Stayed here for two nights and overall was good. The building as a whole seems a bit older but the room was spacious and clean and it seemed like had recently been updated/renovated. In all, we had two main issues during our stay: The hotel says it offers a free shuttle service to the Disney parks which was part of the main reason we selected this location. However, once we got there we found out they only pickup and drop off at a specific time for each Disney park. We were going to Hollywood Studios and the shuttle only offered to take us there 2 1/2 hours after the park opened, and would only pick up 15 minutes before the rides closed. Making a separate time reservation was not an option either. Felt like this was really weird to not offer any transportation at least around the time the park opened…we ended up just taking an Uber there and back. Secondly, the hotel is located right across the street from “The Fun Spot” — which has thrill rides from which we could hear guests’ screams as they were riding the rides. We could also hear general noise coming from the theme park from our room late into the night.

We had three rooms, all the same: 2 queen beds and microwave. We stayed 2 nights for Halloween Horror Nights. One room had very outdated and small TV and none of the TVs had streaming options. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms could have been a little more detailed and water pressure could have been better. Gym I used and found some dead cockroaches and TV didnt work. Pool and hot tub very chill and clean. Overall cold a/c and good stay for Orlando and the parks. If you’ve stayed in the area you understand that almost every hotel is outdated. This one is awesome and you cant beat the pricing. Breakfast was tasty too. Wish they were kinder about requesting late check out- they didn't care that I was a IHG rewards. Everyone had a good time.

The hotel was huge we were on the 8th floor with an amazing view of the pool. The pool was nice and clean and they had good food. The bartender was great too. Great experience.

Two of the three elevators were out of order and we were on the eighth floor and had to wait 20 minutes because the elevator was always full and several times it had the maids with their carts filling up the space as well. There is no service elevator for them?

Conveniently located, Close to Disney springs and the parks. The room was clean, there’s a pool, kiddie pool, hot tub and playground. We will definitely return.

I didnt like that the hotel bar opened so late in the day, and the food menu was not a big varity of foods. The shuttles to parks need to be more of available times. Orherwise the hotel stay was great and the bartender is a great awesome wonderful bartender dont ever get rid of him. Need more workers like him, all the other employees were awesome also

Nice location not far from Disney and other attractions, the price wasn't bad either. Rooms and property were showing its age but were fairly kept up. One of the elevators got jammed when we were leaving and a couple got locked in for 45mins until fireman arrived to free them. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub outside and made friends with other kids.

The stay was very comfortable. Very close to Disney and lots of stores and places to eat. The downside is that it is very old and rundown and smells like humidity. It can definitely benefit from a reno. Great price for overall stay. Upgrade the hotel and include breakfast would be a great idea

My room was not cleaned. They made the bed, changed the sheets, probably ran a vacuum, but there was lotion on the back of the bathroom door, on the ironing board, and on the mini-fridge. When I asked to have it cleaned all they cleaned was the back of the bathroom door. All I needed was a bed to sleep on while in Orlando for a conference but it would have been nice to have had a room I knew was clean vs. wondering what else I would find that wasn’t clean.

Property is near to disney Orlando but shuttle services are having limited availability for pick up and drop off. Shower heads are moldy and very dirty in bathroom, there are cockroach in drawers in the room. Bathroom ventilation fan is not working. Etc. However staff is excellent in customer service. Thank you team!

I stayed at this hotel for a quick weekend getaway and loved every moment of it!! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable; the balcony I had in my room was amazing since it was my first time having that, the room was spacious, and the breakfast buffet was to die for! The only suggestion I have for the hotel is making a map to differentiate between the two towers of the hotel especially like someone myself who has a late arrival. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area!! :)

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and while the rooms are generally clean, they are old (circa early 1990's) which means they have what appear to be years of grime. And remarkably there is no installed charging capacity, not even light fixtures with charging ports, which should be an easy modernizing upgrade.

Close to Disney, Old Town, & awesome food trucks (so many choices!) Bunk bed room is GENIUS! Kid "cave" with their own TV = happy kids (and parents!). Rooms and bathroom are nice and big. Furniture Stuff's kinda old and worn out – definitely needs an update.

Stay Far Away — Worst Hotel Experience Ever I don’t usually leave reviews, but our experience at the Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando SW - Celebration Area by IHG was beyond unacceptable. From the moment we checked in, it was clear the photos online were incredibly misleading. The room was filthy — so dirty that I didn’t even feel comfortable taking my shoes off on the carpet, and I couldn’t relax in the bed. To make matters worse, the toilet broke within hours of our arrival. After realizing how uncomfortable and unclean the hotel was, we begged Expedia for a refund. Thankfully, they agreed and gave us until 2 PM to check out. But at 2 AM that same night, the front desk staff abruptly kicked us out — despite the agreement with Expedia. We were told we could either pay to stay the rest of the night or leave immediately. No compassion, no apology — just hostility as we gathered our things and were forced out into the night. The entire experience felt like a scam and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, disgusting rooms, and incredibly unprofessional behavior. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

The staff was amazing! The property was horrible. Parking lots needs major upgrades, the rooms and overall interior needs major upgrades as well. It was very dusty on the walls to the point where you can see every little dust piece. It had several rusted out spots in the room and around the hotel. The looks that are shown are very deceiving but up close and personal it’s actually not up to par at all.

We were very kindly cared for by Victoria and her coworkers when we encountered some discouraging circumstances from a third party not connected with the hotel (not Hotels.com). She was SO helpful and understanding. We would stay again!! We loved the layout of our room and towels and coffee were supplied consistently and everything refreshed as needed. Comfy bed. Location was great…very near Disney and many restaurants etc. All the staff were respectful there.

Every thing was ok except the checkin. We arrived about 2:30pm and was told to come back at 3:15pm. We can back at 3:15pm and waited in line for about 20 minutes and then was told to come back at 4pm. Then we waited in line another 20 minutes before finally checking in.

The staff at the front desk was excellent. But as for the kitchen buffet staff, 2 out of the 3 who I verbally encountered were the pits. One young lady who I think was a cook or perhaps just helped with setting up, and one young man who was restocking the plates, did not greet me at all when spoken to. Neither smiled and had looks on their faces as though they did not want to be bothered. However, the young lady at the register who also cleared our table was friendly and kind with a smile. I would have given 5 stars for service, if not for the two who I've complained about.

Everything was great! We enjoyed our stay in fact we already booked our next Disney trip! We like the location and always being able to find a parking spot when we returned to the hotel. We recommend to any family visiting, very safe for you and your children.

Room was clean area a little shady. Lots of homeless and questionable people walking on the out skirts. Room and building needs updating and close to disney. For the price it was enough for one night. Enough parking area. McDonalds next door. Fyi - Cannot smoke on balconies.

Breakfast was expensive and it wasn’t better or different than those hotels with free breakfast. Pastries were hard, maybe old. Eggs warm not hot enough. Pictures online are deceiving. So are the pictures of the hotel. It is not that elegant, and should not be charging for a breakfast or at least not that amount.

Eric was our bartender he went above and beyond. Kind, personable friendly. Our room was not quite ready so we were given a free breakfast. We did not have a key yet, and Eric gave me a key to use the bathroom without even asking. We enjoyed the hot tub at night, and beds were super comfy. Great location 15 mins from Disney, and right next to old town, and a ton of delicious restaurants.

This was a great choice for our adventure to Disney World! If has a great reasonably priced breakfast buffet, no charge for coffee which we appreciated as we had some rushed mornings. Our room was right beside the pool and was a little noisy later at night but it was a very busy weekend there and the front desk staff did all they could which was appreciated also!!
