The hot tub was out of order and waiting for maintenance, with bugs floating on the surface. The flooring in the pool room was rusty, and very dirty. The elevator was out of order both days we were there. The carpet in our room had multiple stains. Looking out of our room we could see their junk pile outside. This hotel needs to be deep, cleaned and upgraded.

If you need a cheaper room rate, this is the place, however be prepared for chipped wall paint, broken tile in the bath/shower, and a musty smell probably due to the old carpet. The bed was not that comfortable either. On the up side, it is close to the airport and Northern Quest Casino, was quiet, and easy (with the exception of the round-a-bouts!) to get around and on to I 90. The towels were very soft compared to the cardboard like ones we've experienced elsewhere. I was disappointed that this particular Super 8 online site advertised a spa! which was one of the reasons I booked it. However the spa was "OUT OF SERVICE" and completely empty of water so looked like it had been like that a while. I think I saw another review with regards to the the spa also! Sorry but False Advertising here Wyndham!!

Service was rude and unfriendly at check-in and common areas were not very clean. Exterior doors to the building were not properly secured. Room 202 was clean and looked nice, but the bed was broken and squeaky, the window was covered in condensation and streaks, and the water heater was loud and inconsistent, with temperature fluctuating constantly.

Breakfast options very limited with no breakfast meat. Jacuzzi was broken and no one bothered to put a note on the door. You get in and then discover it broken not cool. Tv is way too small the place needs a remodel.

Super clean and comfortable. Very friendly service and very prompt airport shuttle in a very clean van. The hotel let me book a last minute long term parking reservation and it was very affordable. Would recommend for the price and convenience to the Spokane Airport.

I used the hotel for an overnight layover. The room was clean and comfortable enough for my stay and I like the breakfast and unlimited coffee they had in the lobby the next morning. It also helped that they run a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Was shocked when got to the hotel due to pictures were very deceiving ! Looked clean inside and out - room was nasty , breakfast area was not even worth trying to eat due to how dirty the whole hotel was ! Very disappointed! The staff was friendly but unfortunately when the bathroom had hairs in the tub and floor ! And just seemed like had not been taken care of for a long time ! Needs deep cleaned and up keep !

The room was dirty and the bathroom had dirty walls and floors. The fixtures were old and leaking. We had a couple of bedbug(?) bites at night and the room was far away from what you can see in the pictures in Expedia. We felt that we were in an unsafe place.

After walking into the room and seeing how gross it was I left and booked a room at another hotel. Bed covers had dried stains on them, bathroom had hair in the floor and in the tub. I didn’t even ask for a refund, I just left. Nasty.

(see included pictures) Minor issues: Coffee maker did not work, A/C sounded like it was struggling and made terrible noises most of the night, bathtub drained slowly while showering so that I was standing in 3-4 inches of water. Moderate problems: Mold/mildew clearly visible in large sections of the bathroom (health issue). Severe concerns: Smoke detector looked old. Upon inspection was not plugged in to hard wire connector and had no battery in backup slot. Model (BRK 4120B) was manufactured between 1998-2003, then discontinued. These issues were reported to the manager who was dismissive and not reassuring. I have stayed at many Super 8 and other hotels without similar issues. Please avoid this hotel until your safety can be guaranteed. If you need to stay there, check that the smoke/fire alarms have been replaced throughout.

Worst hotel ever. I ignored the reviews. Do not stay here at any cost. The front desk women awful, parking sketchy and awful, stinky smelly room dirty stained blankets did I mention smelly dog and urine smell in room. Blood stain on bathroom walls. The ONLY plus was clean sheets and towels. DO NOT STAY HERE! Dog poop everywhere outside. Front desk clerk didn’t even say hello from her seat in the lobby. Didn’t greet me as she was busy on the phone. Didn’t even look at me when it came time to check in. OH and NO WIFI!! Husband complained and they said well we have it in lobby and he did too but once he came back to room no wifi. We had two children and dog. Had to bathe my dog once we got her home for fear she was carrying something. Clean sheets and towels are not good enough to waste hard earned money on for the unease we had all night. The blankets were filthy and the whole hotel is rundown, should not be an expedia hotel! Do better!!!!

We had cockroaches in our room. We had a 4 night stay and not once did we have anyone clean or take out our garbage. The mini fridge froze everything. One staff member was pleasant. Non smoking hotel but smelled like smoke. Jets in hot tub didn’t work. People lived there and it was very apparent. The people we takes to said there were mice in their room. WOW how could they pass inspection? I hate to write a bad review but once all this was seen and heard he couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

Old, and very dirty, sticky soda on night stand garbage underneath bed, marks and gouges on walls, mirror ripped off wall but brackets still there, severe case of black mold on all walls in bathroom. I'm trying to attach photos but it won't let me. Stay away from the place!

Room cleanliness was excellent, room just appeared really aged, chair had a stain and rip, paint peeling from the bathroom door frame and the door looked like it's been reused judging by all the nicks\scratches along the edges. No microwave in room, not a problem we didn't mind using the one in the common area, until we opened it and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Because of that we skipped hotel breakfast because if that's what the microwave looked like, I can't imagine what they're using to make breakfast. Not a good experience.

Glad we only had to sleep one night here. Beds were visibly worn out ( two huge craters in them where you lay, could see the comforter dipping down from the doorway). Some strange very pronounced white stains on back of bathroom door, didn’t investigate too much. Hotel room was beat up , dingy and felt gross. We skipped showering in the morning and just got back on the road. Would most def not stay here again.

Wifi is not functional in the room I was in, when I asked they said it works fine in the lobby (and it does) but they weren't sure about the rooms. Elevator has a liquid on the floor every evening. Overall condition is terrible. Smoke Detector has a bag over it.

We loved that you offered a room with three queen beds. This was perfect for six of us without having to get two rooms. The breakfast/common area was clean and we ended up using the area for family members to hang out and play board games (outside of breakfast hours), which was super convenient. The outside and inside of the building needs to be updated badly. The pool area is needing upgrades as well. We picked up trash from the lobby and stairs floor that was there for 2 days and not picked up. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it was clean but very outdated. The breakfast offerings were pretty simple, with no hot meats or eggs. Included were regular and decaf coffee, apple and orange juices, cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, fresh waffles, oranges, yogurts, instant oatmeal, and packaged cinnamon roll bars. The staff were professional and friendly. The parking lot was large and we felt safe. There were only 2 handicapped parking spots. Overall we would definitely stay here again. The price was right for our stay here for a family reunion.

This place was very run down. In our room the sink faucet was broken (options were a trickle or a waterfall) and the shower faucet had only one setting that was moderately useable, but it was 3 jets. There were stains on the carpets, chair, and sheets.

Good room, great service. But… LOUD could hear kids running up and down the hallways both nights was there. None of the TV channels worked there ere all fuzzy and my room key deactivated every time I left the room. Literally everyrtime I arrived back I had to make a trip to the front desk to reactivate the key.

The lady at the front desk was quite rude. No how was your day no anything then proceeded to try and double charge me after I explained I booked online I got no apology or even acknowledgment of her mistake . Then I went to my room only to find that the room keys didn’t even work. Went back down and same thing no apologies or acknowledgement. In the end still only one room key worked, wifi didn’t work, and lady at front desk was rude.

It's in an industrial area, Amazon is next door. The neighborhood is not offensive, just not whar I was expecting. All's good, just a few minutes from the airport which is what I was after.

I liked the fact that I could stay there with my cat. I felt very safe there. It’s very convenient to the freeway, but it’s a bit tricky finding without driving directions. This is an old property and is showing its age. Prices of all motels are high, but at least I was able to afford this one.

We stayed here because the road conditions on I-90 were terrible —icy. So, I decided to look for a hotel and fortunately found this one. It is good and clean, rather than I expected. It is also in a good location for an emergency stay.

What you expect from Super 8. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were mostly clean small things that don't bother me. Breakfast was average. I appreciate the boiled eggs. Location is a little out of the way but quiet. Parking lot could use some work. several broken down cars was a bit odd. I would stay here again.
