Everything was great about our room. Room was nice and clean, Mattress was good, ample parking, quality fittings in the bathroom. Had good sleep after tiring days in Disney. The shuttle only goes to EPCOT and goes very late. Use your car if you want to go early. Breakfast was simple and tasty, gets refilled timely. Nice seafood restaurant next door. Best place to stay if you cant stay in one of the Disney Resorts.

It was great. Everything we needed, breakfast was basic but good. The shuttle though. I chose this place because it had a shuttle. Unfortunately the drop off and pick up times were not what I was expecting. Maybe that’s my fault.

they don’t really shuttle to the parks, total false advertisement there. they have pretty much one shuttle a day and it only goes to one of the disney parks. the room keys also had to be reset every single time we left the room, which was insanely frustrating. i personally would not stay here again, and i do not recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Property was very convenient. I would start there again for the location, but they need to pay how the park shuttle works. That was one of the reasons I booked this property but the shuttle was not convenient at all and we ended up driving to the park we were visiting resulting in an additional cost for Disney parking

Let me begin by saying that this was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy due to the professional, courteous and friendly front desk staff. On our 1st night we unfortunately had a slight issue with the toilet backing up. However, both the front desk and maintenance staff members were sensitive to our needs. Stephen, the maintenance person who attended us, was prompt, helpful and extremely friendly. Our "problem" was quickly solved! The hotel is clean and quiet. The hotel's breakfast buffet has a variety for everyone. Coffee/tea, juice and water are available 24/7 in the lobby. The hotel also offers daily scheduled shuttles to and from many of the areas theme parks at no additional cost. The hotel also offers an on site coin operated laundry area as well as an outdoor pool. We had a GREAT time and would definitely stay here again!

PROS: This property was reasonably priced. The room was comfortable & clean, breakfast was really good, and staff were friendly. This is a good area to catch ride shares. Due to the busy roadway, it's not easily walkable (there are sidewalks but very hard to cross the road), but lots of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. CONS: I paid for a lake view room and instead had a view of the parking lot and dumpster. The lake is really a large pond and couldn't be seen from my room. The park shuttle is extremely limited with only a few drop off and pick up times that weren't convenient.

The hotel was clean and nice. The room i stayed in unfortunately one of the mattresses had a broken on the edge as if someone extremely heavy sat in one spot for a very very long time and ruined the springs or cushion in it so it was hard to get a good nights sleep. The pool was great and definitely was nice since it wasnt very busy at all. The breakfast was good. Just coundnt believe how many inconsiderate people there were grabing 10 or more of the sausage patties or links. We will gladly stay again

The room was so humid. Had leaks in the sink area. It was taken care when it was reported but the room itself was just damp. The towels would not dry. Friends that had another room didn’t have this problem

I found a roach in the bathroom in the middle of the night one evening. I alerted staff who did offer me to switch rooms; however, this was inconvenient considering it was the middle of the night. I was informed housekeeping would clean the room. Two days later there was a roach in the sink in the morning. The room was dark and appeared to have staining on the ceiling. The comforter had some light stains. The carpet looked as though it has never been scrubbed. The smoke detector was missing from the room. It was also noisy in the mornings as you could hear people rolling their suitcases by outside. It was advertised as "by the lake", I suppose a retaining pond counts as a lake nowadays. Continental breakfast was included but the space was crowded. Convenient location around Walt Disney World.

The reason I only gave them 1 star is because they are infested with cockroaches I complained but it seems to me that they are aware and also because someone was robbed by the maid during the weekend I was there and they did nothing.

The area around the hotel, the breakfast, and the staff were literally the only good things about this hotel. When my friend and I walked into our room, we saw a LIVING baby cockroach and we had to kill it with Lysol. The hotel room was very very dirty, had dead old bugs everywhere, had mold on the roof, and there were holes in the bedsheets. The shower ran dirty water for about a minute before it would have clean water, and the air conditioner was incredibly dusty and had some sort of green thing (probably mold) growing inside it. The cleaning staff supposedly came by but the dead roach was not removed, the toilet paper was not replaced, the trash cans were not cleaned out, and the bedsheets were only fitted back into the bed (not changed). Breakfast was good, service was good, location was fine, cleanliness was -10000/10.

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that i didn't like was the amount of noise from people outside. From other guests and the employees early in the morning. I completely understand they have a job to do, but hearing the carts going up and down the sidewalk at 730am with a sleeping child with me wasn't ideal. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The lock on our door was broken. Did not feel safe. Kids running up and down outside door at 1:00 am. Did not clean room second day and when I emptied our garbage and put the bags out by the door. I was reprimanded by staff Heater did not work in the room

Dissatisfied customer. Staff at check-in was unpleasant and not helpful. Seemed to have an attitude that I booked thru Expedia. Arrived early but wasn't given the option to store my bags while I waited. I noticed that option was avaliable to another customer checking in later. Elevator was on the outside of the building. Room was small and cramped; very dim lighting even with all the lamps on. Breakfast was extremely limited. I would not recommend this motel. Of course one could say you get what you pay for.

Overall stay at the property was fine the room was nice for the price it was clean and it was convenient because it wasn't too far from where we were going but I will never stay there again I checked out on August 10th and I still have not received my $100 deposit back and when I call the 1-800 number the young lady seen in the computer where the property had not refunded my deposit yet and I needed to call the property I called the property and the property told me that they did give me my deposit back when they didn't so I have to get to get my deposit back I had to call my bank and dispute it and wait for an investigation for me to get my deposit back so I will never stay at that property again

We were dropped off in front of the lobby and it was pouring rain. They apparently had the sensor in the door shut off and I banged and screamed to be let in and finally had to forceably open the sliding doors me and my grandson were SOAKED. No apology was made front desk was rude. You couldn’t pay me to ever stay here again.

I wouldn’t have left a negative review but check out is at 11 and I went out early that morning and came back before 10:30 to get ready to check out and my key was deactivated. I had to walk to the office no other guest there but had to wait 10 minutes for the front desk clerk to do whatever she was doing before she reactivated my key. It makes no sense to deactivate a key before checkout time. I was also disturbed by someone outside talking on their phone for 20 minutes and I could hear as if they were in my room at 10pm. I enjoyed breakfast but I wouldn’t book here again.

A great place to stay. The staff was super friendly and everything was clean. I can't comment on the breakfast since I was gone every day before it even started. I had no issues at all here. Be prepared for tons of traffic in this area. It's a real pain. But, you are close to literally everything you could want or need.

Our stay was fine. Less than a 10 minute drive to WDW, closet to Animal Kingdom. Lots of nearby shopping and restaurants to choose from. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The morning buffet was okay. Unfortunately the scrambled eggs eggs and mini sausages were not hot and the breakfast options are very limited. However, the make your own waffles is a nice option. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would have liked extra blankets. The best part of our 4 day stay, was the space heater the front desk put in our room. It was extremely cold during our visit to Florida during this trip.

The breakfast is not very good. If they run out they run out they are not restocking. No butter for 2 days. They claim to have an extravagant breakfast that's not true. Breakfast ends at 10am my daughter was standing waiting to make toast and the lady working came in and took the bread and put it away at 9:45. They say free juice, water and coffee 24/7 everyday after breakfast they put the juice away and say they are out. It was the worst quality inn we have stayed at. I usually like them.

Great price for a decent place close to Disney. Rooms were simple but clean and ac worked well. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. We needed a few more towels one evening but house keeping was gone for the day so we couldn’t get them not the end of the world…..we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were all clean. The AC or working perfectly. The continental breakfast was worth what you pay for for the rooms. And whenever we needed extra paper or towels they were at our room within a few minutes. Excellent place to stay. Close to Old Town. McDonald's, Burger king, Taco Bell we're all within walking distance. There was also a TGI Friday right across the street
