Check-in staff was excellent. Was able to check in early with no issues. Room was comfortable. Great location to airport. Parking is keycard, so they assign you a special keycard to exit and re-enter parking area. Only issue we experience was trying to use keycard to exit on morning of check out. We think they deactivated it before we could leave parking lot. Another vehicle was having same issue. Finally got it to work when they realized their mistake (we assume).

Greta Hotel right by the airport. If you are ending your day after skiing, you will wish there was a hot tub at premises. Unfortunately there is none. Other than that it's pretty good.

Parking lot is controlled by a ticketed gate system. Keep your ticket with you for check in then use it to come and go, both enter and exit the lot. The place is new and right across the street from the airport baggage claim area. Typical hotel breakfast was convenient but no restaurant otherwise. A bar in the lobby is staffed, and a small store has travel items such as Dramamine, beverages, and snacks.

This is such a convenient location. Rooms are always perfectly clean, and I like that the thermostat allows the fan to stay on... it covers any slight noise from the hallway. The rooms themselves are very quiet. Beds are super comfortable, showers have great pressure. Always happy to stay here.

Good: It was so convenient being right at the airport, can walk there. Bad: The room was very stale smelling. We realized the ventilation system was turned off, so we turned it on. When turned on, there was loud banging noises, so we turned it off. The fact that it was off indicates they knew about the problem, because they are never off! Also, not sure how well the room was cleaned prior to our arrival. The shower amenities were empty, there was no additional bedding for the pullout, there was only 2 pillows on each bed. I'm sure this was all just an unfortunate situation and hopefully not the norm for this hotel. Luckily we just has a very quick overnight stay!

The front end staff was very helpful and polite. The room was not cleaned properly however. There was nuts and dried fruit under the night stand/headboard and aparent debris around the bed frame. There was dark little hairs remaining at the base of the shower and for some reason the sink stopper did not come back up even after trouble shooting. The bed was comfortable and the coffee early availability was wonderful.

There was what appeared to be a Cherrio floating in the toilet when I arrived. Also, there was toothpaste in the sink. Not mine. The pillow cases appeared notto have been xhanged either since the cases were very wrinklely. Since I was leaving very early in the morning to fly out. I did not complain. I won't stay there again.

The heater didn't work in my room. I talked to the front desk 3 times. The first time they were going to send someone down to look at the thermostat. Noone came. I called the 2nd time to possibly get a portable heater. Never got a call back nor did anyone come to my room. Finally i walked down to the front desk, that lady actually came to my room to look at the situation. Nothing was resolved but atleast she came to my room.

The double queen room has enough space for a couch and a desk. The sliding bathroom door is translucent, with the opening centered on the beds, so the bright bathroom light woke me when my wife used the bathroom in the middle of the night. No one told us there is this slot to the right of the room door that you have to put your key in to turn on the rooms outlets. In addition, our first set of rooms keys didn’t work, so we had to go back to the lobby to get new keys. Asks, their mobile key system wasn’t working. The room does include a hot breakfast buffet.

It was nice being close enough to walk to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the second night of our stay when there were a bunch of drunk, loud people stomping around and loudly talking at 2:30AM. We had an early flight and did not get much sleep.

They over sold the hotel. After traveling over 6300Km I showed up around midnight to no hotel room. I had already notified the hotel that I was arriving late. I had paid for my room 2 months earlier through a 3rd party. I had to walk, with all my luggage 10 minutes away to another hotel. Normally not a huge deal but I was exhausted and had paid for the convenience of not doing this. Apparently I am getting all my money back- we will see. The staff was patient and kind during this interaction

I travel once a month to Spokane and I love this hotel. However my past two stays have been a problem. Both times when I checked in and received my key card they were to an already occupied room. This past week I opened the door and actually woke up someone. Scared both of us. Totally unacceptable. They have lost my business. My monthly trips will be to a different hotel

We have stayed at this hotel many times before flying out of the Spokane airport. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We come back to this location because of those attributes and the convenient location. Last night, my son showed up to check-in and he was told there were “oversold”. They offered a room at another location - which he has no option but to accept. This was disappointing and I hope this location will get back to their previous standards of customer service. Taking the reservations is easy - keeping it is critical.

Well…. When we arrived at our hotel, at 11:30 PM, we were told that they had overbooked the hotel and that they DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR US!!!! Even though we had called and confirmed our booking earlier in the day!!! Additionally there were 8 other families that came from the event that we were at that were turned away.

Arrived at the property and was very rudely told they did not have a room for me, even though my reservation was made and prepaid months in advance. A very smug front desk clerk stated he was not responsible for the overbooking. The staff was not empathetic or reasonable. WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN!!

Very convenient for us to meet up with granddaughter, spend the night and then off via car to our final destination in the morning. Dinner choices in restaurant limited so we did uber eats…again easy and convenient. Included breakfast was good. Would stay again under similar circumstances.

Once you navigate the maze that is the Spokane airport parking lot to find the entrance to the hotel, everything is great. It’s literally right across the street from the terminal. Everything is new and in good condition.

I was sorry there wasn't a shuttle as I wore a knee brace and it was difficult to walk across the street. I was told I would have to call a cab. I ended up driving my car and then waking early to drive to the garage and ask for wheel chair use which Alaska Airlines provided. Over all besides the fog it all went well.

Great location next to the airport. Clean. The best one is the free breakfast it comes with your stay and it’s the best breakfast. Staff during after hrs sometimes aren’t present at the desk. You have to wait a while, maybe it was just during our stay.

Very convenient to the airport. Closer then the actual parking lot. The staff was very helpful and friendly too. The room was clean and had all the expected amenities. The hotel was quiet and we got a good, quiet nights asleep before embarking on a long flight abroad.

Parking lot is controlled by a ticketed gate system. Keep your ticket with you for check in then use it to come and go, both enter and exit the lot. The place is new and right across the street from the airport baggage claim area. Typical hotel breakfast was convenient but no restaurant otherwise. A bar in the lobby is staffed, and a small store has travel items such as Dramamine, beverages, and snacks.

I was unaware that the only way to access this hotel was through the airport. It you miss the little sign, you have to re-route all the way back out of the airport and work yourself back through. The sign for the hotel is very small, to the left, not to the right as the directions state. The breakfast was constantly out of food, they weren't prepared to feed as many people that were coming through the hotel. We went down with about an hour left in breakfast and half of the options were gone/not being refilled. Unimpressed and we wont be staying here again.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and very modern. The closest access to the Spokane airport that you can possibly get. The setup for the breakfast selection looked pretty good, but I was unable to try it because it didn't start until 6am. However, they did have cups of cereal with milk and yogurt available at 4am, so I was still able to grab some food before my flight

Springhill is at the perfect location to the airport in Spokane. You can't find better staff, everyone is helpful, polite and make you feel like family. Rooms are easily accessible, beautiful, clean and spacious. Food was great. I cannot think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was polite, professional, and helpful. The property was very clean and comfortable. And we loved the proximity to the airport as we were flying out the next morning. We would stay here again, if we are ever in Spokane again. PS, our prayers are with all the families in Spokane and vicinity who have been affected by the wildfires.
