Good: Price was value for money. Free shuttle service to Disney parks. Breakfast included. Free WIFI. Daily housekeeping. Conveniently located next to CVS, IHOP, etc Bad: No variety in breakfast. No gym. Last 2 days the housekeeping did not make up the beds. While shuttle service is free, the bus arrives at the hotel at 10:30am for EPCOT and Hollywood Studios which is very late (more than an hour and a half after the parks are open).

I booked here because the website said it had free transportation to the disney parks and a breakfast buffet. The breakfast was the typical continental breakfast. The shuttle for the parks was only one time a day and you had to make a reservation the day before. The rooms were typical, nothing special.

Had a pleasant stay. Hotel was clean, quiet and ample parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is showing signs of aging. The elevators were slow, one was malfunctioning, myself and other guests were scared to use it.

It is clean and the staff is very nice. The property is older and shows it. The breakfast was okay but tukey bacon should never be served. It close to some great restaurants and the bed was clean and not uncomfortable.

Everything was great! The breakfast with variety, clean room without carpets, clean bathroom, no room or bathroom structure or damage conditions, staff is super friendly and helpful, Pool was clean with towels available, fresh baked cookies in the lobby every afternoon. No bus shuttle to Animal Kingdom but they do have to the other 3 Disney Parks.

We stayed one night in January. The hotel was nice and the best part was Ranyeli at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful! However we were very disappointed with the transportation to the theme parks. One of the main reasons for picking this hotel was the free shuttle to Universal Studios only to find out there was only one shuttle per day which left the hotel at 7:30am (arriving at the park before it even opened). Needless to say they didn’t mention this when I was booking.

All of the staff were SUPER friendly and responsive to any needs. The shuttle to nearly all the theme parks is a great benefit. The breakfast was different every day we were there (5 days) plus there is a pancake making machine. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Florida to visit the parks.

Beautiful room. Very clean. Free breakfast with lots to choose from. Coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Free shuttles to all the nearby parks. Walmart across the street for anything you need. Lots of restaurants you can easily walk to. It has become my go to hotel when visiting Disney.

This property is an conveniently located and an easy drive to Disney properties. However, our room was dirty. There was trash from the previous occupants that was not picked up by housekeeping during our stay. Several outlets were broken and/or not secured properly. The toilet flushed on its own all day/night. The tub was disgustingly dirty. The most disturbing part was housekeeping was asked to change the bedsheets. I know for a fact they were not changed which makes me wonder if they were changed after the previous guest checked out. The breakfast was subpar. Food and drinks were not replinished. Very dissatisfied and will not stay at this property again.

This is the third time we've stayed at this hotel, and we can say that it always exceeds our expectations. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the entire hotel is impeccably clean. The breakfast is good and in line with the room rate.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights the only good thing about this place was convenient to visit the Disney parks and had lot of food options around the area. Coming to the breakfast it was average with limited options where menu items except for couple of them were same mostly everyday. Our hotel room service was very bad..rooms were not cleaned on daily basis. Only towels were changed and even the bed was not done or atleast changed even once between our stay there. The coffee pods was not refilled and even the trash was not picked up. The tap was also leaking in the shower which was annoying.

I’m happy with the check in service and the wonderful breakfast in the morning. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. I stayed for 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. The beds were never made and only trash bins were picked up and new towels were left however it was never vacuumed or tidied up. My refrigerator didn’t work either. The hotel is incredibly close from Animal Kingdom and the staff is incredibly sweet. Very convenient and I did enjoy this stay

I have tried to contact the property with no response. Moved a curtain in the morning and found mold above my AC unit and have been sick with congestion ever since. I’m upset that I allowed my two young children to stay here. If I had found that ahead of time, I would have left immediately.

This is an older hotel but the bedroom has been given a modern feel with hard flooring and modern furniture. Tv is big and had loads of channels. Beds were super comfy. Bathroom felt dated and shower was older, leaky and squeaky. Fridge, microwave and safe in the room was a nice touch but be aware the fridge is tiny. Breakfast was lovely and cookies after 4pm were delicious!

The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. The floor is tile so it was a bit cold to walk around barefoot but that’s on me because I did not pack socks or slippers. I was on the first floor, by an exterior door. It was very noisy all night and through the morning because people came in and out of that door constantly and slammed the door every time. Then several people came in late, way after 10 pm quiet time and were just talking loudly in the hall. I did not get very good sleep at all and after a long day at the Disney parks I was exhausted. I was woken up at least 20 times They need to put a slow closing mechanism on that door and they should enforce the 10 pm quiet time in the halls.

The place was nice, the bed comfortable. But you could hear every noise outside our room. From up above, to the hallway. The walls are paper thin and unfortunately, other patrons lacked manners. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant.

I stayed at the Galleria for a business trip. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a reasonable variety of choices. The only issue I had was waiting a long time for the water to get hot when taking a shower. I think for the price of the room, the hotel was a good choice.

The breakfast was very good (there were always some kind of egg, sausage/meat, pancakes/bread/wrapped pastries, coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt). Staff was professional and parking was easy. Next to many gift shops and several restaurants basically next door or a 1 or 2 minute walk. Walmart close by. Very close to Disney parks. I would stay again. Note that they do not offer long distance calls from the room or lobby - I lost my phone and would have appreciated the ability to make a long distance call. K cup maker in the room, but you will need to bring your own pods unless you want decaf (or just go to lobby for free coffee). Otherwise, everything was perfect for the price. Room had a mini fridge, microwave, and ironing board. AC was great. WiFi worked well.

The hardest pillows I’ve ever seen. You could build a house on them (slight exaggeration). I asked if they had anything else and they didn’t. I ended up sleeping on rolled up towels. And for breakfast it was mid, and tried to walk out with a banana and was met with a finger pointing to a sign that you couldn’t take any food with you strictly prohibited. Just seemed like overkill. Location is not great next to Taco Bell but quiet enough. The front desk staff was super kind. Would probably not stay again

We ended up coming in 7 hours later than we were supposed to because of a flight delay and they were quick to help us get settled. The lobby doesn't seem to have been remodeled yet but don't let that fool you because our room was nicely remodeled and clean! Over all we were very happy with our one night stay! If we need a hotel before or after Disney again we will definitely be staying here!

My checkin was great! The day shift front desk The lady that checked me in was friendly and very respectful. The accommodation was less than what I’m use to, however it was clean. I experienced a rude front desk representative by the name of Devona, during the night shift. As a result of the way she spoke to me and treated me I will never stay at this hotel again.

Really enjoyed our stay, room was clean, and beds comfortable. The young lady that checked us booking in and out was very friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again on our next trip.

Third stay here--can't go wrong. Rooms are spacious enough, and comfortable. Staff are always friendly. Breakfast is tasty, and not always the same. Quiet hours ARE posted, but not honored by so many folks in the late evening. Good location off I-92. So many fast food and family restaurants nearby. Walmart not far off, either. CVS is walking distance, as well as several gift shops.

On duty manager went out of his way to accommodate my needs. Relocated me to an accessible room. Staff was superior at front desk and all housekeeping staff super friendly and accommodating!!! Five star plus!!!!

Galleria Palms was a nice place to stay. The location was amazing. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to all the Disney Parks and ESPN. The hot breakfast and mid day cookies were great! All of the staff members were so helpful and nice. It could use some updates on the facility itself, but overall it was a pleasant stay!

Loved staying at the Galleria Palms! It’s within walking distance to Walmart, CVS, lots of gift shops and plenty of eateries. Only a short 10min uber to the Disney parks and 15 mins from the outlets.The staff were super friendly and very helpful.The rooms are a good size with plenty of towels, hot water and regular housekeeping. I particularly liked the fridge in the room and the small pantry area with a separate sink to the bathroom. The hotel is in a busy area, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle and quiet enough to relax and sleep. There is a nice pool area and lots of amenities, we took advantage of being able to do our laundry a couple of times which was super easy and quick. I would recommend staying here and will be sure to return for our next trip, especially for the fresh baked cookies each evening on reception and the great location for the parks! Thankyou, we had a great experience here!

Fantastic value. The rooms and common areas were very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and you cannot beat the price- especially with free parking and a complimentary breakfast. Very close to driving distance to the Disney parks. There is also a target within less than 10 minutes’ drive and a CVS right next door.

The Galleria Palms is a decent, affordable stay. Overall, it's clean but has it's issues. The pool was fine, but I'd have to ask for pool towels almost every day, even in the afternoon as the station was empty. The laundry is meager and dirty. The dining options are okay, but they never seemed to have enough of certain things. The room was clean and relatively quiet and location was good.

This property was very convenient to Disney parks. It was clean. The free breakfast was appreciated. It would be nice if there were vegan and gluten free options (there was fresh fruit). The afternoon cookies were delicious! The staff was pleasant. We will stay there next visit.

No healthy options other than oranges and bananas (when they WERE stocked), and cooked eggs. Thats it. ALL bathrooms need remodeled and new plumbing. Switched rooms due to tub faucet not working properly. However next room wasnt much better. Heard footsteps above us all THREE nights. Overall, a fairly bad experience. Although budget friendly, rather pay more and get better quality breakfast and room. Never will come back.

Love this hotel, great breakfast options, friendly staff. Close to stores and the Disney parks. Only thing I really dont like, is that you cant take your breakfast back to your room. You have to eat in the dining area. My kids not only have sleep delay, but autism and anxiety of people. Getting breakfast and taking it back to the room, allows us to grab food, while the littles are still asleep, and feed them in a area they feel safe and not overstimulated at the beginning of our day.

I gave this hotel a 5 because all the staff and the breakfast were amazing! However, the bathtub had a constant drip so we kept the bathroom door closed at night. Also, the plug in one of the sinks was broken and wouldn’t stay up so the sink constantly filled with water. I was able to lift it with a nail file and took it right out, so the sink was usable again. Even with those issues, I would stay there again. The shuttle times did not work for us, but Uber worked just fine because of the close proximity to the parks.
