This hotel was very convenient to Truist Park and a quick 25 min drive to downtown Atlanta ( depending on the time of day traffic could cause delay. The area was nicely landscaped and located next to the Sheraton. Easy walk to Truist Park. Breakfast offerings were fairly typical for a free breakfast hotel. Nice outdoor patio in the front of the building with a smaller patio off the back near the indoor pool. Parking lot was gated, for both hotels, however there is a nightly charge for parking for guests $24/night. This seems unusual for a hotel outside the city.

We stayed here after a Braves game and paid the hotel $24 to park. No problem. But Springhill did not tell us we'd be accessed $60 additional dollars to park by a 3rd party they rent their lot to for Braves' parking. Very poor communication on their part.

The only BAD thing about this hotel is the $24 per day parking. It is not acceptable since there are A LOT OF SPACE for parking. If was locate in a place that the parking is limited I totally understand but there? No way… insane…

First off you must pay an additional $24 a night for parking. Secondly depending on the way you come in it’s very confusing because you have to drive behind another hotel. At first was thinking dang this is nice then went to go get in shower and looked up and had black mold and wet ceiling. Told them about it all she said was ok I’ll let them know.

The shower was not fully clean…there was some orange goop in the corners and there was a bug in the sink. I was told it was a stink bug and not to worry. But it petrified me and my kids. I felt they brushed me off. The counter over the fridge and microwave was not put together well and had scrapes and scratches. They also don’t tell you about the $15 per day to park your own car.

The hotel was perfect for our needs, which was a place to sleep for my family of 5 as we traveled. It was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The room had plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable, even the trundle bed. I was surprised by the parking fees. In hindsight, I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew about the parking fee. I was disappointed to see mold in the bathroom. Cleanliness is important so this is why I only have 3 stars.

This was a great location for walking to Braves games at Truist park as well as the Battery. We were in a suite with 2 queens and a trundle bed, which I thought was a regular pull out bed when I booked it for my family of 5. This worked well for my 9 year old daughter but would have been uncomfortable for a bigger person. I did not care for the bathroom layout and door. It was attractive but was a barn style door that was mostly frosted glass and was in the very center of the room. The frosted glass was ok for family but really didn’t offer much privacy, and the light was like the surface of the sun lighting up the entire room at night. Not very practical. The snack area near the front desk was pretty sparsely stocked as well when we went looking for snacks. Overall would probably stay again when seeing the Braves.

It would have been a very nice stay if it hasn’t been for Mia in the kitchen. The other girl was really nice and offered to heat up some milk for me for my coffee. That’s all I usually take for breakfast. However, a couple of minutes later, she returned with the cold coffee cup. I went to the kitchen area and asked if it could be heated up by the girl standing in front of the microwave whose name was Mia. She told me in no uncertain terms that I have a microwave in my room and I can take the milk up there and heat it up. We had previously stayed at the Spring Hill suites in Buckhead, and also other hotels, as we did our rounds in the last two weeks, and had no issue anywhere. I don’t know where Mia gets off telling Maria that she isn’t allowed to heat up the milk. I would’ve expected them to be on equal level, but obviously Mia is the bully.

Let me start by saying this hotel and all accommodations were nice; it was clean, check in staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. The reason for the poor review was due to the residents above us literally jumping and pounding on the floors until the early morning hours, it stopped one night at approximately 3 a.m and the next at approximate 1:00 am. We called the front desk multiple times both nights with no help from the hotel staff. You rent a hotel to sleep, which we got little of. For this reason alone I cannot recommend this hotel and unfortunately will not stay here again myself.

Hotel was beautiful. Quiet and clean. Only issue was breakfast, there didn’t seem to be enough places for guests to sit, and they never had plates to eat off the entire time we were there, so everything had to be eaten out of a bowl. Also, the waffle maker broke so there was always a long line to make a single waffle.

Everything about this stay was great. The lobby was very inviting. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect except for the fact that there was no foot prop in the shower for leg shaving. I don’t know what they use to scent the lobby, but it smells wonderful. The breakfast was exceptional- nice choices all around from scrambled eggs to yougurt to waffles and cereal. Oh, and fresh fruit. We booked this hotel to attend a ballgame in Atlanta and the location was perfect! We’d planned to walk to the park, but a fall with a sprained ankle led us to a pedicab. That was also a great experience! Overall, we enjoyed this stay very much.
