Clean, comfortable room. Free shuttle to park. Free Dinner and breakfast buffet plus three free alcholic drink coupons each night. Room rate was under $200 a night. Also has pool, splash pads, and whirlpool. We would go back if visiting again.

Large, well laid out room with nice decor. Very clean and comfortable. Their nightly relaxation hour with free food and drinks was a very nice plus. The hot breakfast was above average. Both breakfast and the dinner hour were served in a nice dining room. Also enjoyed the complimentary popcorn. The pool and hot tub were beautiful. There’s also a children’s splash pad. The pool bar & grill served good food and was nicely appointed. Complimentary transportation to Disney was okay. It’s not in the same league as Disney transportation, but for the cost savings, I’m not complaining. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Although we prefer Disney properties, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat! The Drury is a true value!

Check-in was effortless and very helpful front desk staff. Room was spotless, beds very comfortable and housekeeping was very responsive to our needs. Amenities were great, especially the pool and restaurants open until late. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

I didn't realize how crowded this hotel would be but I can understand since it is right next to Disney. The elevators were always full! Sometimes we would have to wait for a second or third elevator. The breakfast and dinner social was okay. It was food with no flavor but also technically free. The room was great! The staff was great. Very accommodating and friendly! We had a balcony view that looked right over the lake to Disney Springs. The worst thing was how crowded the pool and elevators were.

Room was clean. Pool area was excellent. Staff was great especially Braelyn and Taylor at the fron desk were extremely helpfull, friendly and courteous. Joe at the coaches was very friendly, kind and helpful. We missed the bus and he took the time to explain how it was an easy walk to Disney Springs and gave us great directions. Great personality. Enjoyed our stay and intend to return and will recommend the Drury to friends.

We have just stayed at the Drury plaza Disney springs. We really liked it here. The position is really convenient for Disney parks and Disney springs. The shuttle service is brilliant and at good times. It takes you to all the Disney parks and water parks including Disney springs. I thought we would need to get Ubers but we didn’t. The room is large, modern and really clean. The staff are really welcoming and everyone we met was so nice! The pool was ideal and never busy, it’s large with complimentary towels and is open til late. The breakfast and kickback were perfect and saved us a lot of money. The evening meal is a bit basic but good. My family of four had no complaints at all. We loved that we had 3 free alcoholic drinks (each adult) in the evening, and complimentary soft drinks and popcorn from 4pm. Coffee is available all day! Our room had a mini fridge, microwave and ironing board with iron. We stayed here for 6 days, which was plenty of time to do the parks, Disney springs and 1 water park. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in another Drury hotel, it was excellent value for money.

The peiple who worked at the Drury were exceptionally kund.I have been to several Disney properties and this hotel takea the cake!!! Everyone was nice.They even checked me in early arter returning from the cruise with two kids.The pool area was clean and the restaurant near the pool was fantastic! The breakfast and happy hour was delicious. Thanks for making the end of my vacation a breeze!

We were only there for one night, but I would definitely go back and stay longer. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable - the bathroom was in great shape (no stained grout or shabbiness to it that seems to be prevalent in many hotels' bathrooms that otherwise have rooms that seem clean and newer) and it had plenty of room on the counter for toiletries for more than one person. There was an extra sink by the coffee bar/refrigerator/microwave that was quite convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We didn't get to experience the food at the hotel, so we can't comment on that. Close to Disney and walkable to Disney Springs, and the perks of staying at a Disney hotel if you are going to the parks. The Drury is definitely one of the nicest hotels at which I've stayed that had a reasonable price. I would recommend it for sure.

Really enjoyed our time staying here. Very clean, the food was yummy, comfortable beds. Also!! The wonderful lady who cleaned our room even folded up the clothes that were on the bed. I have never had that happen before!!! She went above and beyond and even folded up the washcloth into a heart in the bathroom. This is an exceptional place to stay!

Great stay at Disney Drury for our first visit at WDW. As long time Disneyland passholders, we were excited to see a new side of Disney and partner properties. This one has a great sized room and balcony (we could watch the fireworks from the parks nightly!) a good sized pool, on site restaurant and bussing to the parks. Full breakfast included and some happy hour drinks/snacks but you can really only use those on your check in day if you're at the parks daily. Staff very nice, room clean and spacious, food options plentiful. I'd say my only recommendation is include a game card or have the game room included in the kids stay so when they need a pool break, they can hang with other kids in there without having to bring $. Would recommend this hotel for families at this price point! Thanks!

Amazing location amazing service. Unfortunately very loud hallways and traffic from highway not there fault, my only main annoyance I didn’t see or read is we like to sleep with ac at least on 70 or I’m hot and son risks seizure and i believe they are pre set to 72 not hot but not cold if u like it cold. But would come back we do love the drury just first time have ac not lower at all was stuck at 74-73 whole time

Pluses: pool and hot tub are great. The pool is very large and there’s a nice pool bar nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Larger market to purchase forgotten items. Free coffee anytime of day. Minuses: rooms are dated, lack of outlets. Added usb boxes in room are low quality and charge devices verrrry slowly. Pull out couch bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Food on site is not great. Lots of options but very basic.

This hotel is excellent when visiting Walt Disney World. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but the front desk offered us another room which was amazing! The room was very clean and had all the important amenities. Shuttle service to/from the parks is also great, we were even offered a bottle of water after a long day which was perfect. The value of this place makes it a no-brainer place to stay.

We first stayed when it hadn't been open long so everything perfect and everyone doing their job really well. Well, its still like that. Everything looks perfect and service is probably better. The staff are the same calibre that Disney employ where nothing is too much. Have to say the stand out person for us was Priyush Prem. He couldn't be any better. A pleasure to stay there.

Paying for parking was ridiculous since Experian said there was no charge. Mix up in rooms when we first came and wound up being sent to a room that was already occupied…. Front desk person was quite rude and making excuses instead of changing our rooms quickly after an exhausting trip to get there.

This is my second time staying at the Drury with my mom. (First in 2024, Second 2025) The staff are always friendly and helpful. The bus drivers are very kind and patient when helping my mom on the bus with her wheelchair. Bonus if the free breakfast and kick back! Hope to be back soon!

I really enjoyed my short stay here. It was affordable, comfortable, and convenient. The bus service and included meals and drinks are a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again with family or friends or in another solo trip. My only issue is that I couldn’t seem to link my hotel reservation to My Disney Experience to be able to access early entry. I reached out to the hotel and to Disney about it and wasn’t able to get any support.

We stayed at this property for a Disney vacation. The property had many amenities (ex. free breakfast and bus transportation to the parks). The property and hotel room were very clean and provided a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel allows for early entry into the park. My only main complaint would be that I wish there was a bit more later transportation to Disney Springs than 7:50 pm. I say this as we felt a bit rushed in some parks to do everything we wanted and make our reservation at Disney Springs. Besides that this is definitely a great resort for a Disney Vacation.

We had a great time and the staff was very friendly. We never did see the fireworks from our room but had a great stay. The breakfast was good but was missing bacon my kids complained. Great deal with shuttle to the parks.

Everything was absolutely awesome. The breakfast was great with a variety of options. For example we had eggs, sausage, biscuits with gravy, cereal and more. Breakfast ends at 10 am promptly. The 5:30pm kickback is great, with a different menu everyday. One night we had chicken Alfredo with Caesar salad and another we had pulled pork and Mac and cheese. Everything was great. Unlimited fountain drinks, coffee and tea. The pool and jacuzzi was big, comfortable and clean. The room was clean and spacious for family of four. The complementary shuttle service was on time and comfortable and took us to all the Disney parks. Overall great experience!

The have a free breakfast buffet. It's usually very crowded. My granddaughters love the Mickey Waffles. The buffet is always the same when we stay. Need to have an alternative to those that are lactose intolerant. I thought they had almond milk last time, but I was told that was incorrect.

Love the breakfast and 5:30 kickback, great food every time. It really helped us save money for experiences instead of spending it on eating out. The hotel itself is very nice and well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed something.

It was nice and clean . Cool to have drinks and food during the kick back. But terrible service at the bar, my wife got food poisoning from the buffet was sick for the whole day. Only thing hotel did is to let my fill out an accident form….uhm. I debated to call food and health services on the hotel. Will not go back.

We absolutely loved it here! I will continue to stay here for every future visit and I’d definitely recommend it to family and friends! Lots of amenities, clean facility and room, amazing customer service, great food, I could go on! The only downside was having to pay additional for parking in my opinion. Other than that it was great! Lots of included perks for your buck!

Great hotel in a perfect location within walking distance of Disney Springs. Spacious rooms with good facilities including fridge, microwave and coffee/tea maker. Rooms are clean and tidy. It is a Disney partner hotel so you can get early entry to the Disney parks along with free bus transport. The free breakfast is plentiful and varied. There is less choice of food at the 5.30 kick back but with the free drinks and popcorn too it’s an amazing bonus! We’ll be staying again!

Fantastic stay – brilliant value for money! We had a brilliant stay and were really impressed with the overall value. The hotel and service were fantastic. Just a quick tip for future guests: make sure to double-check with your shuttle driver to be 100% sure of your stop so you don't miss it. Also, keep an eye out for the QR code on the shuttle for the digital timetable—snap a photo of it on your very first ride so you have it handy for the whole trip!

Our stay at the Drury was absolutely wonderful. The staff was amazing. Valencia was a joy. We had 4 rooms for 12 people and nobody complained (except our regular complainer) his only complaint was they wouldn't do an omelet for his breakfast. I will definitely stay at a Drury in the future.
