not very helpful. I had to ask seven times to get my room cleaned. Very frustrating.

I thought it was a very big inconvenience when I had to add another day to the hotel. I had to go physically downstairs to lobby to checkout and check in again. That’s not smart seeing I was keeping the same room. Also housekeeping banged on my door 4 times starting from 9am to 11am bothering me. That was not cool. I felt rushed and interrupted. When I told house keeping I was checking out at 11:30 he laughed.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. It was my first time staying there and it was excellent. The room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. 10+ rating.

Excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was fast, efficient and friendly. The person checking us in made sure to give us all the important details and done so in a very welcoming manner. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. Highly recommend this hotel!

We loved the location! Not far from the city, close to restaurants and felt like a very safe area. The hotel also had great safety precautions like secure parking and other features. The hotel was bright, clean and overall fantastic!

Right on the MARTA system so easy to get around Atlanta

Room was clean, staff was very nice and helpful, area felt very safe and quiet, and the MARTA is right next to the hotel if you're planning on taking a trip to central ATL.

Not a lot to do in the area around the hotel, unless you are into shopping.

Very glad we were close to the hospital. We had to be there at 5:00 in the morning.

It was okay, but it was in the middle of nowhere, near the hospital. The bathroom door won't lock properly.

Breakfast was terrible

Nice looking new hotel and very friendly staff. However, the non-cotton synthetic sheets were less than desirable and prevented any type of truly comfortable sleep. Also the water pressure for the shower was lackluster which is strange for a new hotel. That being said, they did have nice towels and wash clothes. Lastly, skip breakfast there unless you don’t mind powdered eggs. They’re not alone in serving this kind of slop - it’s all too common these days which is why I never bother with breakfast at chain hotels.

Loved the made to order omelets! Appreciate can wrap ur food to go for work & conferences early in the morning & quickly. Love the close proximity to Perimeter mall & Marta station. Love the free parking. Love the private elevator access to just my floor. Great front desk staff. Awesome cooks in kitchen. Could have more tea varieties: black, green, & herbal types. Loved alternative milk option.

Amazing stay. Food in restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Bed was very comfortable and big spacious shower. Breakfast was amazing with chef making custom omelets. Fresh fruit, hot foods and always stocked. Served on real dishes. We will definitely stay again!
